J. W.Urban paw prints has been great. We’ve been using them for daycare for our puppy for the past few months and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The dogs are treated so well, they get loads of play time outside (rain or shine!) and they even get some rest time for lunch. My little guy always comes home happy and tired.
Christine and Warren are also teaching the puppy how to walk better on a lead and be less shy.
In addition, I had to travel for a few weeks so left the pup with the team for overnight boarding. He had a great time and I was able to relax knowing he was in good hands. Whether it’s daycare or boarding, I always get pics and videos of him throughout the day (without asking) and updates on how he is doing.
Finally, Bryan and team have even gone out of their way to help me find the best food, and even recommended groomers, for the pup.
If you need a great team to look after your dog while you work or travel, this is the team to call. You can trust your dog is being looked after really well and your dog will be happy to see them arrive!!
D. H.Urban Paw Prints have been looking after our dog for over 3 years and we couldn’t recommend them enough! Our dog gets tons of exercise with all his doggy friends at daycare while we’re at work and we’re always getting photos and videos so we can see what he’s been up to. Brian and Bryce are extremely reliable and coordinate pick ups and drop offs and even coordinates our dog’s grooming appointments. When we’re travelling, we board our dog with them and know he’s in great hands. Brian and Bryce really love what they do and it shows in that the 5 star care they provide all their dogs. We’re so very thankful for finding such an amazing daycare for our pup!!

Brian and Bryce are passionate about what they do and it shows in the way they care for the pups. Not only are they the only fully licensed daycare in Greenwich, they also have their certifications in K9 CPR and know a ton about dog behavior as well as dog nutrition and wellness. They are extremely professional and take pride in providing exceptional service. They are always making investments in their business to enhance the experience for the dogs - including new top of the line kennels to transport dogs to and from daycare. They also send photos and provide regular updates to clients on how their dogs are doing which I love getting. They even coordinate grooming appts and transport my dog to and from the groomers for me, which is a huge time saver. Above all, Brian and Bryce are really good people and they love all the dogs in their care, and it shows. I highly recommend Urban Paw Prints for daycare, walking or boarding!! They’re the best.
L. O.Brian and Bryce are the most incredible carers for our two sausage pups, Moose and Otter. We have been enjoying their services for over two years and would not change them for the world. Our boys absolutely adore their daycare, and love staying whenever we go away. Their professionalism and kindness is above and beyond. I trust them implicitly, and know that Moose and Otter are always in the best care. You can tell from the way their dogs (including ours) interact with them that they are happy and excited to be in their company. Every morning, Moose and Otter race to the door to say hello and Bryce never fails to set their bums wiggling madly with excitement.
Brian and Bryce have been a phenomenal source of wisdom and advice for us regarding behaviour and food for our dogs. They have your very best interest at heart and never fail to help when we need it. Each day they are in daycare, Brian and Bryce send us regular updates, videos and photos of Moose and Otter playing and interacting with other daycare pups, come rain or shine. There is not a second in the day that we worry. Honestly, I have never in all my years of having dogs known such thorough and wonderful care. They are absolutely and categorically the best daycare service out there and I would highly highly recommend!
C. I.We love Urban Paw Prints! Brian and Bryce have been looking after our wire- haired dachshund (Monty) for over a year now. Monty is a regular at their day care service and he absolutely loves it- he has made a real bond with them and is always super excited to see them!! We get regular photo and video updates about how he’s getting on and they’re also really flexible about booking late drop offs and overnight stays without much notice. They clearly have a passion for dogs and are very knowledgeable, we know Monty is in the best of care when he’s with them. We would absolutely recommend Urban Paw Prints – we’d be lost without them!!
H. E.I can’t recommend Brian and Bryce from Urban Paw Prints enough! I have been using their dog walking service for 2 Years now and have never had anything to worry or complain about. My beautiful Chihuahua Tinkerbell is my whole World and do not trust many people to look after her but with Urban Paw Prints, I go to work happy and relaxed knowing Tinkerbell is making other dog friends and in the very best care with Brian and Bryce. They are both very professional, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble-even a short notice weekend stay was no problem for them when I was surprised with a trip away.

J. J.Brian and Bryce looked after our puppy for a week when we were away and I could not have been happier with their service. Brian’s communication was perfect, he always responded very quickly and was always available to answer any questions we had.
Brian was extremely friendly and professional. We were worried about leaving our puppy for the first time, but after getting to know Brian and Bryce we felt absolutely confident that our puppy would be in good hands!
We got daily updates, photos and videos from Brian. He went above and beyond and put so much extra effort into caring for our puppy. We were incredibly impressed with Urban Paw Prints and have already arranged for them to look after our puppy again.
When we picked him up, he was still playing with their beautiful dog Loxie and it was clear that he has bonded with them and had a wonderful time. He was bright, playful and happy and we could see that he had a wonderful time. Their service is completely unique as we have not come across anything like this in London. We were happy knowing that our puppy will be spending his time in their home with plenty of space and socialization.

Most importantly Wilbur absolutely loves them and his daycare days, he leaves the house without a second thought with the biggest spring in his step! The photos and videos we receive when Wilbur is in your care really do make our day, such a nice touch to the already amazing service.

J. B.Our little dog has been going to daycare for nearly a year now. Bryce and Brian took him when he was still a puppy and their service is the only way we could have a dog with our work.
Always reliable and a lifesaver as they can take him overnight in the week and weekends.
They have got their legal licence as well which is a comfort knowing they’ve been assessed to look after the dogs properly.
We get pictures/videos every day of him having a great time which is a lovely touch, and he’s always on walks with a group of other dachshunds which is perfect as we wouldn’t want him walking with the bigger dogs who he couldn’t keep up with! He seems to have a gang of his sausage dog buddies (important for the Instagram...).
Most importantly, the excitement our dog shows every morning when he gets picked up shows how much fun he has.
J. O.Brian and Bryce give us a five star service. Our two dachshunds adore them and there is never a day when they don’t rush to the door when they hear Bryce coming to collect. That speaks volumes. Not only do the dogs enjoy their daycare but we have had so much practical help and advice with the dogs from Brian and Bryce such as toilet training (which they did in one week) with diet, socialising, with health and with behaviours (mostly ours). Facilities for the dogs are also five star. Their high spec van is comfortable and safe and their home is a welcoming open safe space well organised with plenty of space for play and the feeling of happy dogs. We have never been disappointed with Urban Paws and are truly grateful and relaxed about our daycare. We also use the overnight boarding for our two week holiday and never leave worried or anxious as we know the dogs are happy, safe and very well cared for. Lastly the attention to detail, safety and hygiene throughout the pandemic has been meticulous.
R. S.Christine and Warren look after my pug Ruby for regular doggy day care. They have a great set up for picking up the dogs and dropping them off, are reliable and understanding of my schedule, but most importantly they love Ruby as if she was their own. I never have to worry about her for a second and I get adorable updates of how the dogs are getting along through the day. They take them on varied and interesting walks and give careful thought to all elements of doggy daycare- for example doggy lollies and a paddling pool in the heat. Ruby loves them!
Brian (who runs the business) is incredibly communicating and well organised and particularly during COVID-19 has kept all doggy owners up to date and assured of the safety measures they have put in place.
I couldn’t recommend them more! Such a great family run team!

Everyone we have met from Urban Paw Prints has been amazing, and my dog is always eager to leave for her walks or boarding. I would (and have!) recommend them to all dog owners in the area.

Our Cockapoo Teddy was only a little puppy when he started his walks with Urban Paws (could not have been easy for them) were understanding and showed him so much love, care and attention. Teddy loves the group walks and made so many friends in the area!
We used the boarding for 4 days or so and Brian was amazing. Teddy was a nightmare and wouldn't settle alone with the other dogs to sleep so Brian had to sleep with Teddy on the sofa every night. WHAT A GUY!
Could not recommend these guys anymore for walking or boarding!!
K. C.Bryce and Brian have been looking after our little chunk Finnie for over 2 years now. Finnie has a blast at daycare and I think he might love Bryce more than he does us! Finnie gets super excited every time Bryce comes to the door which I think is a great sign that he really enjoys his time with them. We get regular photos and videos of Finnie and his daycare friends and show all the dogs having so much fun. Bryce and Brian sometimes have Finnie overnight and we can relax knowing that he is in great hands. The collections and drop offs are so helpful for us when we’ve perhaps had to work a little later. Bryce and Brian are really flexible and I’ve often asked if they can take Finnie on quite short notice (sorry!) - they’ve always been so accommodating.
S. K.My Frenchie Puppy (Dexter) has been going to UPP for about 2 months and absolutely loves it! He gets so excited when he hears Brian or Bryce come to pick him up!
UPP are extremely professional and friendly and obviously love their jobs and the dogs.
Dexter has always had plenty of exercise and fun whilst socialising with other dogs in a safe environment. I feel guilty when he has to come home 🤣
Brian & Bryce are great and provide regular pics/videos throughout the day.
I trust them wholeheartedly with Dexter and I would recommend these guys 100%.

At the start we met Brian and Jedd (our dog walker) they were both very professional and Luna took to them straight away.
It's great how flexible they are with adding and changing services, on occasion even accomodating an extra walk when asked the evening before.
UPP is a lovely family business of 4, this means if Jedd is on holiday some one else walks Luna that we know and she has met. All organised without ourselves having to try and find cover.
Jedd sends us pictures of Luna every day when she is out and about. They are lovely to see and she adores him. We have bumped into Jedd in the park walking other dogs and the way Luna runs to him you can really see how much he cares! We also used the overnight boarding which again is so convenient and Luna stays with people she knows.
We could not be happier with UPP and recommend them to anyone needing dog care.

H. S.We got our bulldog in February this year and whilst walking in Greenwich park, we met Brian and Bryce whilst walking the dogs they looked after.
A month later and we were flying to NYC for a week's holiday and we left Wilfred for 4 days. Best decision we ever made and Wilfred is now a permanent fixture every week. I genuinely don't panic about leaving him as even when Wilfred is with us on a park walk he can spot Brian from a 100 yards away and charges over for a hug! A sign that he genuinely loves hanging out at Urban Paw Prints.
In all seriousness though, Brian and Bryce love every dog they look after and have a great professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anyone needing a dog day care solution.
A. S.Brian and Bryce have been caring for our 7 month old miniature dacshund Loki full time for 4 months now and he absolutely loves it! We were very lucky that they were willing to take him on when he was only 12 weeks old and still very much being a mischievous puppy! Loki loves his days at Urban Paw Prints playing with his other dog friends and we always come home to a very happy dog. He is very excited to see both Brian and Bryce so we know he loves them both and they both love him! Brian and Bryce send us daily videos and photos so we can see what Loki has been up to during his day. Loki has also spent several nights boarding with Brian and Bryce and we are confident he is getting the best of care, we don't know what we would do without them!

We've been sending our Shih-Poo, Bobby, to them twice a week since he was 12 weeks old (he's 14 months now) and he loves it. He is always in a great mood after day-care (if not a tired and hungry from all the running around and having fun) and he's always so excited when he's collected in the morning.
We get daily photo and video updates which is lovely as well as lots of feedback on how Bobby is behaving and interacting with other dogs.
Last but not least, the day-care service is really well priced, given that Bobby is collected from our house in the morning and dropped home in the evening, so all we have to is leave out his harness and food then go to work, safe in the knowledge he is safe with people that care for him and having all the fun running around the park.
M. P.Brian and Phillip are absolutely brilliant and trustworthy. You can rely on them for picking up our dog and walk him in daily basis. If there is any changes, both of them always give us a proper notice or even ensure that a coverage is available.
We have also given our dog for a 2 weeks stay during Christmas and they have taken a good care of him. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for dog walking service in Greenwich area

A. N.Urban paw prints have been looking after our silly and adorable whippet Digby for more than 5 years now. From puppy to adulthood. And they are brilliant. They are the only properly licensed doggie daycare locally - which says a lot about their commitment and focus. They genuinely care for the dogs they look after and are totally focused on making sure they are healthy and happy. They are really knowledgable about everything from behavioural issues to diet and have become like extended family for us.I don’t know what we’d do without them! But the biggest vote of confidence comes from Digby who literally goes wild with excitement as soon as he hears Bryce’s footsteps on our front porch and pretty much tries to drag him out of the house because he can’t wait to go on his walks lol!!

B. Z.Being a rescue dog Latte has an entire range of unpredictable behaviours that need special and undivided attention. You can only imagine how worried we were to leave him for 7 days while we were away due to family issues. However, It turned out that there was nothing to worry about, Brian was simply amazing. S. L.After previous bad experiences using Catteries, I have been nothing short of petrified about leaving my little one again. I have a cat who is prone to urinary tract infections, bought on by stress so it was vital for me that he could be provided with the extra bit of attention he needs. Brian was recommended to me and I can't thank that person enough. Urban paw prints are fantastic and I would never considering using a cattery again. The service, understanding and communication Brian provided was second to none and it allowed me to enjoy my break away without worrying (too much!) I will certainly be using his services again, if he'll have us!!

A. H.They are the best dog walkers that you can possibly ask for. I left my two puppies for boarding I was so worried as I treat them like my kids never left them before and my neighbour has attempted to walk them and they run home she didn’t like being away from me until Brian and Bryce had them they didn’t even wanna come home after the 5 days they spent with them. Everytime bonnie and millie spot them in the park it’s just excitement and always wanting hugs and attention of them. They done a fantastic job they give you updates to let you no how your dog is getting on.
They are so responsible everytime I see them in the park with the dogs you can tell the dogs love and respect them, they have great fun running after balls, playing with each other it’s like one big playtime everytime I see them. And the dogs are always happy and very tired after their walks
Brian and Bryce go the extra mile to make sure your dog is happy and comfortable and get to no them which made me feel really confident their in good hands and I was so right.

I can not recommend him enough. If you want peace of mind knowing that your pet is being taken care of to a fantastic standard, leave them with him. He not only provides a high standard of care, but also provides lots of enrichment and socialization for the dogs. As she was only a puppy (3 months) we knew that she could be quite difficult to look after and keep entertained, but he did a brilliant job.
It was very reassuring to be updated daily with photos of Nuna having fun. It looked like she was enjoying herself so much that we thought that she might not want to come back home with us, luckily she did! Nuna was not only returned in perfect condition, but she was also better behaved upon return.
It's extremely obvious that Brian has a passion and a love for animals and what he does. I will definitely be using his services again and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

R. H.Brian took our 7 year old Labrador, Hiro, for two weeks over Christmas. It was only the second time Hiro had been left with a dog sitter but we had absolutely no reason to be concerned. From the moment we met in November we knew that he would be perfect for Hiro. He has a natural dedication and ability with dogs, which showed immediately. He not only provides a high standard of care, but also provides a great deal of enrichment and socialization for the dogs in his care. Even though it was a holiday period, Brian made sure that we saw Hiro playing in the park, mixing with other dogs and generally having a great time! A. R.Brian recently looked after our mini wire Elfie for a week. Since getting her we had never been separated from her for that long. It was also the first time we left Elfie with a dog sitter. Elfie didn't seem to mind though. On the contrary, she seemed to enjoy herself while we were away. When picking her up I was surprised at how calm and balanced she was...
