R. H.The wee man only went for 3 days. He was his usual zany self when I went to get him, so, that means he had a great time.
Never used a kennel before but really had to this time. The team were able to get him in at reasonably short notice which was nice. It was really reasonably priced, everything was explained properly and I actually really felt I could rest assured knowing he was going to be looked after. Plenty of helpful staff and a really nice location.
You’ll always find a reason not to leave your puppy with someone else, but to be honest Hadrian Pet Hotel really deserves its name! I’ll definitely been booking the wee man in again.

T. C.Our 2 dogs stayed here for the first time last week for 2 days. They were very happy and were well looked after. The staff are very professional and friendly and the business is run very efficiently and well, Everything is documented and records maintained an IT system. We have booked yo take them back in September, it would have been earlier but August is fully booked.
E. R.I was a nervous wreck leaving my golden Winston here for the first time when his usual boarding service was unable to take him but he was so well looked after and had a whale of a time. The staff were really understanding and kind and happy to post videos and pictures of him playing so I could see he was doing fine. Wouldn’t think twice about using Hadrian again. A. A.Booked my Lurcher Jesse in to stay for a few weeks and he was very well looked after. I was worried how hed be, as he's a super nervous dog but by the time I collected him the staff assured me that he'd improved a lot in the short time that they had him. I can't give enough thanks for looking after him, I definitely recommend :)
N. L.Amazing! My 2 Fur babies loved it! I was worried about leaving my 2 as one has separation anxiety and they don't like other dogs. The staff were lovely and posted pictures for me to see they were okay and they were more than happy to put up with my daily calls to check in. Honestly can't reccomend them enough! Fantastic. L. H.We have just used Hadrian Pet Hotel for the first time after a recommendation from our usual kennels when they couldn't fit us in due to a late date change. I have to say we picked our 2 boxer dogs up today and they are in excellent shape and full of life. When I dropped them off, the staff were really attentive to their needs - especially as one of them has a lot of allergies so needs specific food and medication. Everything we asked for them has been done and the allergies have not flared up. Both dogs are looking good and responded really well to the girls bringing them back to us. I had a look at the kennels and run area before dropping them off and they were very clean, with plenty of room and a cosy bedroom area. I would have no problems using Hadrian Pet Hotel again in the future. Thanks to the team for taking such good care of our dogs.

S. W.We’ve had our cats board at the HPH twice now for over a week at a time. The cats clearly love being there. Staff are friendly and helpful. The owner Keith is very efficient. We’ve booked them in again for our next holiday. It’s nice to feel confident in leaving your precious pets in safe hands.
B. R.... I requested accommodation for my 13 month old Rottie ... was invited to come and view first ... the lady who showed me round was very professional and clearly knew what she was doing and was family with all the animals in residence ... I will have no qualms about leaving Charlie here ...
... as for the photos of the emaciated dog ... I do not believe they are as a result of a ten day stay in kennels ... they appear to be a result of chronic malnutrition over an extended period ...
