This was Lola’s first ever groom and being only 13 weeks old is a little nervy of new surroundings. As soon as we arrived, Grace let Lola have an explore and wander around which not only put me at ease, made Lola feel comfortable too. After her pamper Lola looks so neat and tidy and smells absolutely gorgeous...Grace is a true expert and professional in this field. We will be filling up our loyalty card!

I collected my 5 month old puppy from his first groom with Grace a few days ago. I looked at so many groomers and had so many recommendations but I felt drawn to Lucky Dogs. For me, it was so important for Reggie to feel safe and secure. He most certainly felt that as the service provided is so personal because it’s one to one. Reggie was so happy with his own space to wonder and explore. He was so happy when I collected him, he looked and smelt brand new. He even came home with a little personal bandana. I’m so happy I chose Lucky Dogs. I would highly recommend this service. 💙

Our 12 week old Cavapoo pup had her first visit to the groomers today. She had the Lucky Dogs puppy package and Grace looked after us so well. It is a really friendly space and Grace was so good at making our pup feel welcome and safe. I left feeling a little worried that our pup would be ok but I didn’t need to worry at all, she was so happy and relaxed on my return and looked so much better with a little tlc from Lucky Dogs. Will definitely be returning and have already booked for another session.

I’ve been to see Grace at Lucky dogs a few times now and can honestly say I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Ronnie was always a little scared of the groomers but he always loves his time with Grace. Grace always grooms Ron just how I want him and he comes back looking gorgeous as ever and smelling beautiful. So professional, caring and reliable.
