We have had such a great time training our puppy with Heather’s online classes. Both us and our pup have grown in confidence since joining the group. It’s been great to meet other pup parents and share our experiences. Heather is always helpful and is very knowledgeable - as well as the puppy school training we’ve also used Heather’s 1:1 sessions to help us through some niggles. Highly recommend to any new dog parents, especially these online sessions while we can’t meet face-to-face.

Brilliant! We worked with Heather over a six week period (121 sessions) and the amount of progress our puppy has made is incredible. During this pandemic we were worried that our puppy wouldn't have access to puppy classes, but the online sessions have worked perfectly. Heather has also been very helpful with other aspects of our puppy's life, such as food and toy suggestions, which have helped us out immensely. I would highly recommend the 121 sessions as you are able to go at your own pace, but the group sessions are worth it too! Thank you Heather, you have been a life saver!

Heather has been absolutely brilliant! As new puppy owners we were eager but lacked confidence in knowing the best ways to help Cosmo settle in and start some basic training. Heather was so friendly and professional from the outset. We have just had three one to one sessions with Heather for our 11 month old puppy and it was so much fun! Heather is extremely helpful and offered us several tips for each of the behaviours that we wanted better control of with our dog. We worked on jumping up, pulling on a lead and recall and he is making such good progress already! Heather provides helpful advice and makes things really clear and easy to follow - for us as well as our puppy! We cannot recommend her enough and just wish we found her sooner. My Labrador puppy Olive and I did 6 x 121 online sessions with Heather and we both learnt so much!! I wasn't sure how it would work online but Heather made it very easy with explaining, showing video clips and watching and instructing us on each move. The lessons were so helpful and full of great ideas to teach and train your puppy through doing fun things and going step by step. Olive loved the fun stuff and with Heather's patience, understanding and knowledge the lessons gave me so much more confidence with training. Heather introduced us to different ways of rewarding our puppy during training and gave us clear instructions through a variety of visual and verbal advice. We have just finished a series of 6 one to one online sessions with Heather. We have found the advice and support invaluable in understanding our puppy better and building positive behaviours. Heather tailored each session to our priorities and helped us to build skills gradually. She talked us through each step of the way. Our puppy has really enjoyed the stimulation the games and activities have provided, and training has definitely strengthened the bond between us. Heather has been super helpful and really made the most of puppy training in lock down. There were pre-recorded videos to support her explanations of the new skills and behaviours we were to teach our puppies, and support offered throughout the week if we had any problems and queries. It was equally lovely to be able to share our successes with Heather as our puppies grasped and learnt new things. Each week previous skills were recapped on, and extended when relevant. My Labrador puppy and I completed Heather’s online puppy class during the lockdown. For others who aren’t sure whether an online class will be beneficial, I can say with 100% certainty that it is. Heather was able to give feedback on all the different exercises by watching us perform them. We learned so much and will continue our training into the future now we have the basics in place. It was lovely to “meet” the other two pups and their owners and we all shared tips and experiences. Heather is a patient and caring teacher and clearly knows her stuff!

We did the online 6 week course during the pandemic and this was one of the best things we signed up to. Heather gave clear instructions on how to train your puppy and used reward training. The videos were clear and the class was a mix of the traditional training and some tricks and fun at the end. The techniques used meant my son (4) could also learn and help when we were practising and I feel confident to walk our puppy off the lead and know he will listen when called. We had such a great 6 weeks, having fun and learning lots. Our puppy Chewie, who was a little terror has recently completed the online course due to the Covid-19 situation. The online course was amazing! Packed full of fun training for our puppy useful techniques for in the house and outdoors at this challenging time. Heather was brilliant throughout the course and gives you live feedback,(we had one concern with our Puppy) and in the week (outside our lesson) she provided us with the support on how to adapt and for both us and the puppy to learn that jumping and bitting was not good. At the end of the 6 weeks we had a loving fun dog where he learnt a lot and also fun skill and games for all of us!! Next onto Crafts lol. I first met Heather when I joined her Puppy classes three years ago with my Sprocker Roo. She was an amazing trainer and I felt like she understood me and Roo really well. Throughout lockdown I’d noticed some behaviour from Roo that needed sorted and so I came straight to Heather for advice. So glad I did. We trained at Puppy School with Heather and a few months later there was a behaviour that I wanted to work on. It was during lockdown so Heather suggested using online training. I wasn’t sure that it would be as good as face to face but decided to give it a try. I’m so glad that I gave it a try as for the behaviour that I wanted to work on it was actually better not to have Heather in the house as my dog could focus on me but Heather could see what I was doing and coach me to improve. My Boarder Collie puppy Pepper and I have just completed a 6 week on line course during lock down. What a great idea when we can't meet face to face at the moment. We definitely got a lot more from the course than I was expecting l (I was a little bit dubious about the online element to start with, but it works great). Pepper and I still have some more practice to do, but she's really coming on and we'll be able to take the things we have learnt and keep working on them over the coming weeks. Heather really went out of her way to support us all too, replying to messages with tips between classes and giving advise on individual problems.

Myself and my puppy Darcy, did the 6 week puppy school, which was brilliant, the training, information, advice, manual were second to none, even down to tips on harnesses, squeaky toys and food habits. We also did 2 1-2-1 sessions, one prior to collecting Darcy, which helped me no through the first night and first car journey. The second was a couple of days after her arrival, which calmed me and helped with cage training. As a first time puppy owner, would absolutely recommend.

Heather was absolutely amazing with the training of our very young dachshund pup (Dennis) online, at first I've dubious about doing it over video chat and didn't think we would get as much from it as we would if we went to a class but I was so wrong! Dennis has learnt so much and so have we! Heather was able to train us on how to train Dennis properly and made us realise that if he wasn't doing something it wasn't his fault but it was the way we were teaching him, we learnt to adapt to how Dennis learnt. Not only this, Heather gave us tips on other things that were not covered in the training programme, she also recommended better food and treats and shown us how to check the nutritional value of our pups food which resulted in us changing it and saving money in the process. In between the training session we would share our progress on a group message and Heather would always praise for the hard work and success we'd had or offer any advice if we were struggling.
