We have had an amazing experience today, which is all down to Steve from We Love Pets Norwich! We needed a dog sitter whilst we attended my son’s graduation at UEA. Our plans changed more than once but Steve was flexible and accommodating. We met Lyn and Keith today, and our Standard Poodle Phoebe had the time of her life at their lovely home for the afternoon! They also helped us to get to the ceremony on time and even gave us a cup of tea at the end of the day! I would not hesitate to recommend these wonderful people with regard to looking after dogs!

Darcie is so well cared for with Steve and Anita.. have already done two years trips for vaccinations etc groomers and home visits and park walks with their own dogs. Darcie is getting lots of attention and socialisation which is great especially as being with me 24/7 during the recent lockdown and at home. I am returning to work albeit part time and was anxious about leaving her. Having lost my previous support I found We Love Pets and Darcie is happy so I am happy...very reliable and will always try to fit me in if an emergency. I get lots of pictures and videos too when she with them which is such a bonus as I know she is in safe hands. Can't praise them enough.

The service and support provided by We Love Pets Norwich over the past weeks has been excellent. Steve and his team of Marta, Rebecca and Sofiya, have been great and my dog loves them all! We have been using the dog walking service for the past month. Steve is brilliant, he really makes sure our dog, Harvey, a 7 month old black Labrador, gets what he needs. Jason walks our dog now, and it's great to hear how good our dog is, but this is with thanks to the dedicated team at We Love Pets Norwich. We highly recommend their services.

Steve at we love pets has been brilliant with arranging a last minute dog sitter for our wedding when someone cancelled. Steve was kind and stopped at nothing to try and get us a sitter and was so helpful throughout. Steve then got us in contact with Michelle who is absolutely incredible. Michelle was so kind, caring and attentive to our dog rolo and we cannot thank her enough for taking such good care of Him and providing us constant updates to settle our nerves. 10/10 would recommend1

From the 1st meeting with Steve he was friendly, warm & could tell he lived dogs. Very good with both my dogs. Professional and was helpful making me not having to worry about anything to do with the dogs before going on holiday. He walked both my dogs once a day for a week, got daily photos or a video and a message. Could not have asked for anymore. At very short notice Steve arranged for Sofiya to come to mine to dog sit Bobby! A quick visit the evening before for them to meet Bobby and confirm everything would be ok and then it was all arranged. Bobby had a great time with Sofiya, who house sitted at mine, shared lots of pictures of the fun they had and she respectfully looked after my home too. Would highly recommend and I absolutely plan to continue to use them when in need. Thanks guys!

My dogs did overnight boarding for a week, and they were subjected to some 5* treatment! 👑 Information was carefully gathered first to consider their needs, and they were placed with two people who I felt genuinely loved my dogs as much as I do. They also shared photos and updates over the week. I felt reassured and relaxed knowing my dogs were in great hands, and almost certainly having a better holiday than me.

We have had the best experience with We Love Pets, Steve spent so much time to make our 3 dogs feel comfortable, even though we have a blind Romanian rescue who has anxious aggression & doesn’t like new people or surroundings. Steve was so patient, understanding & passionate about his role & gave so much advice. Despite our rescues lack of sight & dislike of people he worked with her so he was able to walk her which is something we haven’t seen done with her ever!! I would never go anywhere else for a friendly, reliable & trustworthy dog walking/caring service. I couldn’t recommend enough. They worked around our schedule & felt really comfortable with them looking after our babies.

We love pets have done wonders for our puppy within a short space of time. They give us helpful tips & advice when needed & they take care in tailoring their service to your specific needs. My dog Annie has been spending a couple of days a week in dog daycare with Steve and Anita for about 5 months now. I work long shifts and knowing that she is safe and entertained throughout the day is a massive reassurance for me, and Steve and Anita provide her with this wonderfully. Her socialisation with other dogs has also improved massively by spending time with their dogs, she is always so excited when I drop her off. I could not be happier with the service that Steve and Anita provide and they always go the extra mile to help us both.

Cannot praise the services highly enough of Steve at WLP Norwich and especially Tracey who looks after Luca for us when the need arises. Having a service that is both reliable and one you can fully trust means that we know Luca is being well looked after, which is obvious by the excitement he shows when we go to drop him off. We Love Pets Norwich have been fantastic in accomodating our pup: for both daycare and boarding. They go above and beyond and, make sure that we get regular pup-dates of activities throughout the day. Steve and Anita personally spend time entertaining our pup and make sure she is being well looked after. They have been so informative with us too! Highly recommend. Five stars everytime.

Our boy would always be walked on our chosen days. It was a very quick and easy process to start. Very responsive and will prompt you regarding days you wish you dog to be walked. I cannot speak highly enough about Ravenna she has given me parts of my life back as even though I love my dog Skye so much I needed to find someone and somewhere that would look after him and love him nearly as much as I do and I have found the perfect person., through Steve at We love Pets. Steve and Anita have such a passion for animal's, they have help me out no end of times with my dogs, they helped me understand his diet and recommended me We Love Pets food and since the change he has become more behaved, they always go out of there way to help in anyway possible. My dogs love them, as soon as they see Steve and Anita they are so excited, just shows how friendly they are, they always make a conversation and are so friendly, easy to get along with, I wouldn’t have any doubts at all to have them look after my pets, I trust them 100%. Anything I’m unsure of or need to know I will always go to them first as every time they have had the answers for me if they haven’t they have gone out of their way to find out and very quick at responding to me, so thank you 😊

Brilliant service, they checked in on our cat, fed and fussed her while we were away.
