We love ruffles but most importantly our dog does too. All the staff at ruffles LOVE dogs and are so caring and make sure that your dog is not only safe and well cared for but having the absolute best time ever. We've also had some behavioural corrections sessions with Sharon that were so so so helpful. Our dog was struggling with attachment issues, recall and being around people as she was a covid puppy and not used to people in our house. Sharon came round for the afternoon and gave us the most incredible advice and taught us how to fix the behaviour and within a few weeks everything has been sorted out and we are all less stressed. With amazing aftercare and being able to ask advice if we were struggling I couldn't recommend the service more. We've also sent our dog for home boarding with Kendal (who we suspect is actually our dogs favourite person) a few times and she's had the best time. I'm always happy to leave my pup knowing she'll have the best day! They even throw them a little party on their birthdays which is the cutest thing ever.

My Rufus loves its. The staff are absolutely amazing you can see they generally care for the dogs. The photo/video updates are fantastic that you get always makes me smile. I would definitely recommend I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you you guys are amazing

Our little Bertie loves going to Ruffles, always get sent videos of him waggling his tale, constant updates and comes home completely worn out after a long day of fun! We also had training with Sharon as we had a few issues with Bertie and just after the first session we saw a massive improvement in his behaviour Couldn't recommend them enough :)

I sought out Sharon’s help as a trainer due to my dog’s reactivity, after a particular incident in which he bit me out of distress. There are so many positives about working with Sharon that I don’t know where to begin! All training sessions with her are very educational, but more than that, the training sessions are enjoyable. I’d always find myself looking forward to the sessions, knowing that I’d leave them feeling like we were making good progress. With Sharon’s help, I learned about the emotion behind my dog’s reactivity, his threshold, and how to manage these behaviours. Before working with Sharon, I would walk Dylan early in the morning and late at night and avoid anywhere like Pets at Home where we would see other dogs. Now, I’m able to arrange to go for walks with another dog owner and their dog, I’m able to take Dylan into Pets at Home, and I don’t have to worry about how Dylan will manage in the waiting room at the vets. We have seen so many improvements in Dylan’s behaviour since Sharon helped us out, and I enjoy training with Dylan much more now as I’m able to focus on the bond between him and I. We continue to see more and more improvements implementing the techniques that she taught us. I can safely say that Sharon has taught me how to be a better dog owner. Thank you Sharon!

I don't know why it's taken us so long to write this but we have been using ruffles since we got our puppy, Oliver, just over a year ago. I can't recommend them highly enough, they look after our boy like he were their own and we really wouldn't have been able to think about owning a dog if it wasn't for the great support that ruffles provide during the daytime. All of the girls (and possibly boys, I just haven't met them) are wonderfully professional and Oliver really looks forward to his time there. They've been super patient with some of his teenage issues and totally transparent with us about their concerns and management strategies. For breed specific reasons, we have been postponing neutering and that too has been dealt with so sensitively. I'm not sure what the single 1 star review is about but it couldn't be less reflective of our experience. If you're thinking about day care with ruffles, I unreservedly recommend.

Just picked our Labrador puppy up from Ruffles for the first time. We'd heard great things from others who have used them. Can tell she had a lovely time and didn't want to leave! Really nice that they keep you updated throughout the day with what the dogs are up to, even set up a little WhatsApp group with my partner and I to send us photos and videos. Absolutely trust them with her. It's so nice to have such a wonderful business round the corner to help is take care of the smallest member of our family.

As a recently new customer at Ruffles I am more than impressed with the quality of care and play that Bruce gets whilst I'm at work. I don't feel bad leaving him anymore and I love that you can see into the play area from reception and watch all of the dogs in action. Great service, staff and location. 10/10 reccomend for anyone looking for top quality day care. Also Bruce is now getting on much better with other dogs when out on a walk 😁 👌

I’ve been taking my puppy Marshall there for about a month 3 times a week. The staff are wonderful, very caring and enthusiastic. They send you updates through the day of your dog playing and having fun. Marshall always comes home knackered after a day with his buddies. It’s been great for socialising him with other dogs and people, we also attend the puppy classes there which have already helped lots! I really recommend this place you can relax knowing your dog is being well cared for and having so much fun!

The team at Ruffles have done a great job helping our very nervous puppy Albus settle in to his two days a week at Ruffles. He's still shy around the other dogs, but after only two sessions he's now joining in and playing - albeit at his own pace. It's clear that the staff treat each dog as an individual and make sure they're as happy as possible during their stay at Ruffles. We really appreciate the photo and video updates we get throughout the day so we can keep tabs on how he's doing. We'd originally tried leaving him at home the 2 days a week when my wife and I both work, with a neighbour stopping round to let him out and feed him. Even with his timidness around the other dogs, it's clear that he's far happier at Ruffles than being largely on his own at home. We're really happy we chose Ruffles.

We have been sending my young cockapoo to Ruffles for the last few months and couldn't recommend them enough. Mia was extremely scared and anxious when she first started but all the staff and volunteers have been great at easing her in and making her comfortable. She absolutely loves going to doggy day care and playing with so many other doggos for hours on end (and even helping out with the paperwork). They send regular updates over whatsapp so we can see what our little fur baby is getting up to and how much fun she is having. Booking her in for a day and subsequent payment is really easy and smooth. The only suggested improvement would to have an outdoor area, but with them being in the City Centre, I imagine this would be a difficult feat. Couldn't recommend them enough. 5 stars! :)

Thank you Ruffles for such a great service, not only does ruffles provide a safe environment for dogs to exercise it is also great for my 4 month old puppy Oscar to socialise with other dogs. Oscar loves coming to the day centre (he especially enjoys play time with his best pal Ted) He always comes home in the evening a happy tiered little puppy.

Excellent! My dog goes here full time and they are so great with him, really tailor to your dog and is unlike anywhere else you can keep your dog whilst you are at work! Highly reccomend!!!
