I used Delvallie Kennels for the first time this week, it was the first time putting Mabel into Kennels and the first time I’ve ever left her so as you could imagine - I felt sick with worry. I shouldn’t have been worried because we had a great welcome when we arrived. Mabel was made to feel at home straight away, they even put Mabel into a kennel which was quieter whilst she settled in. The owners and staff were incredible.. all so knowledgeable and friendly. I phoned whilst I was away and they were happy to tell me how she was getting on to put my mind at ease. I collected Mabel today and she was so clean and happy. I can’t recommend Delvallie enough. 5 star care for my beautiful baby girl. I will always use Delvallie in the future!! Thank you for looking after Mabel so well.

My two little dogs are very happy staying here. I’ve been to other kennels and they’ve come home skinny.. and very smelly.. I know if they didn’t want to go they would tug on there leads to get back in the car!!! They are happy staying there.. so we’ll done and 5 stars. Thank you 😊

These kennels are great! Run by loving and kind people with great facilities and grounds. Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

We normally use a well known local kennels to look after our 3 dogs. Despite having 2 years notice for a friend's wedding I'd forgotten to book....aaarrrggghhh! After the 'we're fully booked' phone call I challenged Google. Google didn't disappoint, putting Delvallie into the mix. When the lovely owner, Ann, said 'Yes' and more importantly, 'Yes' to my request that all 3 be housed together I was over the moon. The 'Welcome' the dogs received when we dropped them off was as if they were long term clients. Upon picking them up we could tell that they'd been thouroughly looked after and loved - every owners dream scenario. This experience has encouraged us to look at more long weekends away knowing that it won't be just the humans on a mini break.

We've used Delvallie twice now for our nervous rescue dog. The first time we dropped him off he was so nervous and had to be carried to his kennel but we were reassured when we picked him up that he had grown in confidence over the week. He had his second stay recently and was happy and excited going in and so relaxed when we picked him up. Highly recommend.

Great family run kennels. We have been using Delvallie for years. Since Paul and his family took over, the kennels have been re- built- it really is a fantastic kennels . It is stress free leaving our girl there as we know she will be so well looked after .

I recently booked my dog in for a week stay at Delvallie Kennels. I am really impressed with how well the new owners are doing. They made me feel at ease (as I am always worried about leaving my big baby boy) and they also settled him in easily. He was well cared for, groomed and when I came to pick him up he had just got back from a lovely walk in the fields. The kennels were spacious and clean, and staff were all pleasant, friendly and hardworking especially Ann and Helen who do an amazing job. Will be using again and would highly recommend, cant thank Delvallie enough.

We are extremely satisfied with how well our three large dogs were looked after during their doggy day care at the kennels. The fact that they came home and fall asleep within half an hour of arriving tells me - they had a good time! Everything was easy - booking, drop off and pick up (we had to ring to advise we were running late). On pick up, we were lucky enough to meet the owners, their awesome looking labradors and their foster German Shepherd Dog - Koda (they work with local GSD rescue). Their foster dog Koda seemed to have a bit of bad “history” prior to arriving and was in a “fight mode” when we went to see him. However, the owner was so good with him and it was clear he had a lot of time for this somewhat “problematic” dog. To me, it tells volumes. Also, the way their labs looked (!) - you know people know how to care about dogs when their own dogs look this good. I can also comment on the cleanliness, as we asked to look at the kennels without prior arrangements. IT IS SPOTLESS. We had overall great experience with Delvallie boarding kennels and wouldn’t hesitate to board my dogs there again.

We are so grateful to Ann and Paul plus their team for looking after our dog. We were unsure, as she has had issues, however she settled in well and we cannot rate Delvallie highly enough! Thank you for your support throughout, which has put our minds at ease. 😊

My 2 dogs (bulldog & french bulldog) stayed for a week while we were on holiday. Kennels are well sign posted and very welcoming. They explained daily routines and everything that would happen on their stay Upon return, i collected close to 7pm, i was welcomed and shown to where my 2 were staying. Both had been cleaned and groomed and were happy. As was most of the dogs in the surrounding kennels. The lady explained my frenchie had upset stomach at start, but changed her feed which settled her. Obviously knowledgeable in change of a dogs diet, and possible causes. Couldnt fault them and will use again Thanks

Excellent, Caring Kennel Owners. Collected my dog yesterday which was the 2nd time he had stayed here. 1st time was Day care, just to see how he got on, when I picked him up, I was able to see him, without him noticing me; he was calm settled and watching the world. This weekend he stayed for two nights, I dropped him off and he walked away with the owner, tail wagging. For a dog owner there is no better feeling to know your dog is going to be ok, but their body language gives it away. Collected yesterday. He wondered out, clearly though he was just off for a walk and had not noticed me, again happy chappy. Then notice me and keen for cuddles. Booked in again for our next holiday with confidence. My 14 year old terrier has spent 2 nights and then a week in these lovely kennels. The new owners and their staff are great and treat the dogs as their own. Clean, comfy and heated individual kennels.I would highly recommend.

i have been using these kennels for over 30 years for all my dogs. 6 years ago they correctly identified that my dog had a torsion (twisted gut) and rushed him to the vet as I was out of the country. I would recommend them.

Absolutely love the new people, they are so wonderful with the dogs and are really nice to us humans too. Would definitely recommend them, my fur baby has stayed there twice last year and I have booked her in again in July.

Drove from London to use these kennels ..Really happy they called too say our dog had settled well and when we collected him he was beautifully groomed .I am over fussy where i leave my lad as he is a rescue dog and would 100% recommend these guys.
