So happy with our dogs grooms, the two dogs looked amazing and could not fault the customer service from Cheryl. She was very caring and could tell that the dogs welfare and needs comes before anything. Had lovely little updates during the groom too. Booked straight away for next appointments.

I am so happy to have found Cheryl, she is amazing and clearly very dedicated to her work and the dogs that she grooms. She took time to listen to what makes my dog anxious and didn't rush to take him from me, making it easier for him to go with her. She let me know part way through that he was ok (he is an anxious chap and doesn't like being groomed) until now that is. He came out tail wagging with a fab cut! Fantastic dog groomer! My dogs loved Cheryl and they both came back looking beautiful and smelled gorgeous. They were not in the best condition - due to their usual groomer being closed during lockdown. Have already booked in the girls (and my new boy’s) next groom in 6 weeks and will be using for all their future pampering sessions :)

Great service from Hair Bears. Poppy is a Husky x Collie, so she has very thick fur. Cheryl took great care into looking after Poppy as she can sometimes be quite a nervous dog. She came back smelling lovely and looking very smart and shiny. She even had a cute bandana!

We took our beautiful pug for her first groom, she’s a very nervous pup around new people but hair bears made her feel at home with treats and cuddles! Ethel came out smelling absolutely amazing, she looks wonderful and she’s no longer malting like crazy! Highly recommended!! Everyone who knows my Winston, knows how much of a handful he can be to say the least! But he was looked after so well whilst having his groom! you had so much patience and we’re fantastic with him! My English Bulldog is too big for me to Bathe on my own, Cheryl does an absolutly brilliant job with getting into all his wrinkles and hard to reach places. She has done a better job on his nails then any vets he has ever been too. She's pataint and conciderate to each dogs needs and works completely at the dogs pace. Bruce comes home so relaxed you would think he had been on a spa weekend and everytime and he see's Cheryl he gets so excited.. Would never go anywhere else! The pick up and drop off is sooo helpful in the current climate and he smells gorgeous for weeks! Thanks again Hair Bears your a life saver!!

Absolutely fantastic service from Hair Bears. Bailey (my chalkie) is normally very unsettled and hates the groomers, I have tried several but after finding Hair Bears I no longer have to look elsewhere - she took her time with Bailey to ensure he was comfortable and could trust her. The cut was exactly how I wanted (she even asked me on the styles I liked before taking him in!). She collected and dropped him off and I have never smelt him so good ! Brilliant and friendly service. Cheryl did exactly what i asked her to do.merlin is a papillon and his hair grows really quick so wanted him a little shorter, he came back looking handsome and smells fantastic and loved his neckerchief.would highly recommended.
