Always very friendly and considerate, both to owner and the dog. My dog had never been bathed before, so I requested to stand in with her. She was good as gold and the groomers were fantastic.

The only place my 3 dogs will have their nails cut. I have 2 lurchers and anyone familiar with the breed knows they are lanky, skittish drama queens. The staff are pretty much unflappable and will do their best to fit you in as soon as possible. Nails can usually be done the same day if you call ahead and we've never had an issue with quicks even with our miniature dachshund's jet black nails. Full grooms are a bit expensive but always good, I recommend the paw and nose treatment. My girl gets terribly dry paw-pads (she runs like lightning for long periods of time and punishes her paws daily)and they always feel soft and nourished when she's had this treatment. The seasonal specials are good value especially the winter ones. Well worth the price. If you are a VIP card member you get some good discount codes and exclusives. Recommended!

Excellent! My 5yr old spaniel Harvey usually hates being groomed, but Becky was great! Harvey was happy to go with her, she did a fantastic job, worth every penny! Harvey even went back to her f a cuddle b4 we left. I will definitely be going back!!!!

Honestly can't understand why there are bad reviews here. The girls looked after my pup so well, he looked beautiful. Distressed when we picked him up but only because it was all new to him. I'm so so happy with my experience and so is my pup

Would recommend the first puppy groom it was excellent, wouldn't recommend one in lockdown, really disappointed, eyes and trim of feet and not sure his nails were even touched if they were it was very little... no clipping around the bum, face or body, POOR.

Amazing job! Well done girls! My Rough Collie tri colour (Domino) came back looking gorgeous after her pamper today 1st November 2018. I will definetly recommend the groom room festival park. I have another Rough Collie male who I will be booking in soon as I am so impressed.
