Stanley (our 13 week old Labrador) had his first groom with Kirsty last week. We would highly recommend her to anyone. Very professional and lovely atmosphere for my cavaliers first time. Very tentative to his needs as he doesn't like his paws 🐾 being trimmed. Kirsty showed outstanding care and it shows in the quality of the cut, it was exactly what I asked for. I would recommend to her anyone. Purrfect service and he smells amazing now.

Great experience with Kirsty! I could not be more happy with the service and the way my dogs have been cared for and handled. I took my 3 dogs to Kirsty and was blown away with the results. Prior to coming I'd exchanged some details about my dogs, as they are all different breeds, ages and size. Kirsty was knowledgeable, honest and caring (my collie is 17) Kirsty reassured me about the care of all my dogs, especially my collie and offered different solutions to make him more comfortable. As soon as we arrived the dogs were straight to Kirsty for a fuss and I always think this is a good sign and trust a dogs instinct about someone. Kirsty updated my through the day about how they each were and what stage of the process she was at. Upon collection the aftercare service was superb and I've never experienced this with other groomers. I'm so pleased and so are my dogs, we're looking forward to going back! 😊
