I'm absolutely made up with how everyone at No More Kennels looked after our Obi when we got married the other day ❤️ He was terrified going in because of his past experiences in kennels. I had to drag him in. I think he thought he was being given up again (He had 4 homes before us 😢) This is the first time we've left him anywhere and I was a mess leaving him 😭 I could see him on 24\7 cctv and everytime I looked, his tail was wagging and he was having fun with the other dogs 🥰 He didn't want to come home 😂 Thank you so much No More Kennels for taking amazing care of our furbaby ❤️

My two dogs have just returned frío their second stay here and they absolutely loved it. They love playing with all their doggy friends and being looked after by the staff. My youngest pup Ruby has been going to day care for a while now, 1 day a week when I have to be in the office she loves it - she can't wait to get there and tells me all her tales from the day on the way home then zonks out! I like being able to check in on her occasionally through the cctv just make sure she's OK. Both dogs have boarded for the 2nd time this last week and they loved it - my older dog got walked twice a day and the staff make a fuss of them constantly, take lots of pics to put my mimd at ease. They even do a little health check each day. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming - I feel happy leaving them at no more kennels knowing they are safe and well looked after.

My Dog, Luna Tunes has severe separation anxiety. She won't stay in the garden without having the door wide open. No More Kennels is the only place she will happily go without me. She loves it here, always rushes into reception and never looks back for me. Staff are amazing and always give a full report on how she has been when picking her up would definitely recommend.

My two dogs Daisy and Stanley had the best time ever in no more Kennels. They didn't want to come home. They were really good with the dogs was a little worried with Stanley only being 3 months old but seeing the photos and ctv I could tell they were really well looked after. NMK are amazing. Our pup goes to doggy day care owith an occassional stay over and loves every minute. From the fb photos and sneaky peek at the cctv confirms that. From the minute we he gets his harness off in reception he is through the door to play with his pals, without a backward glance. The team are great in giving us updates on his behaviour and eating while in their care and are very personable and professional when greeting us . The freedom Wilson gets and the socialisation iss just perfect for him and we wouldnt take him anywhere else!

We experienced an unpleasant experience with a previous daycare for our pup Evie, then we came across No more kennels, wow what a difference this was 🙂, the staff are absolutely amazing ❤️, I don’t even feel like that’s enough to explain how they are, they are so caring and have such a passion for their jobs. The minute we tell Evie she’s off to daycare she starts bounding about the room in excitement 😁. My daughter recently moved to Chester and I work long night shifts, Evie goes to daycare on a Wednesday and is collected on a Friday morning, having the boarding is such a huge weight off your shoulders, you know with no more kennels your fur baby literally is in the best hands. They have recently added a self service wash van to the many facilities and this is great! I use this on a Friday morning when I’ve collected Evie, so much easier than bathing at home. The staff go up and above for your pups and love and care for them like they are their own, I would highly recommend (and I do) no more kennels to anyone, it literally is the best daycare by far. Thank you for not only loving and caring for Evie, but also for putting our faith back into daycare after our first experience, it literally means the world to us and we can’t thank you enough for all you do ❤️.

Fantastic place to socialise your dog - Henry loved it and never even looked back when he ran inside. I can honestly say that I am so lucky to be able to take my little Hugo to NoMoreKennels. He has been going since he was 3/4 months old and he’s now 10 months and is the most loving and friendly pup as he gets to socialise with all the dogs at daycare. From 7am-7pm I have no worries as I know he is being looked after by the best (this is proven from looking on the webcams when I first used to check in) now I don’t even feel the need to look as he is always running around and playing with his doggie friends! The staff here are so friendly and welcoming and they adore my little baby as if he was theirs… thank you so much NMK!

Incredible! We left our baby (well - big German Shepherd!!) with no more kennels whilst we went abroad for the week. Every part of this experience was incredible. The booking process and initial visit left us feeling very comfortable and confident that Lexi was in the right place. When we arrived with her, the team were brilliant, we chose to take our own food as Lexi can be quite fussy but we didn’t have to, they provide this for you. We added on an hours walk a day (£10 per day - and worth every penny) and we were able to watch Lexi everyday on the multiple cameras they have which you log in to. We watched her play every day and every time we saw her she looked so happy playing and wagging her tail, it was also great to see the team interacting and playing with her. We were naturally nervous leaving her but I can honestly say it was such a great experience for both us and Lexi. The team looked after her so well and when we went to pick her up we got a full breakdown of everything during her stay. Lexi LOVED No More Kennels, we LOVED No More Kennels and we can’t thank the staff enough - it really is an incredible home from home to safely leave your babies. Thank you for looking after her xx

I haven't been using no more kennels long, but want to say brilliant work to them all. I have a temperamental akita and they have worked wonders with her and her attitude has completely change for the good. Ollie had a great time at No More Kennels. Not the closest boarding or kennels to where we live but worth the drive to find somewhere so good. Since this was the first time leaving Ollie at any form of boarding I was a little hesitant leaving him. Whilst I was certain he would settle in, you never know how he would react to such a change. On dropping Ollie off, we were welcomed with great service and lots of attention for Ollie, which helped put my mind at rest. We were provided with a link to connect to the CCTV within the centre which allowed me to see what was happening at anytime and I would often have a quick look at breakfast to see how he was getting on. Not only could we see live footage but there was also photos updated to Facebook daily and a video on YouTube for the previous day. Ollie will definitely be back again in the future

TRUST. Really hard for me to decide where to start from.. I was really skeptical leaving my baby Whiskey anywhere, I am super protective and obsessed with him, I am always constantly with him because he is really sensitive and I'm scared if he get injured or sick. So this is why after this experience with this company the term that better desbribe it is TRUST, because it was really hard for me to trust anyone about caring about Whiskey. I was constantly checking him on the cameras and he was so happy and playing around with the other dogs under the eyes of the girls working there, and ofter he was carried around because he loves it 😅 Whiskey was really loved by them, one of the girl Ellie was so in love with him that she cares about him at her home just to give him more attention, and he was running like mad off happiness. He had a bath and nails cutted, the scent is gorgeous. I will bring him back to get his baths and to have a bit of fun with other dogs sometime and I SUGGEST NO MORE KENNELS for who hardly trust others taking care of your dogs while away ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🐶

Archie attends NMK to socialise each Thursday and loves it. He’s boarded a few times and again always enjoys his stay. Always arrives home happy and exhausted with so much playing and making new friends. Would highly recommend NMK for your fur babies

I Cannot Rate "No More Kennels" Highly Enough! Having placed my Deaf Rescue dog "Flora" for 5 nights whilst away l was concerned as in the 21 months of having her we had never had a night apart due to her separation anxiety. Even though Flora had been for a few Day Care sessions prior to the stay this was obviously a completely different scenario! However, my concerns were totally unwarranted as Flora's needs were Absolutely met when she was unable to settle, I received a call asking me if I would agree to a Home board ! This being a Great relief in the fact that they had been So aware of her distress and been so proactive! Rebeckah actually took Flora then kindly forwarded photos and videos which showed her calm , chilled , wagging her tail along with receving lots of care and cuddles! I am Absolutely amazed by the kindness and support shown to Flora and myself by Everyone connected to "No More Kennels "! Anyone having reservations of placing their "Furry Baby " there should have No hesitation whatsoever!

Eddie recently stayed for his first ever overnight boarding for 4 nights. Unfortunetly Eddie hurt his paw a couple of days before we were due to fly and were advised by our vet that he would be fine on the pain relief. A day in his bandage was off and he was bleeding, they contacted us straight away and managed to sort a vet in the space of hours where his nail was removed. With the advisories of the vets and a kennels not to be the best place for Eddie. They told us he would over night stay with Alex. From start to finish they were exceptional, constantly keeping us up to date and the way they just took him home to care for him until we came home! I honestly can't thank the Team & especially Alex how much they made our holiday enjoyable and looked after our Eddie (especially given the circumstances he needed to be cared for!) ❤️ The extra touches at pick up telling us what he had been up to and the FB picture updates was lovely! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an overnight onboarding experience. It was lovely to get access to the CCTV where you could see your pup in action, you also saw how loving all the girls where with the dogs which was so nice to see! Thank you, we will certainly be back with a much fitter and crazy sprocker Eddie 🐶

No more kennels made leaving my dog for the first time so easy. The hotel wasn't for my dog and staff picked up on it and took him home. Daily updates and photos he was sp oilt rotten I don't think he wanted to come home. I will definitely be using no more kennels every time I go away.

I had to write this review as people really do need to understand the lengths these guys will go to in order to ensure the most professional service possible! My husband booked a surprise trip but as men usually do, he forgot to consider the whole picture when it came to looking after my dogs! I am the biggest worrier in relation to my dogs and will not leave them ANYWHERE other than No More Kennels. The issue my husband had was that he hadn’t booked in advance so when he contacted them (last minute) they were fully booked! Rebekah came to the rescue and without my knowledge she accommodated my babies stay and although full arranged to let them stay at her and another staff members house! I have 2 pugs (Frank & Jon) and Jon in particular can be a handful at the best of times so to do this was nothing short of amazing. I really don’t know any service that would do this and the love and devotion along with the care and treatment they give to my dogs (not to mention the help they give to me personally) is phenomenal. Like I said I am the worlds worst in relation to the care of my babies and will just fret continually without them but I have to say that I have no hesitation booking them in here at No More Kennels and would encourage any dog owners with anxiety issues regarding leaving their dogs in care to give these guys a go as you will NEVER go anywhere else and your dog will come home looking like they too have had a fantastic break! Thanks again guys you truly are an amazing bunch of people! x

My schnauzer recently stayed for a week at no more kennels. I was really apprehensive and worried that he would miss us. In order to get him used to it he had a couple of day care visits leading up to his week long stay. When I picked him up although he was clearly excited to see me. It was clear that he had had a great.time. he had made an impression on the staff who all clearly love animals. I had only planned to use no more kennels while we were away but will probably book him in for a couple of doggy day care visits as he enjoyed it so much. I wouldn’t drop our very needy beagle anywhere else overnight. He has crazy separation anxiety when left alone in the house but when we need a break I have NO qualms leaving him there as he plays all day and then snoozes away the night. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We love this place. My little boy loves going to play with his friends and every time I see him on the cameras he’s always jumping around and wagging his tail. This weekend was the first time we’ve left him for 2 nights and safe to say he had an absolute ball. He’s certainly had a fantastic time as he’s been broken since we picked him up yesterday and all he’s done is sleep. I can’t recommend No More Kennels enough. Fantastic service and we will definitely be shouting about them to anybody that will listen. If I could rate it 100 stars out of 10 I would.

We left our two cocker spaniels for 9 nights recently and could not of asked for better care. The daily structure is brilliant with lots of time to play in supervised well matched groups, time to eat and rest in their own room, and plenty of cuddles and play from the staff. Whilst we were away I could log on to the cctv and see what they were up to, and as they have not been left before this was reassuring. The staff add hundreds of photos at the end of each day which were lovely to look through. Both dogs looked relaxed and happy, I think they really enjoyed being there. They even got to attend the Halloween party! The older of the two dogs seemed a little more nervous going in but as I was watching the cctv I could see a staff member spot this straight away, she gave him a fuss and moved him to a quieter section of the room for him to settle in which did the trick. The dogs are not all just left in the same space like some day cares, they are separated up into different rooms/areas. I can honestly say I did not worry about the dogs at all whilst we were away because I knew they were in good hands.

✨5* luxury for dogs ✨ I highly recommend No More Kennels! Our fur baby boarded here for just over a week and we couldn’t have asked for him to be better looked after! We had peace of mind as we could check in on him through the cameras and see him happily playing with the other dogs. 🐾 Rebecca and the team at No More Kennels are fantastic and made sure our pup was ok throughout his stay. NMK is a wonderful place for your dog to stay. Our puppy Pointer Lucy was a bit nervous when she first went and by the end of the day she had really come out of her shell and enjoyed playing in their nursery. After several visits she is now playing with all of the dogs and loves her time there and this shows the next day when she is flat out after playing all day. The staff are wonderful with the dogs and can give you good updates about your dogs time with them. The cameras also give you good peace of mind and I would highly recommend NMK as a place to look after your dog.

We have a very excitable dog, who suffers from separation anxiety. We never wanted to put her in kennels and No More Kennels seemed like the perfect fit. No More Kennels have been fantastic for our mini breaks and longer stays when we have had to leave our dog. They are extremely loving towards her and have taken the upmost care of her. I started taking my 3 puggles to socials are they were very nervous, shy and only like each other. We started putting them in for twice a month and we instantly seen a change in them! I was a little apprehensive by the younger managers but wow! They couldn't cater to mine and my dogs needs and requests anymore! Alec even come to pick up my boy ready for his stay, his extensive knowledge and experience with all types of breeds blew me away. They're well organised and exceptionally friendly. Iv used No more kennels for awhile and I can’t thank them all enough for looking after my dogs. My big lad is a gentle giant and they treat him like he’s theirs, he adores it there and comes back sad like Iv took his favourite toy away. After having dogs for many years with family to care for them. It was a huge change when my older parents no longer where able to help. After months of hunting I decided upon no more kennels, mainly because whenever I had questions or worries I was met with a warm welcome full of reassurances. My dog has now been twice, I love being able to peep on him throughout the day and the photo updates on Facebook. All of which reassured me he was in safe hands. Our dog is epileptic so we love the fact that there is someone with the dogs 24/7 at no more kennels, and that we can log into the cctv to check in. Giving her medication is no problem and we just know she's in safe hands. Our dog has been to day care and overnight boarding, and always has a great time playing with the other dogs and lounging about! She comes home happy and exhausted. And we like scrolling through all the pictures on Facebook to see who she met in daycare and what fun they had. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Our Sasha is very shy of new people, but will happily walk off with the staff into the daycare with not a single glance back at me. We really appreciate the services that nmk offers and have recommended to friends, colleagues and family. The only downside is that they are so good that they are often booked up quite far in advance.

This was a massive decision for us as Lemmy has never been away over night, never mind 10! Lemmy had an absolute ball, we could see him via cctv every day and the staff really interacted with him. He’s never been great with large groups of dogs but his group was small and manageable and they took as good. care of him as we would and we are delighted we have somewhere he can go that we trust and he loves. My fluffmister has been coming here since she was 7 months old. She loves dogs more than people and due to being an adopted-street dog, she can be very weary, skittish and intolerant of people. The staff at Doggy Day Care get more love off her than half of my family... they took the time to get to know her and she is always excited to greet the staff now, before seeing the other doggos. Recently she has had a change in behaviour and their on-site behaviourist spent the whole day with her and she still gets support now for her 'mood-swings'. We are away for a weekend in July and I think my Cleo will be getting a better experience than our 5* hotel. If you're considering sending your dog here... just do it. Can't thankyou enough.

We picked up Duke today after a ten day holiday and I had to leave a review right away! We were new to NMK and it’s always scary putting your dog somewhere new but they were so reassuring and lovely. Duke is a miniature Dachshund and can be shy around other dogs. He struggled settling on his first day and I’d opted to allow him to home board if needed so they made the decision to send him home with Jess. I was really reassured that they were looking out for him rather than letting him struggle to settle in and when we picked him up he was the most relaxed he’s ever been after a kennel stay! We also saw him on the cctv briefly this morning snuggling with Jess and clearly utterly in love with her! Thank you so much NMK and Jess—you looked after him like he was your own and we appreciate that so much.

Aug 2021 After a crazy 18months we managed to get a week away at short notice only thanks to the support of Rebecca and her awesome team. They always go above and beyond to make it work for me and I am so grateful. Charlie is a single boarder now as has developed anxiety since we lost Billy. The team make him and us feel safe because they just love him. To hear see the photos while we are away give us all peace to enjoy our holiday because we can see how happy he is - thanks again Rebecca 🙏🤩🥰❤️🐶🐈‍⬛ My two dogs stay at No More kennels and the absolutely LOVE 💕 it. The come back so chilled unlike any other boarding kennel we Have used. Our boy Charlie struggles with anxiety and the staff at NMK are amazing with him. He is loved just as much in NMK as he is at home and it means that we can enjoy our family holidays while the boys enjoy theirs. I can not recommend NMK enough - it’s brilliant! Massive thank you to all the staff at No More Kennels for looking after our two dogs so well. Lola can sometimes have seizures, meaning most day cares won't accept her. No More Kennels went the extra mile, not only accepting her but also ensuring all staff were trained in how to look after dogs with seizures. It’s such a relief to know they are there when we need them and providing her with the best possible care. Thanks so much for looking so well after Saphira. We treat our dog as a member of the family, i always say she is my eldest daughter, this was the first time we went away leaving her behind. This was Shebas first time away from us for 2 nights,so I was a little worried of how she would settle, i needed of been because she has such a great time and was very relaxed and happy when we picked her up. I watched her on face book and was suprised to see how she was reacting to other dogs and the way she was copying others and playing in the water. The staff are lovely and go the extra mile. Being able to watch him on the CCTV is reassuring; he always seems to be socialising well and interacting with the staff and the other dogs. I can't recommend NMK highly enough!!! I think this place is absolutely brilliant, and my 9 month old GSD puppy (Dexter) absolutely LOVES going there for day care. It's hard to find a place to trust to leave your own fur baby - but the love, care and attention shown by the staff at NMK is exceptional! They have great facilities for the dogs to play in, both indoors and out, and although my dog is extremely socialable, I know they also can care for dogs that perhaps aren't as sociable too (in a seperated area). Which means that no dog in their care is ever in any situation where they could get hurt. So they hold the health and safety of all the dogs in their care as their #1 priority, with #2 being fun & love for the dogs! As previously said, their care for the dogs is second to none and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to use No More Kennels for your dog at any time!

As a staff member at no more kennels I get an insight into the dedication and hard work that goes into looking after the doggos in our care. We always go the extra mile to make sure each and every dog is having the perfect holiday of their own. From getting the dogs out to play in the morning to tucking them in at night their safety is our number one priority, and we take this extremely seriously. The dogs are constantly supervised and all through the night isn’t an exception, someone is always there to make sure the dogs are happy and safe tucked away in the bedrooms. We keep notes on absolutely everything so nothing goes unnoticed and we are aware of everything down to how much food each dog ate each meal. We also perform thorough health checks multiple times a day to ensure each dog is happy and healthy. Not to mention the deep cleaning we do every single day to keep the hotel and each bedroom extremely hygienic and extra safe for the dogs. There are many many measures we have in place to keep all the dogs secure and safe while they stay with us, and we pride ourselves on this :) I’ve always worked with dogs but never have I worked somewhere with such high standards of care, it makes the job so much more rewarding!!

Our dog, Nora, has just returned from a one night stay at NMK. We can't thank the staff enough for all that they did for us. We were definitely nervous leaving her but the staff were so responsive and reassuring that I couldn't ask for more. They kept us updated throughout the day and being able to access the CCTV was brilliant too. At pick up, they go through any notes made by staff throughout the day which is really great to know how she's got on. It also keeps communication open and consistent as staff change throughout the day/night. Nora was a little bit nervous/anxious but the staff wrapped her up in a blanket and stayed with her throughout the night to keep her relaxed. We could clearly tell she loved the staff too because at pick up, once she said hi to us, she left us to go over to the staff for licks and rubs. We would definitely recommend and will be returning again. Thanks again!

We travelled 50 miles to trial day care before moving to overnight stays now foreign holidays are back on the agenda. There are alternatives closer but the reviews, licensing and overall concept made it worth a trip. The concept is great and having spoken to Rebeckah at some length it's clear she really understands the wrench of leaving your dog with strangers overnight. Different breeds and dogs have different needs so make sure you talk those through with the team thoroughly (for example, another family member's labrador would bounce in and out without a thought but my Cockapoo needs a bit more tlc to settle). The CCTV "Doggyvision" link needs a download and a few minutes effort to get running, but once in you can spot your dog jumping around which is a reassuring touch. Re overnight boarding; I didn't get chance to look around (I get it, it's a secure working site so you can't have people wandering around when they want), but I get the sense they're cared for and safe. Again though, try day care first and talk to the team... it's not in their interests to board a dog that won't be happy so they'll advise. Overall as a doggy day care for a couple of hours it worked. Our dog was fine and if you do get chance to speak to Rebeckah she's impressive... you can't pretend to care that much so convincingly all the time. Not sure an overnight stay is right for us, but that's more to with our over-pampering of our pooch through lockdown than their ability to deliver what they promise.

We have 2 Dogue de Bordeaux’s (brother and sister) and knew they needed to socialise with other dogs given they were ‘lockdown’ puppies and stayed with me all day! They’ve been going to NMK for over 6 mths now! Both initially nervous and attended once a week each! Bella has gone from a nervous pup to a confident dog who is so excited when we say ‘school’ and just loves attending! Harvey needed extra encouragement from the staff who trusted him so much that he’d settle, we trusted them and realised they knew him so well, they are the experts! Took a few more months and he’s still a little nervous at times but now he is spending his days with the other dogs! We’re so pleased! If you are worried or in doubt please trust that your dog will settle over time. We get to see the photos which shows how happy they are running around with the others and cuddles with the staff! They are due to stay over at the weekend so we can have a break away and we are not worried at all! Thank you so much to NMK for caring for our doggies xx

I literally can’t recommend NMK’s enough. It’s the only place I can happily leave my dog worry free. Rebeckah and the team are so loving and dedicated, and treat each pup like their own. Doggies run around playing all day with their mates, get spoilt by the staff, have regular health checks and are then tucked into their own private bed each night. We even get photo updates each evening to show us what they have been up to, or can check in with them on the live video app in the day if we want to have a nose at them playing. It’s the only daycare and boarding Id ever recommend to my friends. Even if your dog is a little anxious like mine is, the staff go above and beyond to support them and give them the best time. The people and place are a godsend!! Holidays would be such a stressful experience without them. If 6 stars was a thing, that’s what they would be getting!

I'm usually incredibly reluctant to leave Bella anywhere, but when I was getting married I apparently wasn't allowed to bring her to the wedding with me! We booked the Bear in with No More Kennels, and there were frequent updates, with pictures of her on Facebook daily. When we got her back, she was still the same old Bear, nothing like she usually was when she came back from previous kennel stays. I can whole heatedly recommend No More Kennels for your dogs if you're going away etc. Bear loved it and I'll be sending her back when we go on our honeymoon!

I cannot recommend NMK enough. My husband I have been sending our two 11 month old Beagles since the summer and Rebeckah and the team have been incredible, absolute life savers. You won’t find the service you receive here elsewhere - FACT. We had previously tried one daycare close to us before enquiring with NMK. Tied to short day time hours, unsure whether it was the best for our boys and feeling uneasy due to the premises we knew it was time to make the jump and NMK is exactly what we were looking for. Rebeckah makes you feel like your dog/dogs are part of her family, and puts your mind at ease constantly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her or the team. Our two puppies are boisterous and the team have done nothing but accommodate us. I’ve shared my concerns and worries with Rebeckah, she’s even had the odd voice note of tears. 😂 I’m sure you won’t find the owner of a business contacting you personally over issues that might seem minor to others - not Rebeckah. Myself and my husband see daily how Rebeckah and her team go above and beyond for our boys, like they do for every dog in their care - and we know how many numbers they have in a day, this is exactly the service that they promote, they will treat your dog like their own. I had a Beagle previously as a child but nothing could have prepared me for my two. If it wasn’t for NMK I may be divorced right now, so thanks for saving our marriage guys - only joking. 🤣🤣🤣 However, the pressure has definitely been taken off of us. Find me another daycare that has all of the services and care that NMK has to offer and I will tell you that it will be impossible. We love Rebeckah and her team so much and we know that our boys do too. Even if they send Julie round the bend most days. We can’t thank you enough for everything you have done and continue to do for our family. 🥰

I just want to give a massive share and thank you to No More Kennels Luxury Dog Hotel, Doggy Daycare Resort & Spa. As a few of you may know, Alfie is a very pampered but very anxious dog. He loves company of any kind and doesn’t cope well with being left alone. He doesn’t like it when we leave him at home but he copes as he is in his familiar environment. We knew when we had to leave him to go on holiday it would be hard on him and us! We knew he may not handle it too well and that’s why we looked around for the best place for him. And this was it!! If anyone has a dog and needs to leave them look here. It’s like nothing I’ve ever seen before for dogs. The care, attention and facilities are second to none and this is why we knew he had to go here. Alfie was so happy playing with the other dogs for the first day but as soon as he realised we weren’t coming back he got massive anxiety to the point of it making him sick and withdrawn. The staff were amazing. On the phone to us discussing options and care. Being in another country and knowing he was sad was horrible. It became obvious Alfie couldn’t handle the doggy hotel, however fantastic it was. At this point the amazing owner Rebekah was straight on the phone telling us not to worry and she would take him home with her. Within a few hours he was happy and eating again. We got regular photos and videos of him and he came back so happy. He is already booked in to stay with her again! He even went back in the hotel to play with the other dogs later in the week and loved it!! We are so grateful to Rebekah and the whole team there and honestly, if you have a dog this is the place for them! ( even the anxious ones!) We will never go anywhere else now. Thank you so much 🤗🤗

First time leaving my Great Dane puppy for the weekend and wanted somewhere he wouldn't be locked up all day. I found no more kennels searching on google and it was perfect. Comfy plush beds, regular health checks and socialization with the other dogs. I also had 24 hour access to live CCTV so I could check in on him to make sure he was ok. He had the BEST time and was so tired after playing all day. When picking him up they said he had been fantastic and was welcome anytime which made me really happy. It is located almost an hour away from where we live but was definitely worth the drive to make sure he was well looked after whilst we were away. I cant thank the staff at NMK enough for looking after Blue and he will be back next time we choose to go away.

I watched him being carried around by the staff, they put his little coat on for him every day and hand fed him chicken. He was treated like the prince that he is. We’ve just picked up our dog from a 10 night stay here. It was amazing watching our dog on all the cctv cameras. We were a bit obsessed so maybe next time we won’t download it. It just made us feel so happy to know that we could see him anytime. Each time we logged on he was either running around having fun or asleep on the sofas. We saw lots of staff giving him a belly rub or a pat on his head when they walked past and it just showed us that they really care. Just seeing the level of care and work that goes into this place is amazing. Even in the night we saw the staff running around hoovering. We saw a German shepherd running off with the mop one night at 2am and a poor woman trying to get it off him. It felt like we were there with him day and night because we could just log on and check on him. It makes me confident that this place is so transparent, it really is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever seen. We live in Leek so it’s too far to come back for daycare services but we will never use anywhere else when we go on holiday.

After a further three visits Kimi gets so excited at the mention on NMK that we can't even say the name until she's getting in the car. Staff have been very understanding about her behaviours which mean she has to be cared for separately at times. But she still gets socialised when it's safe for all. Cannot fault the staff or the building. We're already looking forward to Kimis next visit at the end of the month.

First time away from home but my dog had a lovely week at the kennels, watching him on CCTV was really reassuring seeing staff treat the dogs like their own! The staff were so kind and it was obvious my dog adored them seeing him with them all on collection - thank you so much to the staff for looking after him! He did end up catching kennel cough and was in the vets the same night of collection due to this. He is on the mend now and I fully understand this is not NMK’s fault. However, I’d just recommend owners to vaccinate their dogs against kennel cough before visiting. Especially due to this being very serious for vulnerable people to catch from their dogs. I wouldn’t bring my dog anywhere else! Thank you☺️

First time user. They were lifesavers as it was a short-notice booking in peak holiday season. The facilities there mean they are more likely to be able to handle such bookings than other kennels. Excellent experience, friendly and efficient. One of my dogs is not good in crowds so less suited to the full NMK social experience - they happily sorted out a more conventional stay away from the 'arena' but with regular walkies.

My experience of no more kennels has been amazing. I worked there for 2 years whilst at uni studying to become a vet. The dogs are always put first and the owner lives for dogs. She’s always put them before anything else and to see people going out of their way to try to harm her and her business is disgusting. Some of the reviews I’ve read on here are laughable but others could be taken seriously and cause serious harm. I hope people know that they are trying to harm a business that truly does so much good for dogs. I saw dogs come to us who were petrified of people, who were scared of other dogs and who had severe separation anxiety. I watched the owner sit on the floor for 3 hours slowly edging closer to a dog to gain his trust in order to be able to take his harness off. She’s integrated dogs into daycare who’ve never been able to mix before and she’s stepped in to help dog owners who couldn’t face taking their dog to the vets for end of life treatment. What she’s made is amazing and everything she’s put in place is great for all the dogs. I think that’s why so many other people have tried to copy no more kennels. I left there a long time ago but to see how someone who genuinely adores dogs has been treated on here I felt I must speak up. People should not be allowed to get away with this.

I have recently started working at No More Kennels and I have to say it is the best job in the world! All the staff are really friendly and have made me feel so welcome, everybody cares so much about all of the dogs that come to us as if they were there own including Rebeckah the owner! The dogs are so well looked after when they come to us, we place them into suitable groups so that no dog is left out or made to feel overwhelmed, they have lovely well presented rooms to go to should they need time out or to eat and sleep. I absolutely love this place and my job and I hope I will be there long into the future!

Wife loved being able to view her 24 hours a day via CCTV. Staff are obviously dog lovers and really know how to fuss over them all. Will be our go to place for doggy day care.

I have recently had my chihuahua Charlie stay here first time in kennels, I was very anxious about leaving him but the staff were brilliant, unfortunately my little boy took sick after 3 days no fault of the kennels he has a condition called SRMA, the staff rang me told me if his symptoms and we decided to take him to the vets for treatment, I was away on holiday at the time and obviously very anxious and upset, a lovely lady named Ashley hope I have spelt this right, rang me when she arrived at the vets explaining everything to me. Unfortunately for us charlie had to stay in for treatment. I had many texts and phone calls from the kennels asking about his health and how he was doing, he is home now and hopefully on the mend , I would have no hesitation in recommending NMK to all dog lovers they are extremely professional,caring and really love the dogs in there care. I will take charlie back soon to meet them all and Ashley for cuddles from my beautiful boy. Thank you all so much xx

We recently boarded our 11 months old Sproodle at NMK. We found the staff very friendly and accommodating and when you pick up your dog, you get an update on your dog's interactions and how they settled in. I have just booked another doggy daycare session to get my more used to socialising with other dogs. The only critism I had was that I found the CCTV instructions very complicated and was unable to download the app on my android phone. The staff have kindly offered to assist with that the next time we attend. I would certainly recommend this place for anyone considering daycare/overnight boarding for their precious fur babies!

Our blue staffy, Reggie absolutely loves this place. He's been for some of their dog parties and we've never left him with someone else before so we're a little nervous, and so was he at first! By the time we picked him up he was bounding around and didn't want to come home! He'd had lots of play, lovely homemade treats, human and dog Interaction, and the staff were just brilliant with him. He is a little too full of beans at times and the staff were great with him. The pictures you get to see of all the dogs on social media is lovely, they all have the best time and it's lovely to see. There is also CCTV to see your dog whilst out and about which is brill. The staff are second to none and the service is brilliant. If you have a dog I'd highly recommend this place, not even just for day care, but for them to have a few hours of fun! Thanks no more kennels, Reggie can't wait to be back!

We cannot recommed NMK enough! we have used NMK for the weddning service day care & boarding the staff at NMK are fab you cannot ask for more, with the wedding service everyone was asking who was taking care of our dog as he was so calm and you could tell he was happy with the staff he arrived in style in the pet porche ( which was a head turner) Chester even made it to the papers through NMK! Chester has recently stayed at NMK for his first boarding for 8 nights & we would now not board chester anywhere else the fact you can see what your dog is upto through the CCTV gives you peace of mind and lets you see you dog interacting with other dogs and staff NMK is what it states - a luxury dog resort - i couldnt think of anything worse then leaving Chester locked up in a kennel all day while we are away we just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff for taking care of our Chester & making us feel more at ease while being away.

My ONLY choice for boarding my dog. The staff are amazing. They care for all the doggos and you can tell from the stories told at pick up that they know all the dogs individually. I always let them take my dog over bonfire as they are remote unlike me who lives in a high explosion area, and it's such a relief knowing my house isn't being destroyed by a nervous pupper. No More Kennels for the win!

I can highly recommend No More Kennels, they are amazing with all the dogs. My dog Loki loves coming here and he gets so excited when we pull up outside. The staff take the time to get to know all the dogs who come and they know when Loki needs some time out to rest, otherwise he just won’t stop playing! Haha. The staff are always available if you need to ask any questions or even if you just want a little Update on how your dog is doing. Whether it’s for a few hours, a full day, or overnight, I know they will love Loki like he is their own dog and I know he is safe there! Wouldn’t go to anywhere else with him!

I work at No More Kennels and the job is amazing! Everyone who works there LOVES dogs and we all have their best interests at heart when completing any task! Yes it's very fun playing on the trampolines with them or helping them learn how to use the slides but ALOT more goes on behind the scenes that you don't see! 24 hours a day the dogs are closely monitored to make sure they are all getting on and are safe. There is constant cleaning and upkeep of the Doggos bedrooms and having to ensure they are getting the correct food, medication and all the comfort they deserve! On occasions when needed, we do vet runs and also offer pet taxis if required! We all strive to make sure that no dog us unhappy and are having the best time they possibly can! A VERY rewarding job! 😊

No more kennels is a fantastic place, I travel from South Manchester to get my dog in there because it's the best one for miles around. And they accept dogs that haven't been neutered who are over 12 months old, when a lot of other places won't. The staff are lovely and so friendly and I feel like they really look after my dog better than I could hope for. They post loads if pictures at the end of every day and I live scrolling though finding my GSD. The prices are very reasonable and its been a gos send. We've had dog sitters in the past mot wanting to look after him overnight because he can be difficult and boisterous but he just has a great time when he stays overnight at jo more kennels so its just a huge weight off when we need to go somewhere overnight. Fantastic place.

My pooch is like my baby and after researching loads I decided to send him here for a 2 night stay(Friday - Sunday). I love the fact you can see your pooch and watch him. He looked really happy (a little stressed yes, but he's in a complete different place so expected this). When he was picked up (by my partner) he was told he was fine. He was exhausted and did nothing but sleep (again something we expected). He started being sick on the Monday, we at first put it down to being overwhelmed as he was still exhausted. On the Tuesday, he was still being sick. I was washing his face and noticed a gash we took him the vets to be told it did look like a bite mark, not a vicious bite, and he's more than likely just picked up a bug. (Bearing in mind we hadn't took him out due to being sick, he's not been in contact with another animal since he come home) I phoned NMK to see what had happened (as sometimes messages might get missed or forgotten) they was extremely insistent nothing had happened and try to put it on being done at home which I can 100%guarantee he hadn't. I honestly wasn't looking to blame anyone but the size/deaph of the bite there must have been blood. So please check your pooches as soon as you come out I know you want to cuddle them and get them home. We was lucky as it only cost us £47 at the vets could have been more. ** I was contacted by the owner after this and can honestly say she was so reassuring, and promised to look into it, further training for staff. She fully understood that my pooch is my baby and she really just wants the best for the dogs. Its reassuring that someone looks at feedback and says that's not acceptable what's happened there and wants to fix it. Thank you.

I have just recently been given the opportunity to work for NMK and honestly I can not fault it! I understand how scary it can be leaving your best friend in the hands of someone else for the day or if you're going on holiday but NMK is definitely the best place for them to be. Not only do we have 2 separate areas depending on your dogs needs but the dogs are also loved and cared for like our own. There are many procedures put into place on the inside to make sure both staff and dogs are safe. Since working with no more kennels I have carried out many pet taxi's where I can come and collect your pet, I have given dogs some 1-1 time on a walk if needed and I am currently home boarding a dog to make her feel more comfortable while her owner is away. We will do everything we possibly can to make sure your dog is having the best time with us and your minds are at ease! There are so many options to know and see your dog is in safe hands for example we offer the cctv for you to access, you can call us up and ask about your pet, there are hundreds of pictures posted on our Facebook page at the end of each day and we even have a YouTube channel! We understand that there are many dogs that come through the doors so we have a very strict and repetitive cleaning protocol to make sure everything is kept clean and hygienic for everyone. Not only the dogs, we also have a great team of staff working at NMK we are all just one big family, everyone is so loving and caring and we all help out when and where we can, I love working here! There is so much more I could say however I would not fit it all into this review but I would recommend NMK to anybody and everybody!

I am always deeply distressed when leaving our girl for a holiday but Ellie seemed to have a wonderful time while there. The staff genuinely seem to care and take the time to spend time with your doggy while they are in their care and when I rang to get an update, they gave me a full review on how she was doing and all her little quirks that she has. We have never kennelled Hugo our 8 year old Cocker Spaniel before and chose No More Kennels when we were taking a trip as it seemed to be much more than just a kennel looking at the website and reading reviews. The idea of having CCTV so our kids can watch him and make sure he was happy helped a lot and made them feel much happier. Everyone working there is so friendly and makes the whole process really easy especially as we had to change the booking due to COVID which was never an issue to do. When we picked him up it was almost like he didn’t want to leave he was loving it so much and they went through how he settled in and if there was any points and as he was chewing a paw they found some small matting and contacted me to see if it was ok to trim his paw to take out the matting to help. Really impressed with whole experience and won’t be looking elsewhere when we need to use kennels again.

My partner & I were incredibly worried about leaving our French Bulldog, Hector for his first time away from home for a week, as he has some pre-existing medical conditions & he really loves being around people in his own 'comfort zone.' Unfortunately, Hector was taken a little poorly during his stay (despite having enjoyed a few days of play, fun & games). From this moment, Rebeckah was absolutely magnificent at keeping us informed about what was happening, including his Video Vet Consultation, his trip to NMK's local Vet & she even home-boarded Hector for the remainder of his stay. After feeling a little helpless being out the country, Rebeckah made us feel completely at ease and we knew he was being well looked after in her care. We can't thank Rebeckah & NMK enough for their quick responses & for their professional & caring approach to Hector's well-being. It's safe to say they went above-and-beyond what we could have ever expected and we're incredibly grateful. Highly recommended. 10/10.

I first started at No More Kennels to do a work placement for college and I’m now an employee and I’d just like to leave a review because I really think it is an amazing place to work. We have a really lovely support group of staff and if I ever have any questions the team are very helpful and reassuring. There’s never a point where I feel like the dogs’ safety are at risk as we have so many precautions in place to prevent anything from happening. We have a ribbon system which all the staff are made aware of and we have multiple social media chats to communicate if there are any issues we should be aware of. We also do health checks on boarding dogs every day when the dogs arrive, every day and night during their stay and upon check out. This means if any dogs are unfortunately injured whilst under our care (even something minor like a scratch from playing too roughly) it’s spotted and owners are alerted. This also means we are able to identify problems owners may not have spotted at home and we can advise them what to do. Another thing NMK does to make sure dogs are safe during their stay is we have sophisticated meds and teas reports that are printed every day once the dogs have arrived. Our lovely receptionist highlights the food and meds we need to prepare and a member of staff will then prepare food with any important medication (which is all stored in a designated, locked meds cupboard out of reach from any other dogs). We have multiple different areas to separate dogs into so even if your dog is a red ribbon they will be given time outside where members of staff will come and interact with them throughout the day. We have the intro area, the main area, an outside paved area, the decking, four large outdoor pens, a puppy run and the arena. If your dog is destructive we also cater for that too and place them in a more suitable room. I’d also like to iterate that no dog is left alone in a room for a whole day and the room logs outside their rooms state the time they go in and the time they leave so we know not to leave them for long durations. If your dog is a red ribbon it may not be possible for them to be out all day as sometimes all of the areas previously stated are used up. With this in mind, we take care to make sure they do get to have a run around the back when it gets a little quieter (for example a good time to do this is at lunch when a lot of our dogs go to have dinner). From a customers point of view, I’ve brought my springer spaniel into work with me a few times which really helped me to understand how much the staff do for your dog. She’s quite nervous and has never mixed with that many dogs before but after a full day of being fussed and playing with other dogs (we also group dogs together based on their personalities i.e. quiet, hyper, nervous) I noticed her come out of her shell. There are so many great things I could say about NMK but I just wouldn’t be able to fit them all in this review. We go above and beyond to make sure your dog is having the best experience possible whilst under our care. The staff I work with are amazing and always happy to help.

My dog comes to No More Kennels every work day and also when we go on holiday. He has been known to whimper all the way home after taking him away from there because he has had so much fun. The staff are lovely. They are always kind, caring and take a genuine interest in my dogs health and overall well-being. My dog used to go to another day care facility but I was upset that he was crated for much of the day. The only occasions where he is kept in a separate room is after he has had his dinner or if he looks overly tired. This is no hardship as the rooms having a bed and a television and are much more spacious than a small crate. My dog has so much fun in the outdoor area where there are trampolines and other play equipment. He plays with the hose and in the paddling pool and comes away exhausted even after half a day there. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. I couldn't recommend it enough and I know he would say the same thing. The excitement he shows when he arrives each day is enough to reassure me of that. Thank you No More Kennels.

I am a dog handler at NMK and personally I think it’s the best place possible to take your dog to. If you’re going away and need a place for your dog to stay, NMK will look after your fur babies like they are one of their own. They get their own bedrooms so they’re all comfortable and cozy for bedtimes and they are doted on throughout the night to make sure they’re settling in. NMK will cater to any of your dogs needs, as every dog is different, we give each pooch exactly what they need to make their stay with us as perfect as possible, even if it’s just for a day. If you’re bringing your dog to us for the first time we will assess the dog on arrival and work out which area is best suited for your dog. We have the nursery for the puppies, but we also use this for dogs that are more anxious too. This is because it’s typically a smaller, more calmer group to introduce your dog to when they first arrive, so they’re not overwhelmed, as we want to make sure your dog enjoys their time with us as much as possible. Now, if your dog is super sociable and loves to play, then they can run about the place with all the other dogs upstairs, till their hearts content. I honestly love working at NMK because of the love and time each member of staff put into each and every dog that comes through our doors. We’re one big crazy family and I adore it.

I’m a dog handler at No More Kennels and thought it would be helpful to give an insight into some of the systems we have in place to keep your dogs as safe and happy as possible. Dogs are given very thorough health checks regularly throughout the course of their stay. We alert you of any concerns we might have after health checking your dog. Your dog can also be given a coloured ribbon which we tie to their collar, this allows all members of staff to be aware of your dogs specific needs. For example, an orange ribbon indicates your dog needs rest breaks in between playing, a purple ribbon means your dog can be snappy towards other dogs etc. In daycare we place your dogs in groups based off temperament and size. We have puppies and small breeds in the arena and medium and large dogs in the main area and outside. Here at No More Kennels we know just how daunting leaving your baby is so feel free to call us at anytime to check on them. Also cctv is available so you can keep an eye on them if you are worried. Your dog is under close supervision by members of staff at all times. We mix groups throughout the day so your dog gets to socialise and make lots of new friends. We even have a friends list so if your dog has best friends they get along amazing with they can be placed in the same group. Plus we have a list of dogs that sometimes don’t along so they won’t be mixed together. It is also important to mention that even if your has never socialised with other dogs they too are welcome at NMK. A lot of time of taken to slowly build up their confidence, we start with 1 on 1 interaction with a dog handler then introduce them to 1 or 2 calm dogs. Then we gradually start introducing them to more dogs. We understand how scary this can be for an unsocialised dog so we work at a pace comfortable for them. We offer other services too such as a pet taxi, this is where a member of our staff will pick up your dog from your home and bring them in. Additionally we offer a walking service for dogs that struggle to socialise with other dogs so a member of our staff will come and pick your dog up and take them on a walk. Rebeckah, the owner of NMK truely has put her heart and soul into making NMK what it is today. She will take home poorly dogs or dogs that are struggling to adapt to being away from home. Rebeckah really does invest a lot of her time into building close relationships with your dog and you the owner. All members of staff treat your dog like their own and it’s lovely to see the relationships the dogs build with the staff.

No more kennels have become like our family. All of the staff (especially Kelly) are amazing and cannot do enough for you or your dog - treating them like their own. Poppy has been going there since she was a puppy for daycare and has been for overnight stays whilst we have been away on holidays. We never worry leaving her and very rarely even check in on the CCTV because we are so confident she’s having the best time! Poppy once was quite sick there on an overnight stay and Rebeckah was in contact with us throughout her trip to the vet sending us every piece of information and photos and videos of poppy being so loved and well looked after which was enough to calm our nerves! I wouldn’t trust anyone else now cannot recommend the no more kennels team enough.

I have left my dog here twice and the photos they have shared shows my puppy having so much fun and really enjoying herself! The staff are lovely and will greet you personally on arrival. They get to know the dog and what they like. The facilities are definitely luxurious and your dog gets totally spoilt. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, fabulous place and lovely staff. My fur baby went to stay with NMK while we went away for a few days. She has never stayed in kennels before and always stayed with family or close friends, she also never spent the night on her own without another human for company. I was so worried leaving her with strangers, especially as she gets so grumpy around other dogs and stresses without me. NMK really looked after her so I needn’t have worried! She loved her time away, she had walks, she had a pamper/groom too. Most importantly she socialised with the other dogs without aggression and was loving life! One of the most reassuring features of her stay with NMK is the access you are given to the cctv so you can watch your fur baby have all the fun, this was a great feature of her stay as it saved me the worry and I could see what a great time she was having there! Well what can I say about this hotel..... I don’t know where to start. First of all I know if Huey could talk he would be saying “take me back, take me back” I can tell from the way he has behaved that he enjoyed every moment of his 2 weeks stay here. The staff are amazing and make sure you feel at ease leaving your dog here, you don’t feel like you are mithering when you are phoning or constantly asking questions they always have the time and seem to go out of their way to help. The hotel is perfect for day care and for overnight boarding and I’m just upset we don’t live closer so he can come and spend time more often. Really great that you can watch your dog on cctv interacting with others and it’s obvious how much care the staff take over them. Our rescue Yorkshire Terrier is 8 and had never been away from home or with other dogs but after a few solo days he loved staying for several nights and the experience will make him more relaxed around other dogs in future.

Whenever we leave our furbaby to go overseas travelling, it always break our hearts. Seeing how our Charlie being cuddled and looked after through cctv cameras made us more confident that he’s actually having a good whilst we are away. The recent travel we did, they noticed Charlie was feeling homesick. Rebecca, the owner stepped up and decided to do home boarding for Charlie as she knows he will not get better staying there. The hotel is really good and very caring but because our dog is too nervous, he can’t be around where it’s too noisy and busy, he’s very used to be in a quiet home just with me and his dad. We were in New York when we received the call from Rebecca, we didn’t know what to say but went ahead with her plan. The next following days we are seeing Charlie being so himself, happy, playful and confident around Rebecca and he is eating his tea! I was actually worried as he might come back to us not loving me anymore as his mum! Jk When we picked Charlie up, he was actually crying to be separated by Rebecca, this only showed how she loved our furbaby as her own whilst we are away. I can’t thank her and NMK enough for doing these and they really prioritise the safety and feelings of the fur babies that they look after. It also helped us massively to enjoy our travel without worrying. Thank you so much. Will definitely always come back 💕

We had never used a kennels before, but as frequent travellers to London to see family and with a dog that doesn’t like car journeys we found ourselves without anyone to look after her. So we contacted No more Kennels the day before we left in desperation and they had space to keep her for the weekend. The service was amazing, being shown how to access the cctv so we could get some reassurance our dog was okay. They really looked after her so well and it helped us have a fab weekend away. She enjoyed herself so much so, she didn’t even want to leave! No More Kennels are 10/10! Very professional and friendly staff, and great value for money considering how much they do for the dogs.

Our puppy Hank went to daycare for the first time at NMK yesterday and we were absolutely blown away by the level of care and detail provided. We were greeted by Andre, who could not do enough for us and made Hank feel welcomed straight away. I received a link to the 24 hour CCTV and could log on at any time to see how he was getting on, Andre also went the extra mile and emailed me to let me know Hank had settled in fine. This is definitely what any dog owner wants when leaving their dog in someone elses care, and it really did make all the difference seeing that he was ok. When researching daycare settings I couldn't find any that even came close to NMK! The setting is highly secure whilst still providing a range of stimulation for the dogs including various rooms and an amazing outdoor area! Hank can sometimes become slightly overwhelmed if there are too many dogs in one place, but the staff here always ensure that the groups of dogs are kept small and rotate them in different areas often. The prices at NMK are also very competitive, I don't think there is anywhere else that could provide such an amazing setting for your dog at such a low cost. I can't fault it! We came home and immediately booked him in for another day. He is a puppy who loves to socialise with other dogs but never gets the chance to during walks etc so NMK is the perfect place for him to do that. Thank you to all of the staff for making Hank's day amazing!

We visited between 12pm and 2pm on a Saturday with our pup for a look around. The team were all so helpful and answered every question during our tour of the facilities. We felt so at ease that we left our Benji there to see how he got on for a few hours of day care - he slept all the way home he had enjoyed himself so much! We straight away booked him in for 1 night stay as a tester before our holidays and watched on the CCTV as he ran around and played with other dogs - his tail wagged none stop all day! Honestly cannot recommend No More Kennels enough, if I could stay here myself I would its truly an amazing concept with such a caring team who keep their eyes on things none stop 24/7 and work their socks off to ensure every dog is safe and happy

Initially I was very hesitant to think about leaving Ozzy in 'kennels' but knew that eventually I would need to. Ozzy did not have the best start in life, we adopted him as a rescue from Romania and whilst he is a gentle soul he had zero confidence around big scary humans but he did love to play with other dogs. NMK were highly recommended to me and we thought we would start with doggy daycare to try and build his confidence up with the objective of boarding which would hopefully be stress free for him....I cannot tell you how this is so not 'kennels' as you know it. Rebecca and the boys and girls are so patient , caring and knowledgeable about their charges and Ozzy has come on in leaps and bounds with his interaction with those humans he was so scared of. Ozzy recently boarded with them and wow did he enjoy himself for those first 3 days. Unfortunately Ozzy was not very well on the 4th day but Rebecca and staff very quickly identified this and took him immediately to the Vets who diagnosed, injected and administered antibiotics. He received the best of care and attention and I was regularly updated on his progress. I really would urge you to look at the videos on you tube and you can see why this is truly a luxury dog hotel with lots of care and fun for you furry babies ❤

What can we say about No More Kennels? They were amazing!! They sent us photos everyday through FB & answered all our messages when we asked about his well being! I’ve always been scared to leave my dog anywhere else. The thought of kennels made me scared because I had a bad idea of them being wet and cold and like a prison cell for dogs. There was no way I wanted to leave my fur baby in one of those! When I found no more kennels I was so happy, finally a luxury hotel like room for my favourite little boy to sleep in! Lola and George are our two rescue dogs. They are our precious fur babies and due to the nature of their breed, cannot be walked off lead. When we knew we had to leave them for the first time a few years ago, we did a lot of research to find where the best place to take them was. We didnt want a traditional kennel setting due to their distressing upbringing and rescue background which would stress them and dog sitters wouldn't have them as they were seen as a 'pack' being brother and sister. We came across No More Kennels and went to visit. We live around 40 minutes away but no where closer to us offered the facilities. We needed somewhere that they were free to roam but we desperately didn't want them to be walked as Lola went missing for 2 days once and we have a fear of people walking them other than ourselves. We like that other people can pay for their dogs to be taken out and walked but we're more than happy knowing they're safe inside. We loved the bedrooms and that they could share one together, loved the outside off lead area and the ability to mix and socialise with other dogs as well as being able to watch them on the cameras for our reassurance. We felt so at ease and immediately booked them to stay. They have been multiple times over the past 3 years and the staff are always amazing with them. They understand Lola can be timid around people and always administer George's medication and take good care of his leg by providing rest breaks. We will never choose to leave them anywhere else. I fully trust this business I have a Westie who is a rescue and no more kennels have his best interests at heart and have adapted his stays to ensure he is happy and content. My puppy has stayed at nmk 3 times now and every time she has come out looking happy and not stressed at all. Last time she stayed she recognised the staff as we walked in and she ran up to them with lots of licks which was so reassuring. We have used the grooming services on 2 occasions which have been brilliant and good value. The videos help to reassure your when it’s a longer stay and the managers are always there if you have questions or are missing them and just want to know things are ok. This was the first time time I left my dog to anyone other than trusted friends which made me anxious at the beginning and he stayed at NMK for 7 days which is a long time. Wow, they treated him so well! I could see him everyday on the CCTV through my phone, playing with his new friends and having a good time which made me feel a bit better for leaving him. When I asked for updates, I was receiving detailed updates from them quite quickly and every night they put pictures on facebook of all the dogs which is just great. As expected, he came back really tired and he has been sleeping a lot. He also learned how to behave around other dogs and is not nervous around them at all anymore. I wouldn't leave my baby anywhere else!

My little rescue dog had a bad start to life, she gets scared and weiry of new people, places and animals, which made me very nervous about leaving her anywhere. NMK were fantastic, they showed me around the facility which has lots of space to play and the staff are very friendly and give the dogs lots of attention. They made me feel very comfortable leaving her with a little coloured ribbon to easy identify her needs. In the end my dog had a great time, the photos even showed her playing in the pool which she would never do at home. I'm booking her 2nd stay right now!

I have been a client of NMK for just over 12 months. I was just about to write my own review of my experience when I can't help but comment in regards to the last 3 reviews posted within the last day or so, written by Kate Murphy (a former employee) and what looks like comments from potentially fake accounts which I assume may also be Kate and friends(?). Kate if you leave a business (and whether it is under a cloud or not) you should always seek alternative ways to resolve your differences than to take to social media in a trolling campaign. As this is clearly TROLLING. As a client, one of my first questions to the owner was in regards to training and first aid. I understand staff are all subject to training. You being one of them as you were employed when I first became a client. I was also concerned with how dogs are mixed together as my own fur baby was afraid of larger dogs. I was taken through the ribbon system (BY YOU) which ensures that dogs are NOT mixed with others they cannot play with. The only time this doesn't work is when a member of staff doesn't follow the rules in place. I feel very comfortable with this, and can say with all honesty that my dog has ALWAYS only mixed with those that are suitable. You actually told me about the ribbon system. I see it in action every week when I go. In regards to the number of dogs. As you were employed (when I joined NMK) there were barely any dogs in at all. It was the middle of a pandemic. Some days as few as 6 - I can recall this very well.. Hence the reason the owner was frightened to death she would lose her business due to Covid 19. Thankfully her numbers have started to return and it is amazing to see her 'bouncing back' despite so many other businesses hitting the wall since the crisis started. I am actually appalled at the review you have written which actually says more about you than it does about the business.Right through the pandemic the owner tried to keep her business afloat and suffered greatly. Yet not only did you work throughout you also took part in a video where you expressed how much you loved working there. I know this as I have watched it twice!! The other reviews apparently supporting yours I am guessing are fake accounts in the name of 'Y' and 'Justine' to support your review to make it look authentic. Wow...Shame on you. I don't usually respond to trolls and trolling. Yet I absolutely detest bullying, especially cyber bullying. Where people think they have the right to take to social media to resolve personal issues by damaging a person/business on a whim. Shame on you. I hope the owner considers legal action against you for this behaviour as a lesson to all. Cyber bullying is NOT OK If your intention is to damage this business to assist your friends Dog Walking business... then I suggest that you desist.No business should be built by damaging another, and it reflects really badly. There are laws in place to protect people from harassment and reputational damage. You should consider the risk of litigation before you continue any further, with reviews (whether they are in your own name or not.) As a client of NMK who has actually dealt with you personally, I always thought you were really nice and helpful. You seemed very happy there, and actually told me that you loved it. Im very sad for you, that you think this course of action is acceptable. Im also very sad that I have had to write this message, but bullying (especially cyber bullying) is really not ok, and something I feel really strongly about.You need to think about the damage this sort of behaviour does to people. This sort of campaign drives people to suicide. Again I suggest if there are issues between you and the owner, please resolve them off social media - like grown ups. Finally, as a client of NMK I can profess wholeheartedly to being incredibly grateful for the service provided. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The fact that NMK are currently so popular you have to book weeks in advance is testament to how amazing this place is.

They do an amazing job of looking after every dog that is placed into their care! The environment and facilities are second to none! This is a great place for all dogs. We take our dog at least once a month for a few hours and he goes wild; he loves it so much and enjoys all his time spent there. He burns all his energy there that when he comes home he is very calm and happy. All staff really takes care of him as well as the other dogs and are always so friendly and welcoming. Their attitude towards the dogs really demonstrate their love and passion for what they are doing which is very reassuring. Above all of this the price is very reasonable as well and you definitely get much more than you paid for. For occasions we have left our dog overnight and it has been no problem at all and they even have a live feed so we always watch him enjoying himself. This place is no ordinary place and is something very special.

Our 2 staffys stayed here patch and blue. We were abit worried about leaving them for 5 nights as they are big babies. They shared a room together and we kept checking them on the cameras that we could watch on app the staff member put on our phone. Not once did i look on the cameras and not see no more kennels staff in amongst all the dogs as they played. Patch and blue came back happy and cleaner than they went thanks to a nice wash. We were going on holiday and a friend who knew Rebecca recommended No More Kennels . I was worried as to how Bella would go on ? I thought that she would make us ‘pay ‘ but she just fit straight into family life as if nothing had changed , which to me is testament as to how well she was looked after at No More Kennels. We have taken our dog, Cooper to no more kennels for a while now and when we first taken him I was in tears leaving him for the first time when we went on holiday because he was so young and I’d heard about horror stories about kennels in general but we had no choice to take him somewhere. No more kennels is not your average kennel, it is a home from home/daycare/play area for dogs and it’s like no other place I’ve ever seen advertised for dogs. The staff who work there put so many hours of work in to make sure those dogs are cared for like they would be at home and have general passion for their jobs which does show, you can tell they actually love the dogs. They always know everything Cooper has been up to that day or if any messages need passing on/if he has eaten etc. They are beyond amazing and every time we take Cooper there I now know that he is cared for in a way that I am forever grateful for. Cooper goes at least once a week for a daycare session because we both work and he needs the exercise and he sure has a blast every time he goes. They make sure that they put pictures on everyday of the dogs and even send messages/call if anything is slightly wrong which I am always grateful for as he is our baby. I can’t fault the staff who work there (Holly always shows her love for our Coops and his ears go up when we say let’s go see Holly haha) and to the owner Rebeka who has set this amazing place up, i just cannot fault the place. Our 2 staffys patch and blue loved it here. Their 2nd stay and i wouldn't leave them anywhere else. Both are softies and patch especially can get quite overwhelmed and even hides behind me when even small dogs bark at her so I am always nervous about leaving them in others care. We got to see plenty of photos daily of them on nmk's facebook page and they really took to the staff and the staff really took to them. We took our miniature schnauzer their when we went away for the weekend last week. The dog hotel was amazing, I couldn't believe the attention to detail with dog friendly toys, agility course, beds, couches - everything a dog could dream of. It really is a luxury place for dogs to play and stay. The staff were brilliant with the dogs, giving them all a lot of attention and I felt totally at ease dropping our dog Lola off their. There is a lot of space for the dogs to run around and both indoor and outdoor. We chose to pay for food their for Lola and she had better dinners than what we had - steak, chicken, salmon! All weekend I was hooked to the doggy cam they have and watched her play with the other dogs and staff and have cuddles all weekend! A fantastic place to send your dogs for socialisation with other dogs too! We will be leaving her there whenever we need to from now on as I felt 100% comfortable with her there.

Our border terrier has just returned from a 4 night stay. It was the first time we had left him so we were a bit apprehensive but we needn't have worried. He was very well looked after and had a ball from the looks of things! The cctv access is brilliant, there are photos online every day and the responsiveness from the staff is excellent. My furbaby can be a tad hard work and demanding. We tried the traditional kennels and home boarding. She just couldn't take to them and didn't like them. We found No More Kennels a few years back now and pur pooch LOVES it there. It feels strange to give a five star review because if I'm honest Max (my dog) didn't really enjoy his stay as much as we would've liked but I can't say that was the staff's fault at all. We put him in over Xmas and it was clearly a busy time with lots of other dogs there. Having been a rescue dog from Manchester Dogs home he was very scared that he'd been abandoned having spent everyday since being rescued at my side being left in a noisy environment with lots of other dogs was clearly very stressful for him. Rebekah took the time to call me that evening (Christmas eve) to let me know he wasn't socialising very well and they were going to change his hours and have him out at night when there were less dogs around. It meant I didn't get to watch him on the CCTV in the day but true to her word when we checked late at night we could see him doing his usual trick of getting in the way while someone was trying to mop. Being a big dog (Bullmastiff) and not being overly social he was probably a bit of a challenge but Rebekah knew we were concerned so took the time to send us videos of him out walking when no other dogs were around and make sure he wasn't just in his bedroom like he would've been at kennels. He probably didn't have as much fun as some of the other dogs there who were more social but the team there really did everything they could to make his stay as enjoyable as possible. I've seen a few bad reviews on here and having seen the lengths the team went to to look after Max I can't believe that they are true or without exaggeration. Max didn't have the best time and I'd advise anyone who's booking their dog in for an overnight stay to let them spend a few hours there in the days leading up to it so when they arrive they don't get scared like Max did but for the money you spend (even with the higher Christmas prices) it's certainly value for money and peace of mind. Thanks for looking after him so well even though he was probably a bit of a handful.

No More Kennels has everything I was looking for when trying to find somewhere for my dog Rocky. I contacted the office before going ahead with anything (my dog can become anxious when accompanied with unfamiliar people/dogs) to calm my nerves and give me a better understanding of how my dog would be looked after during their stay. I could not be more thankful to Rebeckah, who instantly reassured me of the quality of care and supervision my dog would receive. Rebeckha assigned Holly, who was clearly a calm, confident and highly experienced dog handler to keep a focus on Rocky whilst he stayed at NMK. It was evident all staff had a passion for the work they were doing, allowing me to leave my dog for the night feeling more at ease. My dogs stayed here in Summer and I couldn’t be happier. I could watch them on cctv and saw them having a lovely time and being cared for by the fantastic staff. Their bedroom was lovely and it was spotless with clean fresh bedding. They actually had a big fluffy throw and a quilt with pillows! I was really impressed that my dogs were given a health check when we arrived and when we picked them up. The staff sat down with me and talked through my dog’s notes which included a health check taken every night and a full report of how much they’d eaten every day. I just didn’t expect that! I’d never had such detailed information on picking them up before from other kennels. It felt like collecting children from nursery! Really fantastic. I’ve already made a booking for them to stay again.

My 3 dogs have never stayed away before but when I saw their bedroom with quilts and throws (plus a flatscreen tv!) I felt much better about leaving them. I could access the cctv throughout their stay and my 2 little ones were playing in the indoor nursery area with lots of smaller dogs and they were always with a member of staff. My Labrador definitely preferred the outdoor play area and seemed to like following the staff around too! I’ve never seen a place like NMK before, it really is amazing. You don’t feel guilty as they have 24 hour care and they really do have cosy indoor bedrooms, not kennels. My dogs are booked in again in a few weeks and thanks to the staff, I feel reassured that they will be very well cared for. Lisa B.

Finding this place was a godsend! Having looked at other regular kennels to put our pooch Reggie in for the first time, none of them came close to No More Kennels. Cannot recommend NMK enough ! My dog attends daycare and has also stayed in the luxury kennels. The cameras are great to watch your dog enjoying playing with all the other dogs. My rescue dog is a new guy thanks to NMK. As he wasn't very well looked after from his previous owner, it meant he had some very challenging behaviours which resulted us to isolate our walks out. However, due to work commitments, we needed to be out of the house longer than planned. We were very anxious about looking for day care for dogs due to his aggressive temperament, but once we had contacted Rebeckah (owner) she reassured us that he will receive all the care he needs, even though he is a monkey with other dogs. With the first 3 months of interaction with other fur baby's, our amazing pooch was a while new guy and although he wasn't 100% behaved, he was never treated any differently in comparison to well behaved dogs. 12 months on and he's a well established VIP of NMK. He is well loved and never wants to leave. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful and this is far the best place to leave your dog, whether that is for day care or for a holiday. The facilities are like no other...you won't be disappointed.

I have only left Brosko in day care once and only because I totally had to and I don't like leaving him in day care. To make sure, I went back with my partner on Christmas Eve to check the place out again and we both really loved the place. Yesterday we met the lovely and helpful Rebecca when we dropped Brosko off and for the first time ever, I left him knowing he was completely safe and happy to be there! Of course, the cameras are an amazing tool and every time I logged on, Brosko looked really happy and always playing. Not only is there so many options for your dog, from indoor and outdoor play, socialising and individual walking, beach trips etc! but they really get to know your dog, our french bulldog Carlos loves it here and gets very excitable so NMK makes sure he has plenty of stimulation but rest too! He’s a cuddly pup and the ladies here pick him up and carry him around just like we do at home! I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at No Nore Kennels Luxury Dog Hotel for looking after our two dogs, Rolo and Sausage so well while we were on holiday for three weeks. Previously when we have left them elsewhere they have pined and refused to eat so we chose NMK because they would receive lots of human contact and are never left on their own if they want attention. We missed them lots whilst away however being able to watch them via the webcams playing happily with their canine friends and being so well looked after by staff was hugely reassuring, each time I checked in on them they had waggy tails. I messaged the team a number of times for updates and they were very good at reassuring me that both dogs were happy and enjoying their own holiday. Leaving our dogs at NMK was such a different experience to leaving them at a traditional kennels; they aren't locked in outdoor cages instead they have unlimited access to indoor and outdoor communal play areas where they can play and socialise with other dogs whilst being supervised 24/7 by the team of dog lovers who work there. Our dogs shared a twin bedroom suite where they could go to relax if they wanted some quiet time and they enjoyed 'yappetisers' of cheese on toast from the guest menu. The whole place is impeccably clean and the staff take great care to make sure all dogs feel at home. Thank you NMK for making it possible for us to enjoy our holiday without worrying about our dogs; you gave us complete peace of mind that they were being well cared for and having fun. We would never take our dogs anywhere else now.

Our dog has been going to NMK for over 8 months, day care and a few overnight stays. He loves going. The staff are so good with him and now know him well. They give you access to their CCTV so we can watch any time we want and see what he's up to. They also post pictures most days on FB & Instagram so we get to see lovely pics of him having a great time while we are not with them. Our dog also has a food allergy and they have a really good system to mark him with a ribbon so everyone knows. Whenever I am there to pick him up I can see myself that they will always do everything they can for the dogs there.

I recently took my Yorkshire Terrier here for early drop off and a night stay. He has bad separation anxiety. I loved the fact you could watch him on cctv: that really help me to know if he was upset and getting stress or if he was okay and interested in the other dogs and staff. The staff also tell you exactly what has happened and don't lie to you like other doggy day cares or kennels. When I picked him up, I was told he had been quite stressed and didn't sleep much but for little bits throughout the day and night he was cuddled and comforted and was put in areas with dogs that he had selected to be his friends. I'm sure once he gets used to being away from me and being in a different environment, he will see that there are lovely doggies to play and interact with and loving staff to cuddle and take care of him. I will be booking him in for doggy dog care soon so he will become used to being left. I cannot recommend this place enough, every time I meet someone with a dog I tell them about NMK. my dog has been going since it opened, not long after we got him as a pup and is an extremely sociable dog, able to play with dogs of all sizes, I feel this is mainly due to him going to daycare here and learning how to play so well with all breeds. The staff are wonderful and genuinely happy to see him when he goes in, they've even gone so far as to throw him a birthday party when he was at daycare on his first birthday! He came home with a present and had had a treat and doggy beer! There was a recent outbreak of kennel cough and the whole place was scrubbed to within an inch of its life, I don't think the owner and other staff could have done any more with their communication and efforts to sort it out quickly. I've used the CCTV a few times while I've been away and always see my furbaby being cuddled or running round having fun! I think the fact that he jumps out of the car and runs straight round to the front door, tail wagging, desperate to get in, just proves how much he loves it! I would, and do, recommend NMK to everyone!

I found nmk on the internet as I was looking for somewhere where my pup could stay where he wouldn’t be locked in kennels for the majority of the day. Although he is nervous he is also very sociable with other dogs when he settles so I really liked the daycare aspect of it as well and the way the rooms are laid out it doesn’t look like a normal kennels and as milo hates cages/kennels it was perfect for him. I booked him in for 1 night and when I picked him up it was clear it had had a great time. Milo has been several times since then. The staff we have dealt with are all really friendly and as a rescue Milo is quite nervy with strangers and has some separation anxieties but due to the environment and the staff milo is very happy when he is there as we have seen how much he plays on the cctv. (Milo would not do this if unhappy in anyway) If I need milo to be looked after for a night I would never send him anywhere else. Would highly recommend.

The girls & guys are amazing with him (and his extra medical needs). They greet him with an enthusiastic/cheery Morning/Hello when we arrive! He always looks like he is living his best life in their daily photos (facebook/Insta) running around in the doggy playground/garden with the other dogs, or lounging around on the trampolines/picnic tables/sofas etc. He even had a little accident in one of his stays (he is a clumsy sod at times!) which was no doubt his own fault, but they ensured that he was checked over straightaway and given all of the extra love and attention he needed until he was better - all whilst keeping me fully informed! I couldn't ask for anymore from the whole team, they really do look after the dogs as if they are their own - I recommend them to everyone and will definitely be continuing to do so!!

I am extremely disheartened to read the most recent and malicious reviews regarding No More Kennels that couldn’t be further from the truth if they tried. I’m aware that a similar hotel is opening locally so please don’t be fooled by these fake reviews guys! I am also aware how upsetting there’s fake reviews are to the lovely owner and her management team. My French Bulldog has been attending day care 5 days a week since February and he absolutely loves the place. I have never once had to worry as I can view him on the cameras and I receive a full break down of his stay at the end of the day, even the parts when he’s been a little bit naughty and mischevious. I have full faith in the wonderful staff and it is clear to see how passionate they are about the dogs in their care. We come in most mornings to a warm welcome from a very fluffy and cuddly cockerpoo named Ralph that I believe is also a regular. If that doesn’t brighten up your Monday morning then I don’t know what will. We are always welcomed with a smile and we feel like we’re a part of their little family. We’re not just a name in a book, we’re acknowledged and this means the world to us. We’d be genuinely lost without No More Kennels. Thank you for everything you do guys and we love you! I have use No More Kennels for over night boarding on many occassions. I have peace of mind my dog is not locked up in a cage all day. He is able to socialise with other dogs and had access to a large outdoor and indoor area. The cctv app allows you to see what your dog is up to when you are miles away from them. Absolutely fantastic! It was our first time away leaving the dogs in the hotel, I knew they would be fine but you always worry still but what was I to worry about? Nothing! Both our dogs LOVED it here. There was always photos uploaded on their social media and they were having a ball. Nervous about leaving my dog Katie with anyone I hadn't been on holiday for a very long time. I decided to take a holiday after seeing no more kennels. I can honestly say as nerve wracking as it was they could not have made me feel anymore relaxed if they tried. From the moment we got there, the Rebecca personally waiting late to ensure she knew everything about my dog, to viewing the cameras at least 400 times day and night haha x the first night my dog didn't settle and I watch a member of staff sit up and literally stroke her right through the whole night to calm her. My dog has been coming to NMK since he was a pup - over a year now. He has stayed overnight on many occasions and attends daycare regularly. I mean at least 3 times a week so I am a genuine and regular customer. I posted a review on their FB page a long time ago (5 stars of course) and to be honest, I was not aware of Google review until now. Unfortunately, I have now been made aware of it due to these obviously fake reviews that keep popping up as one star ratings criticising the staff mostly?! Why do I think they are fake? Firstly, looking at them, they seem to pop up in groups of about 3 posts at exactly the same time. Secondly, they are just nasty comments with no evidence and no reason. Thirdly, my dog has the most amazing time here whenever he comes. He adores the staff, he runs inside every morning and some days I cannot actually get him to come into reception to go home. He runs back outside to play! The CCTV is fantastic and YES it does work. I have never had a problem with it and I can log on and see my dog playing whenever he is there. In fact last week I had a look to see what he was up to and he was being carried around by a member of the team getting cuddles. Rebeckah and her team work so hard and their love for the dogs is evident in everything they do for the dogs in their care. To whoever is writing these cruel reviews - you have obviously had some sort of upset involving money (do you owe No More Kennels money or wanted a discount you were not entitled to?) you have made that clear by the things you have said. Not very bright are you. You criticise the staff a lot don't you - rude, have no respect - therefore it is obvious you do not know them and did not like whatever information you were given. The staff, who I have known for well over a year, are always so friendly, polite and crazy about all the dogs they care for. I hope what I have said helps the team to identify who you are as you started posting your fake reviews a few days ago so it is obviously a recent "customer" doing this. To everyone at No More Kennels, please do not let this sad, angry person have any effect on you. They are so not worth it. Keep making all those dogs feel happy and loved. My family are so glad we found you - especially our little guy!

Our boy loves coming to puppy nursery. He will be 2 years old in December and was first introduced to NMK last year when he stayed whilst we went in holiday. However before we went away he stayed for a couple of hours each week to get used to his surroundings and be safe in the knowledge that he would be collected. My French Bulldog Narla stayed again with No More Kennels on 10th January for the weekend. As usual the team were happy and enthusiastic to see her on her arrival. The booking in process is made so much easier as you can complete most of the information online before your arrival. I am always anxious when I leave her but the attentiveness of the staff is second to none and always makes me feel at ease. I could watch her on cctv any time and the daily photos on social media made me feel so much better. When I picked Narla up I was told that during a health check the staff had found a lump in her tummy. They assured me it wouldn’t be anything to worry about but to get it checked. I did straight away and it turned out to be fine. This level of service and care is over and above what I would expect ..... NMK staff truly do care. I wouldn’t leave Narla anywhere else. To all those reading the reviews looking for a place for your dog(s), I can't recommend this place highly enough! They are the most caring and helpful group of people you could wish to come across. They do an amazing job of looking after ALL the dogs in the their care! The staff are brilliant, and well managed, the management themselves take an active role in looking after the dogs as well, not sat in a back office somewhere, ordering staff around. The essence of teamwork, and the results are just epic. The facilities and space here is second to none, and they are always trying to get better, there is always something being improved. Being a frequent visitor for daycare, and the odd overnight stay, all I can tell you if I wouldnt trust anyone else with my dog. And he loves it! I have to bribe him with treats just to get him to walk out the door at the end of the day. He cries to get out the car when we pull up outside, just to get in! In my eyes the genuine dog lovers reading this, will realise this tells me all I need to know. If I ever feel the need to check up on him I can, through the cameras. (for those saying it doesn't work, id suggest it's your mistake, not theirs as it always works for me, and always had done!) It's just a brilliant place. The best by miles. The owners work hard, the staff are great, and the environment is perfect. What more do you want? Please be aware that probably all the bad reviews you might see about this place, are probably people that have never set foot here, Even if what you read tells you different. Bring your dog, form your own opinion. Mine is currently asleep after a full day of play lol. Worth every penny! :) Hope this helped you.

I have spent the last 3 days in the Scottish highlands and logged onto the 24hr CCTV system to be pleasantly upset that my boy isn't missing me in the slightest! I have watched him play, excercise and sleep every spare minute / wifi opportunity I have had. We were so apprehensive at sending our puggle Tilly to the hotel because she had never been away from us before but from the minute we dropped Tilly off to the minute we picked her up the staff were so welcoming and made us feel at ease! Benji loves going to day care and never wants to come home he enjoys it so much! All the team work so hard to ensure every dog is happy and has the best day ever, come rain or shine. When it comes to boarding, some dogs really arent able to handle a concrete kennel block, and benji is one of them so having a luxury bedroom, with round the clock care for snuggles is pawfect for him. When it comes to grooming - wow! Benji enjoys a NMK groom but acts as if world war 3 is happening if we try at home, the time patience and dedication at NMK is top rate all the time. Being able to check in on CCTV to see him having the time of his life means peace of mind 24/7 if needed and its clear to see why its rated so highly. Nothing is ever too much hassle for the amazing team of super friendly, dedicated staff at NMK, they were there throughout the weirdest 4 months ever which was such a support for us and we will be forever grateful to all the team for giving Benji such a fantastic place to socialise safely - if he could move in permanently, he would! We cannot thank everyone at NMK enough!

I have never used kennels for my two little dogs, relying instead on family to have them. However since my daughter adopted Luna and who needed care during a house move I've been introduced to NMK. It's a fabulous place and Rebeckah and her team are wonderful. I've watch Luna play all day on the cameras and nap with the staff on the sofas at night. I am now going to take my dogs even though they don't need to board so that they can have some play day at the doggy day care and am looking forward to being able to have some guilt free, dog free, holidays in the future. Our pug Doug has just spent 11 days/nights at NMK whilst we have been abroad. Doug is used to his home comforts. Doug has had a fantastic time, he has received outstanding levels of love, care and attention. Every day there were photos online of Doug playing with other dogs. This really put my mind at rest, nothing is too much for NMK they go above and beyond. I would not use any other boarding kennels and would recommend for any breed of dog big or small. My top reasons for recommendation from a dog lover who counts Doug as a family member 1. Clean, safe environment- outside/ indoor play- Doug made lots of friends 2. Staff that really do care and look after your dogs as their own. 3. Happy dogs- pictures are posted and you can even ask for a camera code so you can actually View whilst away. Jeremy just recently stayed at NMK for 4 nights as I went away for my 30th. I couldn't reccomend them enough. The love your dog gets is unbelievable. I logged into the live camera just to see if I could see Jezz whilst we was away. He was in a bed fast asleep, I then saw a member of the night staff give him a check over and a cuddle and kiss, which made me feel more at ease with me being away. I also rang up at 11pm as I noticed he wasn't in his bedroom. I was told by a really nice member of staff that he preferred to be in the company of the other dogs and staff as he was getting agitated in his bedroom. She then moved his to the kitchen so he could get a more peaceful sleep, which I'm sure jezz loved her for as he loves a good sleep! The pictures on the website of jezz just proves how much he loved it at NMK and I'll be using them again 100%. Thanks again. Karl.

I struggled with a star rating on this one but I think all in all a 3 is fair. I agree with some comments about the tv's not being on so I'm unsure they work as when I attended my show round none were on. I didn't smell any urine etc when I visited to be shown round, drop off and collect. I found the staff member I dealt with on show round and collection lovely and she obviously has a lot of love for the dogs, sorry I don't remember your name our dog was Theo the Springer. Whilst we were away our Theo contracted kennel cough but nmk were quick at calling us sending pictures and keeping us updated and looked after our boyo getting him the vet etc (thankyou). We too had to contact twice for cctv links and I agree with others that we shouldn't have had to do this, especially since it's a key selling point. Check in was not great but we saw another person than the one mentioned above a young lady who didn't appear much interested and was more keen on checking her text messages on her phone. I also that whilst on holiday as I few time I logged into cctv Theo was indoor play area with two other dogs unsupervised each time and one time on his own completely , when I called they stated it was due to rotation however not sure what that meant and why it only appeared to affect one or two dogs but we were told he was ok and happy over the phone call which helped put my mind at ease. I asked for Theo to have his nails done whilst there, upon arrival I was told they don't do this yet it's advertised in their reception area...... We were not given theos correct toys upon collection, had to wait to get his lead as this wasn't noted on his records for when we dropped him and they have forgotten to give us his collar back, no massive deal but still I was expecting this from such a 'high class doggo hotel. I have seen pictures and Theo does look happy in them so I do think he overall enjoyed his stay. It's our first time putting theo anywhere like this which is why we wanted some where of high standard and as I say I'm not saying this place isn't some areas I would give 5 stars some areas I would give 1, so I have given a 3 to be fair , hope that makes sense and once again thankyou for ensuring Theo got to the vets and was treated quickly.

I used to use NMK however my dog didn't settles and became agitated. First we tired the service when he would go on walks but waiting between the walks he was still really unsettled. I recieved an email saying that he doesn't settle and that he wouldn't be able to return and I got given a number for a dog walker. I have to admit I was really upset at first cause NMK is an amazing place but I have to show my respect for the manager for telling me her concerns and explaining why it would be best I use a dog walker. You know it's a good place when they put your dogs Saftey first, they told me the truth and didn't waste my time or my money. Even know it didn't work for my dog I will aways tell people to try NMK. The team really go above and beyond to make sure every dog is well cared for and spoiled rotten, being able to watch him play and exercise on the camera is a massive bonus because we know he's getting the best care and get to see him interact with all his new friends. Mika has been going to daycare at no more kennels for over a year.The staff are very dog orientated and love all the dogs. When Mika knows she is going she wags her tail and jumps in the car all excited. At home time Mika runs out to me and then sits and will not leave as she loves it that much. When I do eventually get her home she is so tired she eats her tea and then sleeps all night. She had to stop overnight I was a bit anxious as it was the first time she would be away from the family overnight. I had no reason to be Mika enjoyed her sleepover although she didn’t want to sleep she wanted to play all night. No more kennels is good value for money and I feel happy leaving Mika there knowing that she will have fun.

The CCTV is a fantastic idea - each time we logged in, we were able to watch Keara at play and at rest, very reassuring ! As a seven month pup, it is so important to us that Keara socialises with other dogs and she certainly does this here. The dedicated team Rebekah has brought together ensures her 'guests' have a wonderful time! We travel some distance to bring Keara to NMK but it's worth it to know she is being cared for, is happy and contented and that is no better recommendation!

Never in my life have I ever used a kennels but after my circumstances changing at home I had no choice, I found No More Kennels online and decide to give them a go. Firstly I called and asked if I could have a tour I was shown around by a member of the team, they showed me the state of the art facilities and bedrooms complete with sofas and beds. My boys would b made up as at home they’re no allowed on the furniture.. I knew my boys s would be happy I talked them thru gizmos med Action and needs and the diet for the boys they made me feel at ease. On day in check in the dogs were not one bit interested in me at all they were of playing and have the tour of their own room they were sharing! I felt the “first day at school” feeling a parent musT have.. Gizmo and manly were off and not to be seen by me until day of check out.. after my numberous calls over the week I knew my boys were in great hand and I could relax and enjoy my break. Rebecka is gift from heaven , an angel for dogs , she saw a post on social media about a lost dog being found and then drove 50 miles to help identify the owner of the lost dog using her chip identification equipment, then contacted me and returned my dog benji to me at 3am . My cockapoo Barney goes every monday for the day care and the odd other day if we both have to work, he has been to the stay and play service too for an hour which i think is brilliant when the fields are soaking when they still need an off the lead run about, he loves it, tail wags all day long and he comes home and konks out, I love the camera facility too so we can watch him whilst he is there, the staff are brilliant and always take such good care of him! I would use the kennel service too if i was going abroad and had no one to have him as i know he would be safe and looked after, this place has been a life saver and a good peace of mind knowing he isnt at home bored alone xxxxx

Teddy has been attending daycare at No More Kennels for over a year now, he is a very nervous, anxious pup who can get stressed around people. Staff at NMK are more than aware of this and do everything they can to keep Ted calm and happy when he visits daycare, I know that when he is there, he is in the best hands. Teddy recently had his first weekend sleepover at NMK...I genuinely think it was the best weekend of his life. The video and picture pupdates show just how happy and settled he is there. Staff kept me updated throughout the weekend which was massively appreciated! I wouldn't take Teddy anywhere else. NMK has your dogs best interests at heart and I can't thank staff enough :)

Fab staff and facilities. Pricing took a bit of a hike from £2 p/h to £3 this year and it's a bit of an inconvenience not being able to pick up / drop off between 12-2, but dog is very happy here in day care or overnight. Would recommend.

Anybody that has dogs and is worried about leaving there dogs at kennels be assured no more kennels give 24hrs love pamper and care they hide nothing they post fab photos of your doggies on Facebook, they send you a link so you can watch your pooch if they are boarding and they never leave your pooch I work really long hours and was apprehensive about leaving my little man but the minute I walked through the door my dog Sampson smith the staff make a fuss they are warm and really welcoming and Sampson doesn't say bye mum I just see a waggy tail going through the door to play I have recommended no more kennels to everyone I know that has a dog NMK please keep up the amazing job you do I wouldn't be able to do what I do for a living with peace of mind without your service
