Can definitely recommend Mark as a driving instructor. First of all, very professional: 1. He has never been late. 2. Well maintained car. Brand new car with excellent all-round visibility and useful features like the speed limit on a dashboard. In addition, the car is a mild hybrid, making it almost impossible to stall even for very inexperienced driver. And always sparkling clean, which is important during the COVID. Second, his teaching skills are good. Not putting much pressure, but still pointing out your mistakes. He keeps calm, even when learner makes a critical mistake and Mark needs to perform the emergency stop. Third, the communication and organizing the lesson slots. His partner Deb is maintaining the scheduling and responding very fast (normally within a 10min) and polite. She is always willing to set a convenient time. Last, but not least, the lessons price is competitive. The only drawback I could mention is that Mark is not aware of all test centers around the Birmingham (well, I guess, nobody is). However, for Garrets Green test center he would be the perfect choice.

Fantastic experience and would highly recommend! Great instructor, great car, amazing pair. Mark and Deb are an excellent pair for helping to learn to drive! Mark is so relaxed and insightful when it comes to teaching. Deb is excellent at planning around your own schedule and communicating with you, she gives plenty of time in advance for lesson scheduling. With their help I was able to pass first time. So I’m very happy having been taught by Mark. If you’re looking for a brilliant instructor, look no further! Mark will get you to pass as he did for me.

Thanks again to Mark and Deb for helping me pass first time. Mark has been a great driving Instructor to learn with. Doesn't make lessons drag or feeling boring and he always up for have a conversation. We've had laughs and jokes and been serious when we needed to be and really gunna miss him and deb. With Mark your always behind the wheel learning compared to other instructors who prefer more theory than practical. I've got say a big thanks to deb for sorting out all the preparation for the lesson, without deb these lessons could not be possible. She gives you good notice if cancellations pop up to decide if you can do them. Both Mark and Deb are a great pair and couldn't fault them on anything. And this will be one of my best driving experiences I will take away and keep forever.

Honestly don’t have a bad word to say about Mark and Deb, the absolute dream pair. Mark made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from my very first lesson and really helped to ease my nerves. Deb was always super helpful with organising lessons or any issues I had and replies extremely quickly. I never dreamed that I would pass my test first time but mark is a brilliant teacher as well as a really chilled funny person which was exactly what I needed to go into my test feeling confident and prepared. So thankful I had my lessons with these guys. Deb was amazing with arranging lessons each week and is your own little cheerleader when it comes to the big day! Mark was always really relaxing and positive to be around which helps enormously when you can be nervous like I can. Together they made sure a stressful time was as enjoyable as possible whilst Mark delivered excellent instruction and advice which ultimately led me to pass first time round and he had every faith in me. Mark (instructor) and Deb ( paperwork/admin) were very professional and excellent. During all my lessons Mark listened to me patiently and let me explain where I need more help and where I'm confident rather than just working on his own observations. Easy to book lessons and communication is outstanding. With my personal experience, they always responded to me within 10 minutes. A special Thank you to Deb who helped me out booking my practical test and for letting me know how to book an early test date. Basically you can ask anything related to your driving test or lessons, they are happy to help. Very knowledgeable around that area. I passed my test first time. Highly recommend to anyone.

Mark is the best instructor ever! All of his lessons are very good and fun.Every time i finish the lesson, I have a big smile on my face because i learnt and enjoyed it. He is a very funny and supportive person. He gives you feedback on how to improve every lesson. After passing first time with Mark, I can say he’s an outstanding instructor and really gives his full attention and effort in improving your driving lesson to lesson. As well as teaching you how to drive correctly, he always explains why I’m detail to get a better understanding and overall be a safer driver on the roads. I passed my driving test on Friday. I have to say i honestly don't think I could of done it without Mark. I had no real clue about driving beforehand (a couple of lessons with someone else but no good) .. And i don't think I would of got to grips with it without his style and way of teaching. Mark was patient, and understanding the whole way through. I felt at ease the minute I got in the car. Mark is a very friendly and warming person. He is really observant and on the ball 100% so I knew I was always in safe hands. We had some highs and some lows along the way but he always had me laughing and put a smile on my face. He never made me feel like I couldn't do it even when I thought it myself. So so supportive. I really can't thank you enough. As they say behind every great man there is an even greater woman and that is Debbie who is behind the scenes booking the lessons each week. Booking in was never a problem and deb is very efficient. I honestly cannot recommend enough. The two of them together are the dream team and I will forever be grateful. Driving lessons can be a daunting thing but with Deb and Mark I found them so enjoyable. Thank you both. X
