Fantastic instructor, Drew was patient with me throughout the lessons and really supportive. I'm well into my 40s so it was a case of old dog, new tricks but I managed to pass first time with his excellent knowledge, calm & professional manner, skill and empathy. Can't recommend him enough and a top bloke too.

Drew was a very patient instructor who was flexible with the timings of my lessons. He was calm and helped me pass my test first time. Great craic, and grew my local knowledge and geography whilst new to the area. I passed first time with Popular School of Motoring. I'm 42 and have always been a bit sceptical about learning as I got older and with the first 2 instructors I still felt like this but Popular School of Motoring helped me overcome my nerves. So for those who are a lot younger you will breeze through with Drew as long as you listen. 18 hours with Drew and as I said I passed first time. I just wish I'd had him from the start and i could have been driving in September instead of November. He is an excellent instructor and is patient and gets on with teaching and doesn't mess about with little talks at the side of the road that have nothing to do with teaching someone to drive. Cannot recommend him enough.
