Passed my driving test in first attempt but I feel confident to drive safely. Mike has been very professional , helpful, rectifying my mistakes everytime during lessons. He is pleasant, understands the shortcomings and focusses on these areas . Would definitely recommend him!

As someone who's tried automatic lessons with a few other companies, it was clear that Mike was helping me make progress in the safest yet most effective way possible. I highly recommend Autodrive.

I hadn't driven for almost 25 years, but Mike put me at ease from the word go. After a gentle introduction in a quiet industrial estate, Mike stepped up the intensity of the lessons with each passing week, taking in minor roads, busy roads with roundabouts, before eventually introducing the four manoeuvres one needs to master before passing the test. Happily I already had my licence, but by the end of our scheduled ten lessons I felt confident enough to face any challenges the open road can throw at me. To conclude, Mike is an excellent instructor, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking to pass in an automatic car.

Mike is absolutely amazing! I was so scared just sitting in the car, but with him as my instructor i felt much better after the first lesson! He starts with me on an empty car park to make me feel comfortable! After that we startet driving in a few villages and ended up in the city of Lincoln :) He teaches me all necessities for the test, like the manoeuvre and to ride the horrible roundabouts 😁 but the important thing is, he teaches me to be a save driver and to read the road ahead! I still can’t belive I got my license, and I am sure it will takes a while! There is one thing I know for 1000% !! I wouldn’t passt my drinving Test within 3 1/2 month without Mike! For sure! He is patient, kind, funny and always willing to help, with everything! He knew I had a deadline and I felt his honest interest, me passing the test! I can’t belive I found a driving instructor like him. Best men !! We both had so much fun, every time, during my 2 hours lessen, twice a week! I am actually sad my lessons ends now :( I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND autodrive as a driving school! Best/important experience for me! Thank you Mike, it was my pleasure ! Your speed women :)

Have been learning to drive with mike for about 10 months and today I have just passed my test!!! This man is amazing I couldn't rate him enough he cares so much for his students and as well as teaching me everything I know. He listened when I ranted (a lot) was there when I got upset and was supportive no matter what.... He is very patient and doesn't believe in shouting like some instructor I have had and he worked amazing around my poor availability and the fact I could only do a lesson every two week. When being in the car with him I feel relaxed and like I can have a joke because with him I'm no longer nervous to get behind the wheel of a car I'm confident and I enjoy driving. So thank you mike!! Anyone looking to learn to drive an automatic go with this man you won't regret it I promise!!! An autodrive student is a safe driver for life!!

If you had told me this time last year that I would be driving and comfortable behind the wheel within 6 months, I’d have called you a massive liar. I was terrified of roundabouts, petrified of going faster than 10 miles an hour, and the sheer thought of me being in control of a metal behemoth capable of so much damage sent me into a panic spiral. I do not recognise myself anymore, and that is all thanks to Mike. His goal for his students is to get you as confident and as safe behind the wheel as he is, whether that takes 10 weeks or 10 months. I no longer run away from things that scare me, either behind the wheel of a car or in my daily life. Mike is kind, patient, and will put you at ease the second you step a toe in the car! He won’t take it easy on you - he’ll be as strict with your driving as he is with his own - but he doesn’t shout and will go through things at a pace that’s suitable for you. You won’t be rushed, but he will give you the push you need to do better, to go for it, to knock it completely out of the stratosphere. After a couple of other instructors in another city and a break of 4 years between lessons, I’m glad I decided to go with Mike @ Autodrive when I moved to Lincoln. He’s truly turned my view on driving around and I couldn’t be happier!

Mr Mike the instructor is an honest man ,strong instructor, sometimes tough when you do mistakes cause he is keen on teaching you and making you to pass if you follow his instructions it was an excellent opportunity to learn from him ,although I was driving outside UK for more than 15 years but I learned alot from him ,thanks Mike
