I started my driving journey with Derek in mid August, with my original test date in March and I managed to pick up a cancellation for January the 25th. I never thought I'd say I passed with just 3 minors, especially with such a quick turn around, but I did! A huge credit to Derek and his Instructor expertise. Derek is consistent in his follow up, always confirming you are available for the agreed time, working you into his schedule when you need more driving hours and providing the appropriate videos in relation to your lesson to give you further insight. Derek also makes sure no lesson time is wasted if need be, if he is happy with how you have performed the set driving skill, you'll quickly move onto the next. His overall knowledge of the road, reliability, patience and Derek just generally going above and beyond really does excel your road confidence and your driving ability. You'll really surprise yourself with Derek. I highly recommend him for any new learners and wish him good luck with the future 🚘🚘

If you're looking on becoming a safe and competent driver and passing your exam with confidence I would highly recommend Jackie Bradley from Insight2Drive as your driving instructor. Not only is she a very patient and well organised driving instructor, but she also adapts her teaching style to suit you; meaning that you're going to get the best out of every driving lesson. Her clear instructions and Picasso drawings of junctions allow you to appreciate the theory behind driving and so makes you more aware and confident when on the road. Overall, 10/10 experience and I could not recommend her enough !!

Derek Rogers of Insight2Drive is a fantastic instructor! When I started I was incredibly nervous about learning to drive and I soon became a lot more comfortable because of Derek- he's very calm and great at finding the specifics that I needed to work on. Using insight to drive for my ADI part 2 was the best thing I could’ve done. Firstly with Leanne and then Katie you get first class service and continuity from all the instructors. My learning experience with Insight2Drive has been excellent, largely due to the expertise of my instructor, Jackie Bradley. I started lessons with Jackie in August 2020, and have nothing to give but high praise for her hard work and dedication to teaching. Jackie always made sure that I was comfortable in the car, and when I got frustrated or overwhelmed on multiple occasions, she would crack jokes to make me feel better and calm myself down. I had the pleasure of learning to drive with phil bolt. Ii cant recommend him enough!! Not only does he provide fun lessons' but also keeps it very professional. Just passed my test first time with Jackie Bradley. I can’t recommend her highly enough, she is a great teacher. Jackie is very knowledgeable about everything to do with driving and driving tests, has a great way of explaining things clearly, is very organised and reliable. I was a slightly unusual learner with a non-UK driving licence and many years driving experience. Jackie was great at tailoring her teaching to my needs, focusing on the rules I was a bit hazy on and ironing out any bad driving habits. With Jackie’s help, I felt very well prepared for my test. Would like to thank Kerrie for helping me learn how to drive and pass my test! Before Insight2Drive I was ready to give up on learning due to past instructors and availability for new instructors. However, After contacting the company I was booked in for a lesson shortly after. The best decision I made, I was able to learn how to drive all around Liverpool including motorways. Passed my test at the start of September on only my second attempt. My instructor was Leanne and I can not recommend her enough, she was fantastic. Loved the method of learning set out by insight2drive with the booklet and "module" list, but Leanne really made my lessons great; she was very supportive and kind, never raised her voice, and was always very good at explaining things but giving me the chance to work things out (safely!) on my own. The lessons were more intensive than previous lessons I have had with other driving schools; the lessons were 90 minutes long, which I enjoyed as it gave me time to get comfortable in the car and cover a lot of ground during each lesson. Leanne was also very genuine, and was very proud to see me get my license - her support meant a lot to me. This driving school has made me feel comfortable to drive for the rest of my life. I had one motorway lesson after I passed my test, which helped me greatly to overcome my fear of motorway driving. Since passing on 2nd September, I have driven from Liverpool to Birmingham (and back) on the M5 and M6, and I survived the journey! 10/10, thank you Leanne

Quite late review - passed my test in April first time with 3 minors. My driving instructor was Nick and overall he and the whole team have been very supportive. The free access to Theory Test Pro is definitely a great encouragement to prepare for the Theory Test. If any issues come up, the office staff is always happy to assist and I would definitely recommend Insight 2 Drive to anyone.

On Wednesday 12th February I passed with Jackie Bradley 1st time. 5 years I began my first lessons with Jackie Bradley, and due to my own impatience with my theory I lost all confidence. Last year in November finally I motivated myself to pass my theory and I did just that. I didn’t even have to hesitate on who I wanted to teach me again, I took up my lessons with Jackie and I was so reassured mentally and it was like I never left. Furthermore Jackie really has taught me to best standard by far, and not only that she really drilled it into me time and time again. During the lockdown period I found the additional support and contact from you Kath, and my colleagues very supportive and useful. I was able to access information to support my role as a ADI during the pandemic and follow recommended procedures needed once I could return to work. During this time she has gone above and beyond what you could expect from a franchise, our fees were frozen during the time we were unable to work, a huge relief financially being self employed. Jackie, was an amazing driving instructor to me. Really good personal experience, lots of attention to detail. The use of a whiteboard to help explain what to do at certain road junctions really helped with revision and getting to know the roads. The instructor takes you at a good speed not throwing you in the deep end to quickly, so you feel really comfortable and safe at all times. I highly recommend.

And I have only just gone and PASSED first time with only 2 minors.. am so made up am so grateful Leanne Condliff my instructor for all she has helped me achieve for putting up with me for over 60 hours worth of lessons 😂 I wouldnt of done it with out her. I can’t speak highly enough of Kathy and Insight2Drive. I've always felt supported and part of a team from the day I joined as a PDI, but this has really come to the fore during the Covid-19 lockdown. Franchise payments were frozen straight away, so it was one less major thing to worry about. It was always made clear right from the beginning that, once restrictions were lifted, we should restart lessons when WE are ready, and would be supported with whatever our decision was. We’ve had regular Zoom meetings, often with a guest speaker, social evenings via Zoom and the team are always in touch via WhatsApp groups. Kathy and the rest of the academy team were always available if I had any queries, or just wanted a chat. I never felt alone. Lockdown has been hard, but I can’t imagine what it would have been like without the support I received from Kathy. Thank you for all that you have, and continue to do for each of us.

I'd definitely say that I struggle with nerves. Being late to the table (age 41) and having 2 young kids to ferry around around certainly added that extra pressure that wouldn't normally be entertained. Leanne as my instructor made it easy for me to off load, talk about what I was comfortable with, helped me to work at my own pace bit also gave me confidence to work outside of my comfort zone when she knew I could be pushed.
