Farooq is an excellent instructor and helped me achieve a first-time pass. He's very patient and methodical, taking you step by step through each process and introducing new elements gradually so that you feel safe and confident the whole way. He's punctual and well organised and uses good reference material like notes, diagrams, pictures and video so that you can revise the routines and important routes and roundabouts, which really makes a big difference in your progress and practical test. There is only one way to describe my experience with ASM and that is amazing. I had a previous instructor before and I was not pleased with it so therefore I asked my father for advise and he recommenced me Farooq. I passed my driving test first attempt through ASM, My instructor has many qualities like patience, tolerance, punctuality, He always said learn for your safety and the safety for the public. He always encourages to ask questions. Finally, he would ask you to just drive and he will know what and why you are struggling to drive and he will try to solve your problem. I really like the way Farooq taught me how to drive: systematic approach, lots of hints and practical guidance, plus the use of reference. He always helps me to remember the key routes and how to drive different roundabouts. With his helps, I managed to turn myself from a zero to a hero (i.e., passing the practical test) in a short time period. And now I am very comfortable and confident to drive around.

I did 40 hours with my instructor and had booked my test. But even on exam day, I was not fully confident with the manoeuvres, the routes and the ‘show me tell me’ questions as I had only vaguely touched upon it. The day before my test, my instructor’s car had broken down and I called Mohammed for a last minute car. He made me feel extremely relaxed on the test day and went ever over all the vital things that actually came up on the test including the exact route we had practiced - noting that this is the first and only lesson I had with Mohammed. Very clear, concise and extremely patient instructor which is exactly what you need especially on test day. I thank him again for the last minute help he had provided. I owe my pass to him.

Subsequent to experiencing several atrocious driving experiences with other driving instructors and companies who were just touting for business and my money. I was exceedingly reluctant to take a lesson with ASM driving school; however I can say that the ASM driving experience is very worthy and exceedingly surpassed all of my expectations, the lessons were much more constructed planned and tailored to my needs. The driving instructor (Farooq) is admirable at developing a professional relationship with you that benefits your driving experience and contributes to your learning and development in driving, this resulted me in passing my practical driving test on my very first attempt within 2 months of driving. An AMAZING Driving Instructor. I would not think of recommending anyone else. The lessons are very informative and very helpful passed my test first time with 2 minor faults and was only taught within a few weeks. Instructor properly explains what needs to be done and how to do it and also helped me with my confidence level.
