Yesterday I passed my driving exam with zero faults, and all thanks to James from EZ Drive. James is a very down to earth and practical person. He is also very honest and will tell you when you make mistakes and explain them to you. And very important: I could feel all his support and encouragement on my exam day, when I needed it the most. I only did 12 lessons and he would never make you do more lessons than you really need. I am very grateful for his patience, trust and for the work that he has done with me. So if you are looking for someone very experienced who knows his job, then James is the person.

Having had several instructors over a 10 year span, due to me not being motivated enough to reach the finish line, I can- hands on heart say that James has BY FAR been my best instructor! Our lessons were undoubtedly intense as I had just under two weeks from our first meeting till my test. James mostly had a no-nonsense approach but this is exactly what I needed to pass. He clearly had my best interest at heart and knew exactly how important it was to me. James made me understand things which I thought were so complicated and daunting (e.g. roundabouts) with such ease. He has such a unique and effective way of teaching. He is not your typical instructor. I will forever be thankful to James and sad that I had such short time with him but glad for the time I did :) I would HIGHLY recommend James to anybody looking for an efficient and straight to the point but fun and humorous instructor.

James is an excellent driving instructor, offers competitive pricing and flexible lesson timings. Another big help is he covers Rotherhithe & Surrey Quays area (SE16) which not many driving schools do in London. Passed first time with just 2 weeks+ of driving lessons.He pushed me to book the test date which helped a lot to commit, learn quickly, focus and prioritize it. His teaching methods are very simple and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

James helped me get full automatic license. He is easy to deal with, very professional,confident and understandable. He adjusts to your needs. I am experienced driver but never driven on the UK roads and have no experince with left side driving. Got through driving test with ease. Highly recommend!!!

James is an excellent instructor who has a very laid back teaching style that allows you to feel your own way to becoming a successful driver. He pushes you to make your own decisions, and helps you build up and rely on your own intuition on the road so that by the time your test date rolls up, you'll feel like you already belong on the road. Learning to drive is, of course, very challenging and there were times I felt greatly challenged but, with James there to guide me, I passed first time in just over 9 weeks. If you're looking for someone who will get you not just up to test standard, but comfortable on any road, James is your man.

I have never had a better driving instructor until I met James, he really encouraged me and gave me so much guidance with my lessons. He doesn't give you anything but the complete truth when he is teaching and he doesn't waste your time. He had me book my practical test after only a few lessons and I passed first time with only doing a total of 10 hours. James thank you so very much. I now have to confidence and skill to drive thanks to you!!!! If anyone is looking for a teacher then James is your man!!!

James is the best driving instructor. Although he is very demanding he has a good balance of patience and has your best interest at heart. I have had other instructors prior to him and I can say that he is the best. He is very efficient and will not waste your time or money. Although I did not pass first time, I still believe that James is an amazing instructor and I would high recommend him.

I would highly recommend James as a driving instructor - I have tried many instructors in the past and felt comfortable and relaxed with James from my first lesson. I was able to complete an intensive course, with two hour lessons across two and a half weeks (18 hours in total) and passed my test first time. Lessons are not the cheapest available however James will get you to test standard as quickly as possible and is not there to rinse you of your money like other instructors I have had. I learnt in a manual ford fiesta which felt very new and was a really nice car to drive.
