Have been here twice now for forklift courses. There are various courses available to be trained in. Staff are friendly and easy-going. Courses are informative and not rushed. They want to make sure everyone understands the courses. If looking to get training give them a call, funding may be available for certain people, depending on your circumstances.

I can't thank East Coast Driver Training enough for their brilliant training and service. Frank, my instructor is a credit to the company. He made me feel confident behind the wheel of the C+E articulated lorry. Passed 1st time thanks to Frank's excellent training. Never drove a lorry before. Never been in a lorry before. I started the driving lessons for C+E category on Monday. Under the careful guidance, patience and professionalism shown by Lee, my instructor, and despite my many mistakes, I’ve made very good progress and Friday I’ve passed the driving test. I am now a first class HGV driver, with enough confidence to go on the road by myself. I am very grateful to East Coast Driver Training and especially to Lee! Thank you!

I booked a 30 hour course going straight onto the C+E from the car. I had Phil and couldn't of asked for a better instructor, he was professional and made me feel comfortable from the get go. It was such an amazing experience and on top of that passed first time. Everyone in the office are nice and extremely helpful. Would very highly reccomended Eastcoast, couldn't praise them enough! It was honestly a pleasure. 🙏

Just completed my counterbalance and reach truck courses, the instructor Andy was amazing, I suffer with really bad anxiety and Andy was relaxed, funny and a all round great guy, nothing was to much for him and we had a great laugh as well as invaluable information. Thanks guys

Just had a fantastic week being instructed by Andy, to do counterbalance forklift test. On my first day I was really nervous doing it as I have learning difficulties but I would put it he's straight away. absolutely brilliant place to do your training as nothing is no trouble to them. Many thanks

I passed first time with this company, they were amazing I had 3 different trainers as test got cancelled on 2 occasion's and they were all as good and friendly as each other and the the whole team and experience was brilliant.

I am so pleased I chose East Coast Training. I booked through them to do my B+E towing course it went smoothly from start to finish. I got a 2 day training slot about 4 weeks after booking with the test on the afternoon of the 2nd day. I was very surprised with this seeing as we had just come out of the third lockdown and thought there might be a massive waiting list. It was very convenient for me as it fell over a Friday and Saturday which meant less down time from working and not too much juggling with the kids. I couldn't speak highly enough of my instructor Phil he was courteous and very knowledgeable so much so that I think he would be an esteemed Norwich City Tour guide. I felt in safe hands and very confident going into my test so much so that I only got 2 Minors to which I'm incredibly pleased with. I did this course so I could toe a caravan, my wife will come and do the training in the summer we will certainly be booking it with East coast and I will ask if its possible for her to have Phil as well. If you are choosing a company to train with as you can probably see from the review above I would highly recommend this company. Thank you very much James

These guys are absolutely brilliant, I myself am autistic and I got the help I needed, Great attitude, good quality training, they are an absolute laugh aswel so it's not as overwhelming to do the training because they make you feel relaxed. Absolutely would recommend

Cannot fault the training provided. My instructor Phil, identified immediately what was required to get me through my Class C and made a potentially stressful experience a pleasure, with friendly chat and constructive input. Trucks are clean and well presented and I found all of the other staff and Instructors I met to be friendly and supportive. Passed my Class C first time. Thank you ECDT and thank you Phil !

Excellent trainers, clean and professional environment, great support through your course. I went on a 5-day counterbalance FLT course and found the trainers excellent at their job and tailored the course to suit your aptitude. Would definitely recommend to anyone, novice or experienced.

Cannot recommend east coast driver training highly enough. Took me on a 3 day C+E intensive course at last minute. They go out of there way and put more time in to help with your weak spots which cost me no extra. They trained me how to reverse with ease and pass my test first time which I did!
