Just passed first time after doing a 20 hour course with Michael. I would 100% recommended him to anyone who is learning to drive at any level. He is so kind, friendly and easy to get along with while also being very professional and sticking to his every word. He filled me with confidence, even on the test day, taking time to reassure me when the stress was getting higher. After being let down by other instructors, he made driving so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you Michael!

I passed my driving test today! I found Michael on the internet. I took the one week 20 hours package. Michael came to pick me up spot on on time every day. He took some notes throughout my 5 days training. I even had a mock test! The level of professionalism I experienced was second to none. Michael is highly professional and a fantastic teacher. I would not have hesitated in using Michael again had I failed on this occasion. But I passed! First time. I would strongly recommend to get the 20 hours package. Great instructor, was able to book individual lessons to fit my schedule, (unlike other major companies) having a test already booked. Clear, calm and friendly attitude. Would highly recommend using this driving school, 100% worth the investment of time and money! I took a 15-hour intensive course, having had a 2 year gap in which I hadn’t had any driving lessons. Under Michael’s professional and calm guidance, I was put at ease with the basics of driving, whilst also being able to develop and improve with clear guidance throughout the lessons. The intensive structure of the course was fundamental in helping me to have the confidence and skill to pass the course, as it allowed for sessions to finish a session with a positive outlook, whilst having constructive feedback that helped me to reflect on ways to improve my driving.

He's on the ball with everything you need in preparation for the test, he's clear in his instructions and has a really good way of explaining things. He's constructive in his criticism and quickly highlights anything you're struggling with in order to help you fix those mistakes. Highly recommended!

Michael has been a brilliant instructor and had taught me the skills to pass first time! I’m quite an anxious driver but he was always patient with me, explained everything clearly and always took great consideration in what we could do to improve things when it came to my driving, always making sure it was fit for me. Dont bother going with anyone else. Michael is so so so good i doubt theres anyone better. Just absolutely ideal. Everything at a really good pace, didnt feel like a second was wasted. He was really good at listening too. Gave constructive feedback. Never ever did he get angry at my accidental attemps to hurt his car. Worked around lots of obstacles to get lessons and test sorted. I am really happy. Honestly ive had driving instructors before, and it was so slow before. Michael is amazing. Cant recommend enough. If you're having trouble deciding where to go, look no further. S Somehow he got me to pass my test first time with only 7 sessions of lessons. Really grateful and i really enjoyed learning. Going to miss it.

Michael exceeded my expectations on what a driving instructor should be. He is patient, informative and encouraging, not once did I feel that I was unable to complete a manoeuvre or a goal we had set. Michael is a great driving instructor! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone. I had no prior driving experience but passed first time after 32 hours of lessons. I have spent a lot of time and money and had around 50 lessons with a private instructor and an AA instructor before I discovered driving excelence. But I was still no where near ready for a test. Michael made me realise driving is a lot more simple than it seems with his teaching strategies and most importantly helped me build my driving confidence. He's also one of the most kindest person I have met. I have now passed with only 4 minors!!! And I am so happy to be on the road with my little mini. The only thing I regret is not finding out about driving excellence when I first started leaning! I would recommend to everyone who wants to learn how to drive with the best instructor. :)

I had been taking lessons with a different instructor for nearly 5 months and kept telling me I was nowhere near test ready. I then searched for a new instructor and was lucky enough to come across Michael, and I could tell the difference from day one. I passed today with 3 minors !! I did an intensive course doing 5 hours a day over 8 days! The hours are hard going but worth it 100 percent! Micheal is an incredible instructor and tailors the days/hours around what he thinks is best for you and what you want to work on! I can not thank this man enough - he really knows what he’s talking about and thanks to him I passed first time! Having got to 37 without being a driver my family decided it was time to utilise the fact I am the only non drinker in the family and get me on the road! Michael was fantastic, from start to finish. He put me at ease and no question was too stupid. He's a great instructor and would definitely recommend him. He's calm and explains things well and has a great sense of humour.
