Jay came out on time and worked efficiently and professionally replacing my shower cord and isolator and an inline extractor fan and grill. He was polite from our first interaction on the phone and offering to take shoes off on arrival. He kept me informed of what was happening (and showed me the damage to the original product) and wasn't critical when needing a different product because I had given the incorrect measurements. He cleaned up after himself, leaving the bathroom spotless. I can't comment on value as never needed these kind of services before but would definitely recommend using SafeSpark (and would use again) off the back of Jay's work.

As a landlord it is a necessity of life to have a good electrician on call to keep tenants safe and well. I had a tenant with a failed interlinked smoke detector and my normal electrician was unable to help due to illness but he recommended Safesparks as an alternative. Within a day of my first call they had replaced all the smokes in the flat. Before writing this I called the tenant and asked how the visit went, "they were on time, quick, very polite and tidied up after themselves" What more can you ask for!! Thank you guys.

This is the second time I have used Safespark. (They we’re great before!) This time was a lot bigger job for my mother who was moving to a new flat in Bedford after losing her husband of 60 years very suddenly so needed to move. The guys at Safespark were amazing! Initial dealings with Reece were excellent and he was very understanding and sympathetic. He quoted a fair price for all the work that was needed to modernise the flat, then Jay and Alex mainly carried out the work and I understand other electricians also came to do some of the work but I’m sorry I didn’t get their names. Both Jay and Alex were great working together and were really nice guys and very professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble! The actual work carried out by all of them was top class! They really are all excellent professionals. Thank you guys for what was a really tough time that bit easier. I highly recommend Safespark!! I will never use anyone else now! 👍

Had a problem with fluorescent tube fittings so no lights. SSE responded to our problem quickly and replace two old light fittings with LED fittings after rescheduling their work schedule to fit in our repair. Job done quickly and expertly. Would use them again.

SafeSpark came out a few weeks ago to carry out an EICR. I umm-ed and arr-ed about it for ages but am very glad I actioned it. The consumer unit was incredibly old and there were a fair few bits that didn't comply with new regs. The three electricians were polite and professional, along with being incredibly friendly. They ensured no stone was left unturned and ensured they covered all bases. I've had poor experiences with different services in the past so am quite nervous when I call someone out for repairs, but am incredibly glad I approached SafeSpark. The EICR came through within days and I needed some improvements. The team fitted me into their busy schedules around my work commitments, which is something I am grateful for. I wasn't sure how long it would take but the team made sure I knew how important it is to take their time and make sure things are done properly. Electrical safety isn't something you should mess with and I am really glad SafeSpark actually take that into account rather than rushing a job and running off. The SafeSpark colleagues have a very keen eye for detail. Not only did they action "standard" repairs, they noticed a poor job that a previous electrician had done and fixed it. I'm not an electrician so have no idea what to look out for, and I have no idea what would have happened if it was just left in such a poor state. They made sure everything was safe, which is the main thing. They walked me through anything I needed to know just in case, and also vacuumed/wiped everything down before they left. SafeSpark delivered a full package in terms of consumer experience. Electrical safety comes first and they take it seriously. The colleagues are knowledgeable, whilst also being kind and considerate. I should be due a satisfactory new safety report soon and cannot thank SafeSpark enough for sorting out the mess of an old unit to a new one. So moral of the story, the team know their stuff, check every nook and cranny and won't leave until they know it's safe. Thank you so much and I think I've found "my" company for future electrical stuff

I used SafeSpark for an EICR. As expected, remedial works are required to issue the certificate. The estimate is fully itemised and less than half the price of another company I used. I've used SafeSpark for interior and exterior fittings and installations at 3 separate properties now and have always recommended them. They've fitted lights and sockets and installed my external Ring devices as well. I had them install my TV on the wall and they did an excellent job; it was wired so that I could switch the TV or add more wires if needed which is great for future proofing. They're a friendly bunch too which makes it even easier to welcome them into the home. Will definitely be using them again for a couple things I've got in the pipeline.

A while back we unexpected found that our RCB had tripped and wouldn't switch back on. At first we'd contacted another company who were unable to come out to assist but had recommended Leon at SafeSpark and said he should be able to come out if he was available. Leon was able to come and temporary fix our electrics so that we were safe for the weekend and had power. Then on the following Tuesday he came back to sort it out. One of our upstairs circuits had a short and it was tripping the whole board. At the time we had a newborn too so it was very helpful to have our electrics sorted out promptly and so efficiently. Always look to family/friends for tradespeople recomendations however none had recently had electrical work done so we found SafeSpark via Goggle and now happy they are our electrician of choice should we ever need work doing! We had a problem with our landing lights, an intermittent problem which baffled us. I called SafeSpark who sent someone round that afternoon. He was very respectful and proficient. He found a loose screw and demonstrated how that had caused some of the flickering that we had noticed. That same evening we were going up and down the stairs as usual, but then found that the lights would only work on some combinations of up or down switches. I contacted SafeSpark again and before 9am the next morning the boss of the company came round himself as the other electricians were all busy, and fixed the problem himself. Excellent!

Having been let down by a previous Electrician who had completed the 1st fix on an extension I was left with wires coming out of walls, no switches, lights or sockets and no way of knowing what went where. Reece came round and provided a quote for the work that evening. The next day I was booked in for a time and date that suited me.
