Glad there are still shops like this in the city centre - they persevered with a challenging repair to my 1970-era Olympia Nixie calculator. Friendly and helpful. I found out that they do have small electronics kit components, something I'd always ordered online thinking no shop would stock them now.

Alladins cave for technology! Excellent shop to browse and enjoy. All I wanted was a optical cable for tv/soundbar! They have everything and much more which quite often I hadn't a clue actually what purpose they were for but still enjoyed the visit😆

We managed to track down an old Vinyl LP from my grandfathers band back from the late 60's. His health has been in decline in recent months and he's struggling to remember people and places. Called the store to check if they could convert LP to digital. Guys in store were great, complete gentlemen. I dropped of the record this morning and had a call within a couple of hours to say the digital recording and CD was ready. Great customer service from Mark and the team who appreciated that this was important to me and genuinely wanted to help. Brilliant from start to finish. More importantly - thank you. The family are looking forward to playing this for my Grandfather.

Had a good transaction with electronic centre, speedy delivery and well packaged etc Decided to return the item, spoke to a customer service representative who informed me they charge a 10% restocking fee plus the postage costs This information is readily available on the website but I didn't check as many others probably won't so I felt it was only fair to mention this in a review as purchasing an item from electronic centre has cost me over £100 As I said this is stated on they're website and the company are well within they're rights to do this, But for reference most others don't I would only buy from here if your 100% sure your keeping the item

Took my 30+ yo Sony 228ESD CD player for a check-up and they certainly put some effort in, including looking on-line for a laser which isn’t made anymore. Always played well apart from starting to skip on 1st track on quite a few CDs, so hopefully a rub down with a wire brush and polish will get us back on track [literally] Interesting to find out a replacement laser is on eBay at nearly £400!

A great shop in the heart of Belfast. Have been shopping here for years. More recently took my son in to pick up some new sensory lighting. Manager was fantastic and took his time with us so we could see the lights and get what was right for us. I have left various things in to be repaired over the years and always received fast service.

To be honest I found the staff ok . I bought a monitor splitter for £25.00 quid took it home tried it and it wasn't the correct one. Took it back to the shop about 20 minutes later . And asked could it be changed or could I get something else or a credit note . The replied just a direct no. Over the years I bought quite a few items from the shop and had no issues at all. Will I buy anything in the shop again to be honest I'm not really sure.

I can't believe the previous reviews! I have been buying and repairing kit for bands for over 30 years and these guys recently did a great deal for me. I bought a pair of speakers from them, slightly better price than anybody else in the area or on the net and then, without asking, they threw in covers and leads for free, what a deal. They allowed me to listen to the speakers using my own PA amp and music and were as helpful as anybody I've ever dealt with.Thanks John, see you next time

Had been struggling to find the appropriate leads for a business seminar and had been let down by Amazon. Someone told me about these guys on the morning of the seminar, when I thought all hope was lost and they were a God send!! Not only did they have the leads in stock, the manager talked me through how to correctly connect and set up the equipment. The customer care I received was second to none and they have so much stock!! Didn't even know we have an electronic store in Belfast city centre. Would happily recommend this place to friends and family, in fact I already have on a few occasions.

Ordered a £200 radio and paid £16 for next day delivery a week ago... Still waiting!!!!' 😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡 Ok so the radio took 10 days to arrive but after phoning the shop to complain the guys were as nice as can be and refunded the shipping costs. Not an ideal situation but they were apologetic and done all they could to put it right.

Electronic centre is an electrical dream, everything you need in one shop. From state of the art DJ decks to laptops and sound systems and even small must needed appliances for the home. I couldn't believe the reasonable pricing of the shop, and from the moment I walked in the door I received five star customer service. I had left in my laptop to be fixed, which another shop told me could only be done for 3 times the price. The laptop was returned to me within a few days for half the price and I couldn't be happier. The staff really know their stuff and can help with any complicated questions regarding leads to DJ systems. I will definitely be back it was money well spent and I can tell they invest in their staff as they are extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they take a real interest and enjoy what they do.

Just got the Pioneer DDJ - RZ had to go in with my SR the lads tryed for a few hours to fix serato for me with the SR with no sucsess and then they interduced me to the RZ for Rekordbox and jesus its made some difference to my gigs already! Plenty of choice - especially cables - has nearly every type! Prices however are a bit on the steep side. Needed a HDMI cable for work and had to pay a lot more than I would have got it for on amazon etc. Only use it as a last resort!
