We struggled to find anyone to service our burglar alarm until a neighbour put us in touch with Gavin. He sorted out the strange problems that someone else had left us with, and was friendly and chatty - quite happy to explain what he was doing, and what we could do ourselves in future. No selling us anything we didn't need, and a reasonable price for the work at the end. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant. Really knowledgeable and explained everything to me in simple terms so that I could understand what he was going to do. Arrived and completed the relocation of two light switches, and also sorted out our two way switch. Perfectly clean and tidy after he completed the job too. We really appreciate it and we will continue to use his services when we need them.

Well recommended electrician. A socket needed checking and made safe after an escape of water and Gavin responded immediately. Very professional and would definitely use Goldline Electrical again. The fault was fixed and made safe and his price was very reasonable.

Contacted Goldline for a quote. Phone not answered so left a message. No response received so didn't pursue further. It appears Goldline are unhappy with the three stars. Let me be clear about this. Firstly their response that they were out of the country so not taking phone calls. No problem with that at all but why not leave an auto response stating that? Secondly, regardless of the response that they can find no communication from me. Well I followed the email link on the Web page and most certainly did email them. If they can't find my mail they should look at thier system and not suggest I'm stating an untruth. Why ever would I say I did if I didn't. I'm sorry Goldline appear upset but the only reason I left a review was that I was prompted to do so. I have not claimed that Goldline's work is in any way poor, nor indeed good as my experience is only in terms of their communication. My review was an honest account of my experience.

Gavin was absolutely brilliant! He took the time to walk me through every step of the job (and there was quite a few)..! He really takes his time and is very much the perfectionist. I genuinely felt that he was fully committed to the finish and even showed me the inside of my new fuse board (which the last electrician didn't!!). Considering the mess he had to sort out from the last so called tradesman, he was worth every penny! Can't recommend enough!
