Great service from ⚡ Pegasus Bespoke Solutions ⚡ From initial contact & quotation process with Alex, to actual installation two weeks later by from David and Dan. Professional, friendly and reliable guys with very good workmanship. I was originally let down by another installer who must have been scared of digging and decided to not even quote for the job. This was no bother for the PBS guys... digging / cable trenching (about 14 meters) + EV Tower install done on day one... Hypervolt unit wired up and running on day 2. David & Dan travelled over 40 miles each way to get the job done... arrived nice and early on both days, got on with the job and didn't need too much tea and coffee! : ) Very happy indeed...

Alex communicated promptly, efficiently and professionally in organising the installation and providing a competitive quote with zero hassle. David and Dan performed the installation on the agreed date in a professionally and timely manner. Both were very informative, humble and communicative. They provided a high level service and tidied up after themselves and left the place as how they had arrive. Would recommend and use again. Top notch!

A stress free experience from initial enquiry to installation. Alex from Pegasus carried out a detailed site inspection and suggested a suitable installation for an EV charger. A detailed written quote provided the same day and installation arranged about 2 weeks later. Alex kept me informed of progress and the installation team of David & Dan arrived on time and completed a very neat and tidy installation, clearing up and removing all rubbish. They talked me through the operating procedures and linked wi-fi to the charger and finally checked the Government EV charger application that Pegasus claim on my behalf. Cannot recommend PBS highly enough - will definitely use them again.

The Pegasus Team were a pleasure to work with from Survey to the completed Installation of our Hypervolt EV charger. Alex offered and discussed detailed installation options, Cable runs etc. before we decided the best solution. From the Initial communication to completion the whole process was made easier by the professionalism and workmanship of all the Pegasus staff I dealt with. The work entailed the installation of a vehicle charger and replacing an outdated consumer unit. The initial contact was actioned promptly a survey was carried out, which at the time answered any concerns I had about the process. From then until the completion of the work I had nothing to be concerned or worry about. Timekeeping was excellent with everyone turning up when they said they would and on completion they cleared up everything leaving me with nothing but a job well done. I requested quotations from several companies responses ranged from did not turn up, overpriced, quote for different to agreed make and type. Pegasus gave prompt response, price as expected for what was required. Installer arrived on the day arranged, 8AM on the dot as agreed.
