With no electricity, it was not a great situation to be in, especially during lockdown. Kieran was busy, but he took time out to go to the flat to pinpoint the problem and then come the day after to replace the consumer unit. He was very responsive and kept in contact to let me know when he could go to the flat. Kieran is very friendly and professional, I was very pleased with his work and would be happy to recommend him to others.
