Could not recommend Ben and Kate more highly. Ben came out to price up the work we needed doing and got the quote to me that same night at very reasonable pricing. He booked us in when he next had availability then contacted us as he could bring it forward. I did not need to call to confirm he turned up when he was booked in and completed the work in good time despite coming across some additional repairs in the process. All work was completed very neatly and to a very high standard. They will certainly be our go to electricians in the future!

Ben is fairly priced and super reliable, he has fitted three radiators, a new bathroom light, a hob and some new double sockets for me. The radiators required fitting an extra circuit with trunking and Ben and his apprentice kept things clean and were friendly and chatty whilst working. Would recommend

Great service from Ben and Kate! Both friendly, approachable, and explained what was happening. Ben was quick to respond to my enquiry and the quote given was accurate, a few changes and were made on the day due to our needs, but these extras were charged for reasonably and weren’t a big surprise. Left the place tidy once work was completed. Had sockets and light switches relocated as well as some added. Would recommend and use again

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Byard Electrical. Learnt of this company by word of mouth and reviews that were all good. Ben Byard was so busy I booked him in February following his estimate for upgrade of fuse board and lights in garage with two way switching to be completed on 4th May 2022 as he was so busy at the time of quote. Ben arrived on the date agreed and carried out the work with a minimum of fuss to my satisfaction. He provided all certificates at the end of the day.

Ben installed new lighting when we had a new kitchen installed in July 2020 and did a fantastic job. He was always there when he said he would be and provided realistic estimates of how long the job would take and the costs involved. We've had a couple of minor issues with the switches and Ben has sorted these out promptly and to our satisfaction. We will certainly use Ben it the future and would highly recommend him.

I had Byard Electrical fit two Nest thermostats for heating and hot water in my property. The quote was very competitive and they were able to provide me with an appointment very quickly. The work was carried out very quickly and professionally. He took the time to test everything and also explain the operation of the thermostats. Ben and his apprentice Trae came and fitted a new consumer unit for me, I can’t recommend them enough ,both friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble they fitted an outside light and sorted a few sockets for me that I hadn’t booked in originally,nothing was too much trouble. Good electricians are hard to find, so my wife and I count ourselves lucky that we found Ben Byard. He initially helped us when we moved into a house in Gloucester, and we then asked him to carry out a thorough examination of the house's electrical system. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in doing this. He also didn't forget anything we had said on our first meeting. He has fitted some new lights for us, carrying out the work in a very satisfactory and tidy manner. He will soon be returning to fit a new fuse box in a different position, and I have no doubt that he will do a very professional job. If you can hire him, do.

My partner and I moved into a house and we wanted to get the electrics tested. Ben was so friendly and professional right from the start. The house had major wiring issues from top to bottom but no job was too big and everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. I wouldn't go anywhere else, Ben is your man for the job.
