Matt was very professional from start to finish. He promptly replied to my enquiry about what work I needed doing. He was then very quick to come round and look at what was required and supply me with an estimate. He fitted us in promptly and the work he did was excellent. He even repaired previous work we’d had done by an electrician which he didn’t feel was safe at no extra charge. I’d highly recommend Matt.

Matt is just the electrician I needed. He is very 'can do', helpful and professional. He responded promptly to my enquiries, gave me an itemised quote from which I could select priorities and gave careful advice. He installed modern and vintage light fittings and solved problems involved in the antique light fixture; also exterior lighting. He installed a good fan in my bathroom ceiling, removed a shoddy job and even patched the hole left in the plasterboard. He replaced a burnt out socket and removed an old intercom system. We recently used MT Electrical and I highly recommend them. After contacting them through their website with a brief description of the work we required to the electrics in a upstairs bedroom they responded the following day to arrange a visit. Matt arrived exactly at the time he said he would and sent us a great value quote later that day. He kept in contact by email and when we were ready to go ahead with the work he gave a date and time it would be done. When the date came he arrived spot on time. Was extremely polite and courteous. He completed the work efficiently and professionally and when he had finished he left the bedroom carpet cleaner than it had been before he had started! Extremely impressed and would not hesitate to use again. Either for a small job or a large job. Totally trustworthy and super professional. One of those traders you feel relieved to have met cos you know you can 100% rely on them in the future.

I used Matt for the very first time and I was not disappointed! I needed some new strip lights put in my garage and a couple of other tiny jobs. After he left you would not have known he had been here as he even took away all the packaging from the strip lights , which may I add I bought myself, so he didn't have to clean up this... Matt installed a Google Nest Thermostat for me earlier in the week. First class service, not only did he complete the job he came to do, he also uncovered some issues with the way my heating system had been set up previously and fixed those too. The whole system is now working better and more efficiently than before. A+++

We first met Matt when he worked as electrical subcontractor on the renovation of our house. It was a big project, involving: completely rewiring the house itself; fully wiring a newly-created utility room in the former garage; and installing thermostats, boiler controls, underfloor heating mats, lighting fixtures, sockets, etc. We weren’t the easiest of clients for Matt to deal with, and we dithered and changed our minds quite a lot. Matt always dealt with us with patience, courtesy and humour. He gave us a lot of valuable advice and made many helpful suggestions that have improved the quality of our electrical installation. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We would recommend Matt without hesitation, and (assuming we haven’t put him off working for us again!) we now consider him ‘our’ electrician.
