After I conducted some initial tests, I was left with no alternative but to call a professional. The chap I spoke to (I want to say Kevin) was so incredibly helpful and kind. He talked me through the steps to get everything back up and running, and how to identify the culprit (still to be determined). I'm so very grateful. I highly recommend such a professional and helpful company.
