D. C.Fixed both my Macbook after the charger fried a USB slot and our Nintendo Switch after plugging in a higher voltage from a third party plug.
Did a great job, offered a cheaper quote than elsewhere, have a ticketing system to keep you up to date with repairs and brilliant communication throughout.
Was even kind enough to get me a charger lead and drop items to our door as we don't have a car.
Would use again, 100%, for any electrical repair, and would recommend them to anyone else too.
l. h.So glad I used them. Brilliant speedy service. Super friendly, honest and reliable. Took my daughter's Nintendo switch to them after it wouldn't charge. Worked out it was the port but didn't know whether it was actually broken and needed replacing, or whether it had liquid damage or just needed a good clean, or if pins where you attach to dock were damaged. I explained this and was told in the worst case scenario it would cost between £65 - £85 to replace the port. In less than 24 hours, I got a call saying the charge would be £15!!. It turned out at some point my daughter had spilt Ribena on the console. They took it apart, gave it a good clean and hey presto it works again. I will be using them again, if the need be - I highly recommend using these people.

R. C.John was very helpful over the phone and asked that I sent pictures of the fauly TV set and the part which likely needed to be replaced. It took him 24 hours to get back to me advising where I could find the exact part which was likely needed and precautions to take when installing it, with an offer to do the work himself for a very reasonable price. Very helpful and will definitely return if I have any other electrical items which need attention.

Before going here , I tried other repair shops and most of them were asking for ridiculous prices and most said they couldn’t repair my PS4 Pro , but then I found JB Repairs really good prices and very efficient service.
They saved my PS4 now it’s running like brand new
