J. L.I am so glad that I found this business! Paul helped me to diagnose a faulty split relay charger, replaced it, improved the wiring (which had previously been badly installed), and installed a rear parking sensor.
He clearly explained proposed work, and expected rates up front which I thought were very reasonable.
It is always difficult to estimate how much effort is required to diagnose an electrical fault as it could range from a tiny job to hugely complex. Because of this, Paul constantly kept me updated so that there we no nasty surprises.
I live in London but will gladly return to Ipswich to get any auto-electric work carried out as you really need an auto-electrician you can trust - Paul definitely fits this bill. Thank you!

p. d.We were struggling to find anyone to get my non starting car back On road again . Our mechanic didn’t have the testing equipment . It had sat there during lockdown as I was isolating .
Paul came out for a really reasonable call out rate , & magically managed to get my little car starting & turning over . Within 2 hours he’d solved my problem & cleated 6 “ of water from my boot .
Will recommend him to everybody , helpful beyond his remit .
