UKSM have offered extra services that we have not taken up but whenever I have spoken to them and booked testing they have turned up on time, our local engineer is excellent (same guy for 3 or 4 years now) and price agreed before they turn up. This company is one of the best out there and the services they provide are top notch. Their fire assembly point drills really made my team get out the building in a much more timely fashion and they also pointed out some things that we were doing rather wrong. While with us they tested out emergency lights as well as the fire extinguishers and also pointed out to us the more better places we could put them. Called to say my testing was due and they did it previously. When they turned up, works out they were not the company I've used for years. Just made out they were. Asked them to stop and leave. Now being chased for payment.. added 04 Dec further investigation with assistance from UK safety showed, an employee agreed to the visit, so apologies to UK safety Management, however we do think the cold call and the way it was pushed/sold was misleading.

They are very reliable, and efficient, they call us well in advance to make sure our annual testing is booked in for when it is due, they call to confirm and the engineer arrives on site exactly when scheduled. They are extremely dependable, and effective, they call us well ahead of time to ensure our yearly testing is reserved in for when it is expected, they call to affirm and the designer touches base nearby precisely when booked. We especially like the way that the same testing engineer, Rob Harmer, has been sent on all events. This is awesome in light of the fact that he knows precisely what should be finished. We can not suggest Rob profoundly enough, he is extremely proficient and constantly considerate, gracious and accommodating.
