I converted my garage into a training studio and needed electric heaters that were energy efficient, quiet, didnt take up space and could keep students warm. The Kiasa heating panels mounted on my ceiling are perfect in every way. I am so thrilled with my purchase. They warm you up quickly and and after an hour I've turned them off and have not needed them on the rest of the day. On top of that they look fabulous! Initially I did need to change the panels for different ones but Hetal in customer services was fantastic and helped me every step of the way to make sure the panels were just right for my room. Very impressed!

I purchased a Kiasa heating bar with wi-fi from Kiasa Heating UK Ltd for my office. What a brilliant piece of kit it is, especially for the money. It not only performs extremely well, it is very well made, both the heater itself and the fixings. I purchased the 1800w model, the tech spec saying it will provide for a 15-25m2 area. My office is 15m2, has big double-glazed windows but is fairly well insulated. We are based in a very rural area and at -2 deg ambient, the Kiasa heater keeps my office at 20 deg C, on HALF power. The Kiasa app was quick to download and is very easy to use. On leaving work I set the heater at 15 degs overnight, and in the morning, approx 30 minutes before arriving at my office, I increase the temperature to 20 degs using my phone, which the heater achieves easily on the half power setting. The remote control provided with the heater also works very well. Although I use other heating sources for my three factory units, should the Kiasa heater prove reliable over the next few months, I intend to purchase the 1200w model for our works wet-room (being IP44 rated) and a further three x 3000w models for workshop areas under mezzanine floors, which I believe will work extremely well for persons working at benches. Their delivery service was also prompt.; Five stars Kiasa heating.

Purchased a mirror infrared heater from KIASA. Speedy delivery, and great value product. There was a small issue with the heater almost twelve months later and they could not have been more helpful. Product replaced with new heater without any issues. The customer service was incredible. I have never had such great communication from a company. I purchased an infrared heater from Kiasa for my office. The heater works a treat and warms the room up quickly and efficiently. I had a couple of issues working out the remote thermostat the unit comes with and Kiasa support were kind enough to provide a more detailed set of instructions. I now have it set up on a smart plug so it turns on automatically in a morning before i start work and turns off a the end of the day even if i forget. Incidentally, one of the feet i purchased for the unit had a fault and they happily replaced it free of charge and no questions asked. Customer service is first class. Highly recommend.

Brought a Kaisa heater through a third party. I had an issue with connecting to Wi-Fi. The third party contacted kaisa on my behalf. Kaisa (Jay and then Hetal) couldn't have been more helpful. Top quality company. Turn out to not be a problem with the heater at all; it was a software issue due to an update and playstore. You don't know how good a company is until you have an issue. Great product, awesome company

I am very please with my infra red heaters. I first boughtt one for my debroom and then bought another one for the studay. They are very energy efficient - much better than a fan heater and with energy prices soaring I think this is the way to go. Very happy with the service. We have received great service from customer support when we had questions about the heater we had purchased. The customer agents on the phone and via email were extremely helpful. The heater itself is great. It was very easy to install and set up in our garden office and we love the fact that we can power it on an hour or so before we go into the office so that it is nice and warm when we open the door.

Customer service is top class, I asked many questions before buying a Ilios Infared Bar for my outside cabin/office which I used to use a fan heater which the place went cold straight away. With the IR bar its not so, went from 14-20 c in just over an hour and felt so nice for a change. Nothing was to much trouble, after care is the same, I wasn't sure about the mounting brackets but had a call with the team to talk me through no probs. Purchased a Far Infrared heater (1800DW Smart) from Kiasa heating for our kitchen as we were limited for space. Contacted Kiasa and spoke to Jay who was very helpful once I explained our heating requirement and was recommended the above model. The model has great features including smart app( which by the way was very easy to download and setup) the unit had WiFi connectivity and a remote. The price was good and was further discounted to make it a bargain with added free fast trackable delivery. The unit is well manufactured and very easy to install and would definitely recommend . Operation is easy and the heat output is surprisingly comfortably good with the added feature of a digital status display

What a great heater, I have the KA-NDN the back glass panel heater, had an issue setting up (my fault) but still had customer service call me to walk through setting it up (I managed to fix issue myself), now I'm in a warm shop and saving money against expensive fan heaters. I recently purchased an outside heater from Kiasa which when arrived i saw that the heater element was broken. I contacted Kiasa who were very apologetic and immediately sent a replacement prior to me returning the damaged one. The first heater we had delivered was missing the remote control and chain. I contacted Amazon who we'd purchased it through, and Hetal from Kiasa phoned me the same day to tell me she'd post a replacement remote control and chain that day. These arrived the next morning. However, the heater stopped working after 10 mins of use so I phoned Hetal who got their fitter to ring me back to talk through the issue. He confirmed it was a faulty heater and got Hetal to arrange a replacement. The replacement heater arrived the next day and so far has been working well. It looks lovely under our gazebo and great for entertaining in the garden. Despite the initial problems, we were very impressed with the customer service from Kiasa, in particular Hetal. Most companies are great when things are working well but we were really impressed with Kiasa's customer service. It's reassuring to know the company deal with any issues when things go wrong, both promptly and professionally.
