Pretty much a flawless experience from beginning to end. Ordering was easy we had 2 of the image frames, and the only downside during ordering was a lack of timescales. I contacted Surya customer services who informed me of the wait time, likely 7 to 14 days, and sure enough, about 10 days later they arrived. Decent products, but both were a little marked from assembly after printing, but again customer services saw us right. The heaters work really well and much more efficient than the old oil filled rads we had in our home offices. The only downside for me is the flex down the wall, but, mostly hidden in one office, and in the other, some surface ducting took care of the flex.

Cannot recommend highly enough, absolutely first class customer care from Dee, we bought two of their own printed panels which are beautiful and so different, they just look like lovely big pictures on the wall. Easy to use and heat the room fantastically, we were so impressed with the first two we ordered a custom print one of a nautical chart, took me a while to get permission to print it because of copy right etc but it was an easy process and the outcome is amazing, we love it. If your thinking of getting infra red panels stop think and just do it, they are well worth it

I originally seen these in a shop I was delivering to, and the warmth was very pleasant as I walked past it, so thought I would give one a try on the top of the chimney breast in my living room. I would have bought the largest one but was too long, not tried it properly yet because of the weather.

A great choice of IR heaters and a few really simple steps to add your own image. Its a great service with the image being checked and discussed with you before it goes for printing onto the heater. Very quick delivery and we are very pleased with the heater, the quality of the printed picture and the ease of use of the heating system. Have recommended the Company and the service to friends.

Bought a Classic 700kw heater as an experiment to try out this technology. Used the chat facility to ask a few questions which was also very good. The chap I spoke to (Justin) very helpful and I decided to buy one. He phoned me right back. Items arrived next day. Fitted the ceiling bracket using the template. Could do with a reassuring note advising to gently prise the black end stops so you can fit the heater on. It's obvious they have to come off when you know but for first timer didn't want to pull at them and find I've broken the heater.... The manual doesn't seem to cover the bracket supplied only the suspended version. Heater itself seems good quality, I've fitted it to my hive plug so can turn on and schedule times. Unfortunately can't comment on effectiveness of heater yet as been unseasonably warm in Lincolnshire. Panel does get very hot , as it's supposed to. Experiment continues and be interesting to see it's performance when it gets cold.

I purchased this for my 'summer house' that was built though lockdown to mainly work from home.. but I use as a gym and more importantly a bar ! Excellent product in every way - very efficient and the SMART heating function is excellent.. my hut is all warm by 6 am every morning. I have hardly had to use it through the day / evening as once the hut is warm it stays warm - lets wait until Jan/Feb for the real cold test - more the hut than the heater. This is a 1.2kw heater and for the area of the hut it would normally need a 2kw heater. The ability to customize with all your best pics and turn it into a giant collage is fantastic.. much better than a dull white panel ! Dee from sales was excellent at keeping me posted on the order and Kiran who created the artwork was fantastic in helping me create the collage with the Adobe template settings (truth be told my daughter did it in Adobe indesign for me) It also comes with an excellent remote control to set up all your normal on / off / timer functions and the other amazing feature is the thickness... its so thin ... I recommend a hard wired plug behind the panel to hide the cables as the plug of the panel plugged into a normal 3 pin socket protrudes to much for the panel to fit onto the bracket and against the wall This product is definitely worth the money and the picture customization is worth the extra ! If I had any other rooms to heat I would definitely get another panel - thanks

Great product but a bit of a wait! We have purchased a number of wall heaters for different rooms, all have been excellent, good quality product. The pictures we have selected have fitted perfect with the rooms and there is no doubt that they produce a pleasant warmth and do reduce energy costs. During the ordering process, they do respond in a timely fashion in a courteous manner, it was however a little frustrating on the time taken to deliver our last order. That said, we would order the product again without hesitation.

Work well/ look great… These heaters were fitted in a hotel we stayed in and we were very impressed how quickly they heated and maintained heat in the room, so contacted Surya Heating for more information. We explained we wanted these heaters to supplement our electric underfloor heating and they were very helpful so we ordered the recommended size, unfortunately it was the wrong size and it didn't heat the room at all. We contacted them and agreed they had made a mistake and we needed the bigger size so they arranged free of charge to collect the heater and do a refund. This went all smoothly except it took 3 weeks to get the refund hence I have given them 4 stars only. I should say when we returned the heater we placed an order for 3 bigger heaters with pictures on, so expected to get a refund quickly. We were told the heaters would take 3-4 weeks, they actually arrived 5 weeks later, given Christmas was in the middle we were very pleased with the time line. We were confident these heaters would do the job we wanted them to do and they have and you can see our reviews on line for them. You can trial these heaters out for yourself, order a bigger size if in doubt, we would recommend Surya Heating.

900W NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel We are very please with our heating panel. It warms up incredibly fast and is easy to regulate with the remote control. It will be positioned on the wall once the building work has finished so we bought the feet for now and they do the job nicely. Very light to move around. Delivery was very very quick.

Surya Heating were very good at guiding us through the choice of our own image for our custom IR Panel. The first image we had chosen when upscaled was not of sufficient quality to produce a really fine quality print. We settled on our second choice of image and the result was fantastic and we are happy with the result.
