We called Colin and Eilidh now for three jobs, to recertify our home electrics, to install smoke alarms, and to replace a fuseboard. Every time, they have been kind and professional, and performed outstanding work. All work has been explained, and the property left in excellent order. Clan Electrical fitted an Andersen A2 electrical car charger at my property. Prior to the installation the communication was really good and they helped with the grant application and came and did an in-person survey for free. They arranged a date and time and were there within 5 mins of the agreed time, so no waiting around wondering if they are going to turn up. Colin worked diligently in pretty heavy rain to get the charger installed, and he made a neat job of the cabling. I would recommend.

Amazing - the team of Eilidh and Colin are brilliant, Eilidh was the 1st person I spoke to and was immediately clear Eilidh is very knowledgeable, great customer service and makes you feel at home very quick. Colin was at my house 3 times and was on time every visit. Colin and Eilidh quote was very detailed and I appreciated when quote was sent to me it was clear the price would be worse case. On the day of the job, Colin as already stated arrived on time and completed the job as discussed. He tidied up as went along even though wasn't a tidy area to start with. Colin worked around our joiner for his final visit to complete the work, he was very professional throughout and joiner was also very impressed by his work and him as a person. I would recommend clan electrical to friends and family, they are both brilliant and that worse case quote was that so couldn't be happier.

Clan went above and beyond for to fit us in for some fairly large work installing new storage heaters and new cabling runs for lighting. They helped us out over a very tricky time, juggling jobs to fit us in, as we were very let down by another Electrical Company who disappeared from the job after half a days work on Christmas week, leaving us without heating, and a substandard, unsafe job that needed redone from scratch. Colin took on a botched job and sorted us out efficiently and good naturally. A very complex cabling run for a new heater was done with the absolute minimum of fuss or mess. His workmanship and ethic is second to none. Credit also to his right-hand woman Eilidh who runs a tight ship with the planning, organising and keeping you informed along the way. Can’t speak highly enough of them. Easy to see how they are ‘Trusted Traders’. Well deserved accolade.
