Excellent service. My Samsung 55 inch 4K TV started to develop a flickering screen...Great, that's all I need. I thought I'd have to buy a new one as I was expecting a repair bill to be almost the cost of a new TV....But I thought I'd do a bit of online research first. I found this chap advertised online and he was close to home so I gave him a call. "No, problem, bring it in and I'll run a diagnosis and let you know what's wrong and the cost." I brought it into his shop at 10am, had a call at 2pm the same day to say he'd fixed it and it cost me a little over a hundred quid...Turns out that the power supply to the back light had failed which he was able to fix without replacement parts which would have cost a small fortune...I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and cheap it was to fix. In less than 24 hours of my TV breaking down, it was back in the living room working better than ever.....If your TV ever breaks down, give this chap a call before you put it out for the bin men, you might just thank me for this review as well as him for fixing it!...The chap (sorry, don't know your name) really is first class. Friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring not to mention fast in his repairs. I actually felt guilty at only paying a hundred quid...If it had been twice that I wouldn't have argued. Thank you. 👍

Very friendly and helpful he collected, repaired and delivered my television on the same day I rang up. Very speedy! After 6 months my television did break down again with th same problem but I honestly think that is down to my model being 10 years old. I think I just need a new one.

AC Electronics carried out a repair on my large TV, I had been worried after people telling me the price of getting televisions repaired, many had suggested it would be cheaper to buy a new one, But one recommended me to try AC electronics, I was given a quick quote, which I accepted straight away, I was prepared to pay twice What it actually cost me, I found them polite, Freindly, helpful, and most of all totally honest . All the qualities you want to find, from someone repairing something you know little about, And while I was there picking up my TV, I found they had loads of small electrical items for sale in the shop, And made two further purchases, I could not recommend them more.

Awesome service from AC Electronics today. Took my 8 yr old tv in this morning which had died and a couple of hours later a diagnosis was given over the phone which wasn’t overly optimistic however they tried the proposed solution which worked! Same day service!! Great to see a small local business giving such great service. I’ll be recommending them.

I am not exaggerating when I say that AC electronics, and the man in charge (Adrian) is a hidden gem that I would like to have kept as my own secret, but when one finds something genuine and brilliant service that of old skool, well don’t look any further for your electrical repairs!! My truthful experience; after ringing and searching for repair details for my Panasonic tv ( which just had expired warranty by several days), I didn’t want to give up on it, but I was shocked by charges for initial diagnosis and I was so glad to use google for repair service near me, and I genuinely knew from reading reviews left to this superb repair shop and didn’t look any further! I called A C Electronics (Adrian) and instantly felt as though was catching up with an old friend ( I kid you not) and explained my predicament and even asked advice on wether to repair or ditch and glad he agreed to repair as I wanted. I knew from searching on various forums that the part I needed was rare like golden hens eggs and potentially a big repair bill....!!! As mentioned, Adrian was so helpful and as reviews read about his honesty and competitive pricing and the customer service one was used to from the good ol’ days, I was pleasantly impressed with the initial diagnosis cost and which is deducted if get works repaired by Adrian ( which I know you will) I am not going to mention pricing as I am sure individual and different issues etc etc but I can assure you that what I have written and the initial cost of diagnosis, you will remember my (long) review and know I was 101% correct! (Thank me all later for taking your repairs to A C Electronics)!! I better start ending review before becomes a novel, but my part needed to be ordered from Germany (I think) and from handing tv late March and tv was ready before anticipated date despite knowing part to be ordered etc I am so happy from the beginning and to the end on collection of my tv and I can only say that I normally don’t leave reviews and I have left such a long review as I was trying to show how grateful and impressed and relieved to have repair done and everything so competitive priced, and I will be using and have already passed on details to friends etc Just remember my review and make me famous in your thoughts when you know I was telling the truth about this hidden gem in Brockley I would have liked to kept as my secret repair shop, but something as rare of the old skool days and fantastic prices need to be shared and to help others especially times we are enduring at all levels. Best little electronics shop around. Aside from being a real Aladdin's cave, they can order in anything you need and have great customer service and knowledge. They will even tell you how to fix things if you don't want to submit it for repair (and it is within your capability). Servicing and repair here is fantastic. Best practice is to reverse engineer any repair (test everything rather than just a temporary fix) which is precisely what happens so you know the problem hasn't just been fixed but the whole machine is in perfect working order. It may take a little more time but its well worth it for the peace of mind.
