Mike gave us a prompt and detailed line by line quote. He is an excellent email communicator. He could do the weeks work promptly, and coordinated the timing well with our plasterer. I called Mike late in the evening for emergency work, in 2 residential flats and he was amazing! He came exactly on time, spent a couple of hours on site made all the big repairs and then returned the next day for another couple of hours to finish up. He did an excellent job, explained everything clearly and charged a fair price for all the work he did. I cannot recommend him enough! He is professional and hard working, exactly the person I needed for an emergency and all electrical repairs.

Mike was very helpful when I called him about an issue with a defective RCD wall socket in our kitchen, talking through the issue and ensuring he would be bringing the right replacement parts and equipment. He was quick to attend (same morning), courteous and sorted out our issue quickly. He also offered very helpful advice and opinions on other potential work. This included being refreshingly honest about work which in his view didn’t need to be done- i.e. which we’d potentially have paid (him) for unnecessarily. I would strongly recommend.

Mike responded really promptly when called. He was thorough in checking every single socket & appliance to locate the fault(s). He effected a temp remedy that evening and returned to replace, upgrade and wire in new fuse board exactly as promised. His electrical work is to excellent standard. Mike was accompanied by 2 colleagues so very hard in small flat to maintain social distance in a absence of masks. Would use Mike's firm again without hesitation.
