S. V.I felt a burning smell coming from the ceiling and called Tower. The manager talked to me through switching off the power to make the installation safe. A very professional and polite (AND WEARING OVERSHOES) engineer arrived after 45 minutes and found that rodents have chewed through the cables in the loft. He repaired the damaged and left everything working. Breath of fresh air. Definitely recommended.

I had a difficult fault, but the electrician identified the issue with skill and expertise, was careful with all the furniture and decoration that needed to be moved in the process of testing, and even cleaned up once everything was screwed back in. He was friendly and explained everything clearly. Hopefully will not need to, but in case, will definitely use again.
