D. W.Steve was outstanding - really knowledgeable, thoughtful about the problem (a set of lights was tripping my circuitboard). He offered free advice over the phone, and then came over to look at the issue - solved it in fairly quick time by knowing his stuff (and avoided me paying a charge for a much bigger investigation).
