A. W.Good service - friendly office staff and engineer. Made an appointment for 2 faulty sockets. Got me in within 2 days. Gave me a 2 hr window and the engineer arrived on time. He put covers on his shoes to keep my carpet clean. Very courteous. Explained what he is doing and what he needed to do. Finished in 3 hours, with a total 356GBP (1st half hour 88, then 192 per additional half hour, plus materials). Quite pricy compared to other electricians around the area but others had bad schedules and were not as professional. Would recommend for quality work but be prepared to pay for it.
