I couldn't praise this service enough! Friendly, professional, incredibly fair value for money and outstanding quality of work. The power in my house's sockets was entirely out, and it was completely fixed the same day. I asked Stephen some questions about the problem and how it worked, and he talked me through everything he was doing and how he was going to fix it just because he could tell I was interested. I felt very comfortable and the work was far quicker than I imagined it was going to be. The service was so good that I am going to post this review in multiple places, so that everyone can have as good an experience as I did! Would definitely recommend, and I will definitely be using again. 10/10.

Stephen is very helpful and attentive. He installed a new ceiling light for us and fixed its wall switch once he found out it was broken. As we relocate the new ceiling light, he also filled the old holes on the ceiling. Stephen accommodated my wish of coming on Saturday. Had issues with our fuse box which we couldn’t resolve. Called Steve in the morning and he was with us that afternoon. He fixed the issue within an hour. Very friendly, professional and answered any queries we had. He also recommend someone to look at our boiler.

I rarely post reviews on the website, but this is definitely a 10/10 service! I highly recommend Stephen. The socket switch went down and all the lights went off in the room (I’m not entirely sure how to describe the issue in English but I think essentially, some of the wires overheat and exposed, which caused the problem at socket switch). Stephen came to fix the issues very professionally and quickly. Out of all the possible sockets, he found out the issue and fixed it very quickly. He also brought shoe covers etc. In addition to fixing the problem, he also explained to me what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future (if he didn’t tell me why, I think other sockets will end up going down in the future too). Very reasonable price too! Highly recommended!!

I found SBF Electrical through the NICEIC.com website, as I needed to obtain a compliance certificate for some electrical work that was done on my flat years ago by a different company but never signed off. Stephen took the time to discuss the matter with me over the phone and what was required, provided a competitive quote, we arranged a date and he arrived bang on time. He completed a thorough inspection of the property, identified problems, fixed them, and sent the compliance certificate that same evening.
