Very happy with the service and work done. A previous electrician had said the light couldn't be repaired, what he meant was it was a bit of a tricky job. Smith Tech did the work in an hour. It involved going in from the floor above which was done with minimum fuss and no damage. Very happy with how quickly the work was done and Rafal turned up bang on time with good communication throughout the job. And the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Excellent service provided and at short notice. We were without power this morning in parts of the house and after failed attempts ourselves, we could not fix it. Rafal was called and managed to come over a few hours later and fixed the problem within the hour. He was very polite and explained everything that was going on. 🏆TOP TIP: highly recommended! My father is disabled and I needed a local professional electrician to install a two new light fitting over my father’s bed and living room. Rafal was extremely helpful in the initial conversation over the phone, managed to fit in the work on the same day, had reasonable prices and kept me informed so I knew exactly what time he would arrive. Rafal Szmit at SmithTech Ltd was contacted by my young tenant couple on Sunday 12th September when the power cut out. He turned up very quickly and sorted the problem (it was a new build conversion and the cable to the meter had come loose after 10 months or so. The call out fee was £125.00 which I happily paid and would call SmithTech Ltd again.

Great service, fair pricing. This was the first time I used this company and I'm always crossing my fingers that I'll get a tradesman who is competent and fair. They arrived really quickly (less than 50 minutes) and did a great job diagnosing and repairing my problem (faulty outlet that could have burned down my house). I am very happy with the quality of service I received and the price I paid. The lovely Rafal visited my home to inspect a faulty "Saniflow" toilet (it was not flushing properly - toilet paper was not disappearing) and he informed me that the pump was nearly worn out, but it would probably be more cost-effective to get a brand new toilet rather than replace the pump (because it was so old, therefore other things might start going wrong in time, if he merely replaced one part!) I appreciated his honest opinion. Rafal sent me the link to order the correct thing, it was easy to do and he arranged to come back and install it the morning after it was delivered. Rafal was on time, courteous and completed the installation within a couple of hours. I got Rafal's number from Google because I do not know any plumbers or engineers who specialise in "Saniflow" toilets. I would definitely recommend him to other customers. Job well done and money well spent!
