We lost power to our lights, I called Richard and he came the following day. He gave a really good price for fault find and fix. He was polite and efficient and resolved the issue quickly. Would use again 👍🏼

Richard is good at his job. He’s knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. His pricing was transparent, itemising parts and labour. Overall great value for money. Highly recommended for all general household electrical work. - Replaced 22 halogen downlights with LEDs. - Replaced light switches with dimmers. - Replaced faulty Spur sockets for wall heaters. - Installed a number of double sockets. Work was completed quickly with minimal fuss and all surfaces were made good. Couldn’t be happier.

Richard has now done a number of jobs in my flat and I couldn't be happier with his work, particularly given the challenges he has faced each time courtesy of the cowboys would originally converted my flat in the 1980s. He has even saved me money by convincing me the expensive fancy spotlights I wanted to use in my bathroom wouldn't be good value as you would never see them (and they also weren't fire rated or waterproof. Gah!). The photos are of a under-shelf LED light he recently installed in my bathroom; the finish is very neat and precise and the results look great. I am very pleased to have found a local electrician who is reliable and who I trust completely for both his professionalism and his judgement.

Unlike the rest of the industry where electricians are generally very unreliable, Richard is exceptional. He is always on time and always show up as promised. He also prices very reasonably and he never tries to rip you off or overcharge for his work. Richard is very attentive and has a great eye for detail. He’d investigate an issue and discuss various solution with you before he begins his work. His workmanship is excellent as he makes sure he finishes his work in a great quality. He is organised and he tidies up every day before he leaves for the day. I highly recommend Richard.

Symmetrical Electrical did an excellent job fitting 22 LED spotlights and various other lights and switches. Richard was very quick to come round to quote and responsive to any queries I had. The price was very competitive and the quality of work was excellent. In particular, he filled and sanded down all the holes he had to cut to get the wires through the ceilings leaving the whole house very tidy after the job was complete.
