B. B.I phoned Tower in Camden on Christmas Eve. As they did not have an engineer avilable, they tried first to resolve the problem over the phone and advised me to call UK Power Networks to check that the power cut was not from the street so that we do not pay for an eveing call out. UK power networks could not help so they advised me to conatct Tower in Chelsea, as they had an engineer idle. All was sorted within an hour. Thank you for helping and for caring. Benji and Sarah
