H. M.I had an electrical condition report done with this company. I booked a slot on their online booking service and they turned up 3 days early (with 20 minutes warning) whilst other workmen were due at the property which was a bit stressful to deal with. There were some delays with getting the report due to circumstances outside of anyone’s control and communication wasn’t very good during this period but the report itself is well put together and comprehensive.

They dealt with the nightmare that is the electrical wiring in our house, staying until 11pm on a Saturday to ensure that we were not left without power overnight, then came back on the Sunday to complete the job, staying until 7.30pm to do so. Even though the job ballooned in complexity, they didn't complain or pass the buck, or give up. They let us know what was happening at each stage, tidied up after themselves, and just got on with what needed to be done. Everything that you would hope for.
If you get anyone else in to do your electrics, you're mad.
