R. V.I asked Ollie to carry out an EICR on a house we were looking to buy. He organised a time through the estate agent and carried out the inspection in good time at a very competitive price. I am very grateful for the information shared on the results and if we complete the purchase I will be asking him to correct the defects and have complete confidence in his work.

a. k.I needed Electrical Installation Condition Reports on two tenanted properties. Ollie was quick to respond to my initial contact and subsequent questions. He made all arrangements for access through the letting agent and tenants. The reports came through quickly, were thorough and had no unexpected observations. Excellent service.

He conducted an electrical survey of our new home in a quick but thorough manner, explained the results to us and answered questions that we had. We had asked him if he could conduct a few small additional electrical works immediately after the survey (e.g. installing a difficult light fitting) which he did for a reasonable fee and to a good standard. Ollie gave a competitive quote and gave a clear diagnosis with options of solutions to choose from to suite different budgets. Report generated was electronic and typed so was nice and neat. He did not exaggerate the problems and was professional throughout. I also added extra work for replacing the sockets and again he was more than happy to oblige.

I have since used Ollie's services twice during my house purchase, both prior to completion when he produced an EICR report for me at a very reasonable and competitive price, and following my purchase when he came back to undertake the work needed to bring everything up to standard (including installing a new consumer unit), as well as a couple of other little bits such as installing some new sockets for me.
I was very happy with the price for both jobs and with the quality of work that was done, I am left feeling safe and confident in the electronics around the house, and will not hesitate to use OJT Electrical again for future work I need done.
