M. L.Was very easy to contact and arrange a day for works to start, quote given at the start never changed either. Full rewire completed on a 3 bedroom house within two weeks with no issues. Very happy with the works and to have it fully completed in that time scale. Their plasterer did a good job too with covering up the chases. Would definitely recommend. The surveyor arrived punctually and took considerable time to evaluate our requirements with regard to the installation of a new gas combi boiler to provide heat to our radiators and underfloor heating system. We also asked for a new UFH manifold and wireless room thermostats to be installed. The quotation received soon after was comprehensive and competitive. It was with optimism that we opted to engage them to carry out the required works. That optimism was well founded. The service engineers arrived on time and took appropriate measures to protect floors and carpets. The system was power-flushed, and the boiler installed and commissioned within the allotted time.

E. C.Impressed with the electrician and the quality of his work. I really like the modern system where you receive a text message confirming the booking and when the staff member is on his/her way. I've only rated 4 stars however given that I gave my email for purposes of receiving an invoice only, I have already received promotional material which I will now have to unsubscribe from and also receive phone calls asking for feedback. The individual was very polite but it's still an unsolicited call which I would have opted out off given the choice.
J. M.I was incredibly anxious to discover a leak in an old plastic feeder that was caused a soaked plasterboard ceiling and water to seep through the wall below. Fearing the worst I contacted the insurance company who advised contacting a local plumber - great, but where do you start? Hundreds of options to choose from and no idea who you can (or cannot) trust. Luckily I went for heath - a decision based purely on the handful of positive reviews on Google. Glad to say I made a good choice - from the initial call to the completion of work I can only report a positive experience. The Plumber who carried out the work, was polite, well mannered and very knowledgeable. He was able to replace a faulty section of pipe and remedy the problem. All done and dusted in less than an hour, with the overall bill being far less than I had expected (less than some plumbers charge just for call out) - and no need to claim on insurance! Overall am very impressed (and mightily relieved) with my experience and would definitely use their services again.

I booked an electrician for an hour to channel out and fit a new double socket behind my TV and the standard of service was excellent as usual. The electrician was polite... he even phoned to ask if it was ok to start the job a little earlier. The work was carried out very quickly with minimal mess and I'm very happy with the end result. I paid extra on top of the initial fee for the backbox and filler etc which the electrician kindly went out and purchased for me, but he informed me those would be added on to my bill. There was a horrible strong smell of smoke in the bathroom and the pull cord was stuck it was in a neither on nor off position and there was no power to the shower. I had noticed a very strong smell like 'fire damage ' in all of my bath towels and sheets the week before but couldn't see anything that would indicate it was the switch.
A lovely young man came out , he was so friendly and helpful , he undid the shower switch and showed me , it was very charred , the sheath around the wiring had melted and the smell .... i don't think i need to describe it , it took my breath away - not in a good way either ! .
He was so quick and cleaned up , I have absolutely no complaints at all, a thoroughly friendly and knowledgeable guy.
This isn't the first time i have dealt with Heath Electrical Services , my letting agent booked them to replace a Consumer Unit , replace the light fitting in the bathroom and reroute the shower switch which was actually originally installed INSIDE the shower cubicle !!!

S. M.My roof developed a leak somewhere underneath the solar panels. I called the original installer (not Heath) who took some panels off and tried a fix, but when it rained again a few days later it was clearly not fixed. Tried many times to get the original people to come back but they would not return my calls. I plucked Heath from a Google search and what a difference. Two really helpful guys came to do the work and immediately gave me a feeling of confidence. Took the panels off, fixed the leak (one fractured / several mis-aligned tiles) and were done within 4 hours. Some good downpours later and all is looking excellent.

C. H.I used Heath Electrical to install a HyperVolt EV charger. They were were very professional and friendly throughout and accommodated my slightly awkward needs due to my garage's electrical connection restrictions. I felt the installation cost was higher than I had expected, but this was mainly due to their desire to provide a high quality installation - they replaced an old consumer unit rather than teeing into the garage supply in a more rudimental manner (which was a cheaper option proposed by another supplier). I have yet to have confirmation that the charger install was registered correctly and successfully for the grant and had been holding off reviewing for this reason. However, Heath Electrical are very keen on gaining reviews (numerous chases) so I have reviewed on the assumption that everything will be registered fine.

When that boiler kept having a different fault a year, I got their quote for a Worcester Bosch replacement, just in time before yet another fault. My only gripe aside from their time keeping is that there was no discussion or options regarding the price of the smoke alarm they replaced it with and it was in my opinion very expensive. As I was busy with my baby I didn't think to ask how much it was and got a shock when the invoice came through. Perhaps I'm unreasonable but I think £40 is a lot for a smoke alarm when there are plenty of cheaper ones available. In future I will purchase the replacement myself and just pay for the installation. Office staff were very professional and they took my feedback after the call out so hopefully that has been passed on to the engineer. Overall, I would use Heath again.

Both engineers wore shoe covers without being asked to! Within approximately 90 minutes they had completed. The engineer explained what recommendations there were and did give me a choice on wether or not to have the works done. I decided to have the works done. The standard of workmanship is 10/10 and they even left the rooms they worked in clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Very pleased with everything.

F. M.Heath Electrical did a collection of work at my property including replacing our consumer unit, that was unsafe. Following bringing us up to modern day with RCD protection, they fitted underfloor heating, electric radiators, a power shower, ring doorbell and LED spotlights ... with most of which being now smart enabled on our mobiles for ease of use.
the team always came to us with any suggestions they had to make installations more efficient, safe, or long lasting - one of which being the LED lights as our previous spotlights were fitted in-between floors and were not fire safe to be there. Heath gave us total confidence that we were getting the best possible electrical advice and installations at a very competitive price.
I can't thank the team enough. Their diligence and professionalism had them at our house late into the evening on two of the days due to our property being old and having many quirks that effected ease of completing the work. They were committed, never phased and left everything clean and organised.
Lincoln and Damien both took the time out to ensure that we understood how to use our new products even including where to fit them for the work to be an aestheticly pleasing. We also received a lesson from Lincoln on what to do in our consumer unit should we loose power in any of the house in the future, giving us greater understanding of safe electrical practice alongside how to use the actual products that had been installed.
