Contacted Michael about a light fitting that had become 'decapitated' from the electrical wires and he was able to sort out the problem promptly and swiftly. Michael said that the job was only a small one and took 10 minutes and did not request payment for his time, effort and service. I will definitely use Smiley Electrical Service again, as he runs a trustworthy and friendly service.

Michael was recommended to us by the company that did our bathrooms as we needed a new fuseboard fitting to accommodate a second shower. He clearly and concisely explained the different options to us and provided an estimate but strongly suggested we get other quotes so we had a point of reference. We asked for 3 other quotes and found that all the others wanted to offer was for the dearer of the two options Michael had told us were available, even though it seems the cheaper option was the more appropriate one for our house. In the end, only one of the other companies delivered a quote and it was 30% dearer than the price Michael had provided, so it was a no-brainer to get him to do the work. The work he did was to a high standard and he was helpful and friendly while providing the service, explaining everything he'd done and even fixing a minor problem we had with a bathroom light along the way. We have no complaints whatsoever and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Today we had some outdoor lighting fitted at the front of our house by Michael and we couldn’t be more pleased. Michael arrived on time and he was incredibly professional and he took great care to make sure that the finish of the lights was sleek with no unsightly wires visible.
