M. S.Mr Lee Bulmer is the best electrician I have ever had. To be an electrical engineer is only his professional job, but Lee has become friend of our family who can and will repair anything that I have reported to him and asked him to help me with. He can also instal and keep the control of LOXONE smart home technology. Lee should be part of any home list of professionals to refer to, when in need. I am moving out of Oxford, but I will always remember him with fond memories of him trying to support me in sticky situations. May God Bless his business and all who employ him to carry out work for.

When we contacted BlackRock Electrical for a quote he was responsive and gave us some ideas as well as suggestions of a wall charger which would suit our needs both present and in the future.
