Called Steve on Jan 1st for an issue with my elderly mothers cooker (main trip would go), Steve attended my mums residence within 1 hour of my call and had the issue resolved within within 30 minutes.. Thankyou so much for coming out on new years day! and even more so for resolving the issue. I would also like to personally thankyou for going above an beyond by replacing the several light bulbs (from your own stock and at no cost) that my mum was unable to do I will without any doubt be using Steve for any issues we have in future thankyou again and I hope you have a great 2022 Regards Mrs Emery

Emergency Call out on Xmas eve 2021, Steve arrived when promised and managed to restore power to our kitchen! what a life saver...
