I intentionally ordered a slightly unusual product online so they called to double check what I was using it for to ensure I was ordering the correct item - even though the alternatives would have made them less profit. Definitely recommended.

G.What a great place. As you may have seen from some of my other reviews, DIY etc is really not my thing. These people put you at ease and make life so simple. Many places like this put you on edge because you don't know what you are talking about. Not here! I have been many times and each time they cant do enough for you. A clean well presented shopfront and staff who go up and beyond to help. Pricing and stock is very good. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.

He laughed...he told me the price.... I cried.....he offered me counselling.... We bonded...I drive to the warehouse...I paid him and he gave me everything I needed. Will I get a Christmas card from him? Probably not... Will I go back for for electrical wholesomeness.. definitely!
M. L.Very helpful and patient staff. The guy next to me was asking for a bulb with the round bit that goes in the circle bit... and they had it!! I wasn’t much more informed, but with a bit of explaining of the odd bulb I was looking for they knew what it was and had them in stock. Dean on the counter had some great banter as did the whole team. Will be my first port of call for electrical needs in future instead of going round the houses without success.
