Case Study:
We were performing a test for a high value customer on one of our test rigs when a critical device failed and started blowing fuses. We couldn't figure out the problem but later that afternoon, I was told about Fletcher Moorland. We called up and spoke with Dan Mansell who sorted everything out. I dropped the device off on my way home from work and they had fixed it before I woke up in the morning so I collected it on my way back in. The rig was up and running again about an hour after I got to work. Less than 15 hours between knowing of Fletcher's existence and our rig running again. Will definitely use again.
